Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Room well laid out and comfortable, clean, recently renovated and modern. Great location with super easy access to both Rt 202 and PA turnpike. The highlights of my stay, though, were actually my dealings with the front desk. Vanessa both checked me in on arrival and also out the next morning - and she was so kind and thoughtful it felt more like staying at a B&B than a hotel. When I arrived, she made sure to place me on the back side of the hotel to avoid road noise (without my asking), and at checkout she came out from behind the desk and offered to make me a cup of coffee. Would be back in a heartbeat.

The staff here is downright amazing and Godsent. They make sure you're hydrated, give you recommendations to the best restaurants nearby, and even tell you about the area if you're moving to Malvern!

The room was also very nice. The lighting was very nice and subtle that had dimly lit ceiling lights in the front of the room compared to other hotels with just lamps

My boyfriend and I stayed the night on NYE 2020 here. It was so great! The room was super clean and just lovely! Vanessa was working NYE and checked us in. She was so sweet and even moved us to a quieter side of the hotel so we wouldn’t hear traffic at night. She was the sweetest. We even saw her the next morning because someone had to take off and again, great customer service just a sweet lady! Thanks Vanessa!!

I come yesterday to this hotel for my Daughter hockey game they charge First we got over charge $139, when I checked online you can get it $75 so that was a my fault that I trusted that because we come as a team we’re going to have a reasonable pricing. when we get to the Room it smells funny the towel looks old and rough the beds not like usual hotel beds that they’re comfortable and fluffy and bathroom is outdated water pressure so weak and with this Pandemic going on they took away the breakfast and they offer whatever energy bars so the higher the price and cut down from quality if you like to spend the night in this hotel you shouldn’t pay more than $75 a night.

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Malvern with my son’s hockey team for a tournament. The hotel was very accommodating and exhibited great patience when dealing with so many energetic kids! Vanessa, at the Front Desk, was especially welcoming. She always had a ready smile and kind words. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was dated but acceptable. Went into the bathroom and to my horror saw a tub with rust around the overflow (see picture). This is totally unacceptable and something you might see at a $50 night hotel not $150 and certainly not a Marriott. The HVAC system malfunctioned and kept shutting on/off all night. I’m used to sleeping in 66-68 degrees and it would not go below 72. Hoping to sleep in until 8:00am, we were startled to hear lawn mowers, gas trimmers and leaf blowers at 7:00am. It seems this hotel has either staffing issues and or poor management therefore I would not recommend staying here.

This place is a disaster. TV is on the desk angled so you have to bend your neck to watch it. Whole place is dirty. They ask that you don’t get cleaning service throughout the week but can if you ask. Walls are very thin here. Pillows are okay but the bed cover is thin. The heating broke and it was blowing cold air on hot in November…one of the worst hotel stays of my life

After a long drive, visit with family, we stopped in to see friends for dinner near Yardley. We had a delightful evening, but needed to get on the road again, to continue our travels to Longwood Gardens. We drove about an hour and were able to get a reservation, on a Saturday night at this Courtyard. WE even arrived late and were able to sit back, grab a couple of drinks and chill in the room and get a great nights sleep. It's always good to know that Marriott is a reliable stop with no prior reservation, to catch some shut eye and a good adult beverage.

Staff was super seesitive to cleanliness during COVID-era travel. The indoor and outdoor facilities were clean (pool was closed). Our hotel room was comfortable and clean and there were plenty of outdoor restaurants nearby for our two night stay. Proximity to Valley Forge was helpful during youth tournament downtime.
