We spent 1 night at the charming Steam Boat Inn. The check-in process was quick & efficient. The bedroom & bathroom were both clean. The bed was super comfortable with multiple pillows & the shower had plenty of hot water. The pool water was a bit cool but the hot tub was perfect. We had a very nice stay.
Clean rooms, good food and service in Huckleberry’s restaurant. Perfect location for shopping and entertainment. Best part of trip was singer/piano player in Huckleberry’s restaurant Friday night after Thanksgiving. He was fabulous and could play anything.
We stayed here because the other couple we were with had been here before and it was close to an event we were going to nearby at the AMT. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel like family. Nick and Nancy at the front desk took care of all our needs. Make sure you use those cookie and water vouchers! We came hoping it was set up for Christmas but were a little early. What a surprise when we came out of our rooms the next morning to see the Christmas decorations in place on our floor! They were transitioning to Christmas decorations throughout the weekend and it was magical to see. The inn is setup to look like you're on a steamboat and it works. Old-style, ragtime music is piped in the main areas and there are tons of period furniture and paintings. Lots of places for memorable photos to take. The rooms are period in that sense but clean and with modern amenities, like a remote controlled fireplace, microwave and USB ports everywhere for connecting devices. We were on the 3rd floor, so we had a balcony with period seating. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Huckleberry's Restaurant there and the food was wonderful and plentiful. Our waiter Jose was the BEST! Aby and Eric and really everyone there were so nice and inviting. There is a bar and gift shop. Workout room and hot tubs, with 'adult only' times so you can relax without smaller children around. Wi-Fi is provided as well in all areas but make sure you switch to the Huckleberry Wi-Fi when in the restaurant for the best reception. They even have music in the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays. Bill Horn plays piano and provides superb entertainment throughout the night. It's worth eating there just to hear him play! You can eat there without staying in the Inn, so this is a great way to spend an evening of tasty food and great music. While our main event, the Christmas show at AMT, was fabulous and a must see, staying at the Fulton Steamboat Inn made it a spectacular weekend.…
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while surprising a good friend of mine for his fortieth birthday, and it was a charming, gracious stay from start to finish. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and was sanitized often, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a well-established feel to it, but everything is fully functional and up-to-date, and the Koi ponds were lovely.
This is a beautiful place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. We loved feeding the ducks in the mornings and greatly enjoyed watching the Koi pools. Looking forward to another stay.
