Overall thought the hotel was nice. Small TV, but the microwave and frig were pluses. Breakfast was significantly nicer than expected, including waffles, bacon, and eggs the Saturday morning we were there. One of us has bad allergies, but the hotel does not allow pets, and the bedding seemed freshly washed, so there were no issues breathing.

Stay here when visiting family. Nice hotel and very clean. The young man that takes care of the breakfast area does a fantastic job keeping the food stocked. I have been traveling for 23 years and most times the breakfast area is sparse with food after the busy time is over. This young man makes sure everything is stocked. Only bad this is we had a room above the pool and the music is so loud, it filters into the room. Fortunately, it is turned off at night, but still a minor issue.

The hotel is clean, safe, modern and very nice. I was here for business and the desk area has multiple outlets- perfect for charging all of my tech. The complimentary breakfast had lots of protein- hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, ham and veggie omelets, bacon, and yogurt. There was cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles and more. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

We have stayed here before and we are Marriott members but unfortunately we feel it has gone downhill. The positives are that everyone is nice and the place is clean. The room was quiet. The negatives are they need new beds and linens. The beds gave a back ache as they were to old of mattresses. The sheets were paper thin with holes. I could tell they sleeve clean but the top covering had a stain that did not come out. The breakfast was not good. It was microwaveable bacon/sausage and powdered cold eggs. They had cereal but no small cartons of milk. No yogurt. I have attached a picture of the thin sheets with pin holes. There was a very strong smell of some type of cleaner throughout the entire hotel as though they were masking something.

I am a Marriott rewards gold level member. Checked in bu using mobile app 8 hours before arrival. Requested additional blanket. When I arrived a half hour later than scheduled time due to bad weather, I was told that if I wanted extra blanket I would have to carry it up myself but they turned heat up in my room. I asked lady at desk to bring it up, as my arms were handling my baggage. Room temperature was 78 degrees. Had to turn air on to decrease temperature.

Monique at the front desk was very helpful! Overall thought the hotel was nice. Small TV, but the microwave and frig were pluses. Breakfast was significantly nicer than expected, including waffles, bacon, and eggs the Saturday morning we were there. One of us has bad allergies, but the hotel does not allow pets, which was a relief. However, there were still bad issues breathing overnight in bed, so *perhaps* the blanket was not freshly washed, which can be an issue for someone with bad dust allergies. Other than this, nice hotel and good value.

Stayed 3 nights for a family gathering. Room was clean. Each room has a microwave and small refrigerator. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast is sufficient but could be better. Location is inconvenient. Must drive through strip mall to get to hotel entrance.

I stayed here for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff members I encountered were super nice and extremely helpful. The room was average but it was clean and quiet. It is a little confusing trying to figure out how to get to the hotel since you have to actually drive through the parking lots of a few other businesses. That said, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas in close proximity to the hotel. It also has super easy access on and off the interstate. I was really pleased with the complimentary breakfast. So many hotels have scaled breakfast back with COVID being the justification. This Fairfield had all the pre-COVID offerings including eggs, bacon, waffles, and more. I wish other hotels had a comparable offering. This isn't a top-tier Marriott but it is nice, clean, and has a friendly staff,

I travel for work, this is one of few hotels that made me feel cheap, less than and embarrassed! Usually upon check out I separate the payment(work pays most of it) I pay the difference when I go over budget. Because I asked to split the payment they made me feel cheap and they were wouldn’t split it. It’s mostly their lack of knowledge on how to do so..I’m a platinum elite member so I stay in a lot of hotels but this is the first that’s made me feel embarrassed by talking down to me…never will I stay again! Oh and the manager wasn’t even there, she was late and the guy didn’t want to call her and talked bad about me as I stood there! Unprofessional establishment!

The room was dusty and no one came to replenish supplies from one day to another on empty trash. They messed up our reservations. We wanted 2 rooms conjoined and another 2 on a same floor. We did not get the same floor for the 2 and part of the family had to find another hotel for the lack of getting a conjoined rooms for their children. By the way, the reservations were confirmed the day before.
