We were visiting from Florida for a wedding. The biggest downfall of the stay was not having local or regional shuttle service from the hotel. We should have rented a vehicle earlier than we had planned. The wedding ceremony and reception that we attended were within 8 and 15 minutes of the hotel, respectively. Trying to get a cab or an Uber to either one of those locations was like pulling teeth. We did schedule the rideshares needed in advance, and if they didn’t show up 15 minutes early then they canceled the trip. If you are traveling to this remote location north of Pittsburgh make sure to obtain your own transportation or that your wedding party provides adequate shuttle service. Also, you’re limited to the amount of restaurants in the area so make sure to either dine early at the hotel or one of the local places when you may actually be able to get an Uber or Lyft, or have transportation to travel to other locations. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant except for two breakfast meals - the service was amazing but the food was absolutely subpar (oily omelette and cold fried oily potato wedges). I wish instead that we had ordered from King’s Diner on Uber Eats but didn’t want our food to be cold by delivery time....
We did order cocktails and beer to-go from the Jackson’s bar. Typical hotel pricing which was not shocking to me but the very kind bartender shared in advance that the bottles of beer are five dollars each so that we wouldn’t be shocked like other guests might sometimes be (weddings and the related travel events can be expensive). Clean rooms and a decent bed but small soft pillows.

Room was hotel was clean but please be aware housekeeping is only done upon request. We were not informed of this at check in and nothing in the room mentioned this. We only found out when we came to our room late at night and needed towels but they hadn’t cleaned the room or provided clean towels. Front desk was out of towels too so we had to wait till the morning.

This was our first time traveling since March. My husband was in the area for business and we spent three nights here. We were a little anxious about staying in a hotel during Covid, but this hotel has done everything to make sure you have a comfortable and safe stay.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. This is a newer hotel, so the room was very modern and spacious. There are signs stating that they are cleaning/disinfecting everything with Clorox and even the TV remote was wrapped in a sleeve to indicate it had been cleaned as well. The bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The room had a coffee pot, microwave and small fridge.
All employees we came into contact with were very helpful and so friendly. We ate dinner from Jackson’s while we were staying here and the food is top notch. We would most definitely stay here again if we passed through this area. Thanks for a great stay!

Booked room a few months in advance to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday who lives in the Beaver Falls area. This was great location being so close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. Very friendly staff who always greeted you with a smile. Restaurant right in hotel, but we did not have the opportunity to diner there due to it being closed on Sundays. Room was fairly clean, which is why I only gave 4 stars, The room could have been cleaner. Trash in the closet area when you first come into the room. Along with trash back behind the curtains by the window. Floors in bathroom were not clean. Beds were comfortable, but I wish we could have had 4 pillows instead of 3 on each of the queen size beds. Love the fact that we were able to select our room prior to arriving.

The hotel is beautiful and clean!!! It was such a pleasant experience for all. The rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff from check-in to check-out were accommodating and professional. The bar staff were great. When we needed more tissues or towels, we got them within 5 minutes. The showers were great! I needed my extra room the second day there, and the staff was so gracious to let me get into the room as soon as it was clean for my son’s photography shoot before the wedding. It meant a lot to us. A modern and clean hotel that is top notch.

I may be biased since I was one of the first people to stay at this hotel, but I think it's immaculately designed and exactly what you need in a business hotel. Everything is exactly where you want it to be. I don't know how many of you have tried to turn on/off lights and you can't find the switches, or it takes a bit of scrutiny to know how to turn the shower on to hot. The Hilton Garden Inn has been that transition seamless. Things are where they should be and works how you think it should work. The nightstand socket also include a USB plug-in and rooms come with a steamer.
The gym has the basics. So no significant fitness gains will be made, but you can get it done. The restaurant/bar is great!

Property was clean and well-maintained and rooms had a little seals on the doors so you know no one has been in room since they were cleaned. Covid signage was clear. Not too much round but a mall nearby, easy to grab some takeout

This new Hilton Garden Inn is truly exceptional. The staff is very courteous and dedicated to the overall guest experience. Rooms ar modern and comfortable and very quiet. Amenities are typical for the brand. Jackson's restaurant and bar off the lobby features a great menu featuring seasonal ingredients, many of which are locally sourced. Of the many newer hotels built in the area recently, the Hilton Garden Inn stands far above the rest.

I had a really fun time with my family and the rooms we got together were perfect to hang out in. It’s a little unsettling that it’s so close to the cracker plant but it’s not the hotel’s fault obviously. There were hand prints on the bathroom doors and two of the pillows in one of the rooms had stains on them and it was really gross, but we just flipped them over because we were tired. I would definitely come back though.
