Me and my daughter came to just get away a couple of days for some leisure time together and being is that I have not been to the Holiday Inn Express in years, the incidental fee used to be 50.00. Due to covid, it os now 150 dollars and I did not have the amount on my card. The manager then took it down to 75.00 but I did not have that in this particular account so she waived the whole fee and it was greatly appreciated! I also appreciated how clean the room was and that despite of covid they still provide some type of breakfast (jimmy dean sandwiches, fruit cup, coffee and juice) which many hotels do not at all. So I give this place 4 stars because of the service but the incidental fee is a little too much!

This hotel was incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it seemed like a very ordinary place. Everything was fine but somehow gave the sense of being done a bit on the cheap --- maybe because it has been a while since I stayed in a HIE. Breakfast was available at 5:30 which was good for us early risers, and it still features the cinnamon rolls. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was ok although there didn't seem to be many restaurants close by. Being a rainy cold night, we ordered in and had to rely on Door Dash since anything nearby didn't deliver. Price was very reasonable.

we have stayed here a couple times in the past while visiting family in the area. friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. on our last stay, after we had checked out, about an hour and half later i realized i had left my rings (engagement set) laying by the tv after my shower. called the hotel and housekeeping had turned them in. i was so thankful to be able to drive back and get them!

Breakfast staff, and breakfast, was good. The room, once we used our shoulders to open the stuck door, was modern and updated. But downhill from there. Room phone did not work, despite being reported to front desk staff on three occasions. Room was not cleaned the last night we were there, and when I asked the front desk for towels I was told housekeeping had gone home and there’was nothing she could do. Lobby was being renovated and smelled like cleaning fluid, or some other kind of chemical. When I reported my concerns, in what I believed to be a constructive way, the general manager said the hotel was short staffed on weekends, that the front desk should have given me, towels, and that she would “ look into it,” and get back to me. Thus far, no response. For my three night stay, and my friends two night stay, we paid well over $600. That amount deserves better treatment.

They Don’t have housekeeping! Room smelled like old man with ring around the collar. Filth, stay away! I spent $200 for two nights. $200 is one week of my own mortgage. I expect my trash taken out and clean towels every night. If I use a clean towel every day at home I expect a clean towel every day on vacation. This place is nasty and disgusting. The pool is broken and so is the hot tub. Stay away it’s not worth your money. I should’ve paid no more than 50 bucks. Hope I don’t leave a tetanus. I did call down to front desk- was told no housekeeping on the weekends and it is t even everyday during the week…. I don’t even know if this was cleaned prior to check in.. nasty

The staff was all friendly, especially the lady running the breakfast. The food was decent. The pool area was nice. Our room needed completely renovated! The bathroom sink was cracked and just repaired with putty. Same with the toilet seat. The tub was never cleaned in some areas. Wallpaper peeling. Toilet paper holder broken, towel rack damaged and barely attached to the wall. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The door is not well fitted to the frame and lets in a lot of hallway light. Dirty elevator. Very disappointed.

I was so impressed with how clean my hotel room was. I always considered Hampton Inn to be the CLEAN industry standard, BUT the Monaca Holiday Inn stole the crown! Gina at the front desk was amazing and helpful. The pared-down breakfast buffet was disappointing, but OK. AND THE POOL WAS OPEN! Terrific week-long stay. Thx!

Stayed here for 1 night on business. Hotel is fairly new, very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good and well stocked. There are a couple restaurant within a short walk as well, also near Beaver Valley Mall across the highway. I will stay here again when in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in Beaver County for a wedding. Our room was acceptable, and we were pleased to be on the first floor at the end of a hallway, near a door. However, when we first arrived at the front desk to check in, we were ignored for 5-10 minutes by the manager on duty who kept walking by behind the desk and clearly saw us standing there. We didn't receive so much as a hello. Once he decided to help us, he was very unfriendly. When we got to our room, an exterminator was spraying inside around the nearby exit door, and we found a huge cricket in our sheets. It's not a hotel we will be returning to ever again.

Surprised my husband with a over night get away. The room was beautiful, the front desk (Brennen and Marde') was so attentive and helpful. our stay was wonderful! breakfast was very good and, the morning staff was very friendly. will stay again. Thank you all!
