My stay at the Alloy King of Prussia started with a friendly greeting when I had literally just walked through the door. That kindness underscored my entire stay. After my quick check-in I went up to my room and before the door even closed I received a text message from the desk staff asking me if all was well upon my arrival. A definitive yes! My room was clean and bright, there were plenty of plugs (many conveniently placed) for my tech, the bed was comfortable. I had the breakfast buffet one morning, which offered plenty of options, including freshly made omelets (chef Lonnie was a pro!). The hotel staff, from the front desk, the restaurant workers, the housekeepers, were all friendly and very helpful.

I did have one issue with the placement of disabled parking (which I use). There are plenty of spots, but most are up the hill. There should be a few closer to the entrance. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me (I’m fairly mobile), but it might be a problem for others with more serious mobility issues.

That said, I still highly recommend the Alloy, and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice. We were in town for the King of Prussia Mall, and this is very close to the mall, about a mile. We booked this hotel through a third party site our employer offers and got a great rate. The only problem was when we got there, they said the reservation came through as a king room when we actually booked a room with two queen beds. It was late and we weren't going to get a similar rate anywhere. There were youth tournaments at the hotel, and I could see why they didn't have any double rooms available. They offered two free drinks at the bar for our trouble. The hotel was very nice and surprisingly quiet once you got in your room. Cleaning was only available if you asked, which no one told us, but they did bring us fresh towels once we asked. The elevator requires a room key for higher level floor. The walk from parking to the door can be long if they are full. I would stay again.

We stayed over for a Saturday night and the scene in the lobby was pretty chaotic with two weddings going on. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby or breakfast included in the room rate and our coffee maker in the room was missing the filter basket. The room was large, with a very comfortable king bed and a large high def TV. However, the heating system was super noisy when it went on and woke us up several time during the night. They should service those in room heaters/air cons or replace them. Front Desk staff were helpful and generally friendly. People were gathered in large groups in the lobby and were not wearing masks/face coverings and apparently that was not being enforced by hotel staff.

The worst bathroom barn doors ever, location is great but this hotel is just average. They entice you with the fanciest lobby but when you step into the room… Clearly they did NOT put as much effort and attention. You’re better off staying somewhere else that actually puts some TLC in their rooms and pay way cheaper.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever checked into! The food was horrible the night staff was rude, but the day staff was VERY accommodating.. The complimentary breakfast was 11.00 and the bar was limited with liquor choices. We were told that once they ran out that was it. The owner was not replacing anything due to renovations..

I was in town for a funeral and purchased a new pair of black Allen Edmond shoes from the King of Prussia Mall, which is down the street from the hotel. When I checked out on the 22nd of October, I left my new shoes behind but didn't discover this until I returned home to Alabama. I called the property several times as well as Hilton Honors customer care to try to resolve my issue. After several calls the hotel and an email to the general manager, I was finally contacted by the head housekeeper who said the shoes weren't turned in to the lost and found.

Of course they weren't!! They were a brand new pair of black men's Oxford shoes valued at over $225, new and in the box and bag they came in. Needless to say my issue went unresolved by the hotel as well as the Hilton Honors customer care staff.

Word to the wise, if you stay here, don't forget anything. It will be taken and you won't get resolution, only excuses.

Stay somewhere else with a little more integrity and honesty. This aint it.

The almost perfect stay! This hotel was updated and sparkling clean. I always appreciate a hotel that has the double sheet method to cover the comforter- that way you know you’re always getting clean sheets. They provided Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, and greeted us with cookies and extra water at the front desk. The desk staff was wonderful! Our only complaint was the extremely loud drunk people staying close to our room.

My family stayed at the Alloy for a total of 10 nights in February 2021. They have taken a variety of steps to ensure safety and cleanliness while still making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the KOP/Philly area. It is conveniently located just down the street from the mall and a large selection of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

Booked a King Corner Suite for a 1 night stay - traveling with a toddler so wanted a separate bedroom. The bedroom and "living room" areas were both good size, but the bathroom was tiny, basically just a closest. Also there was no microwave in the room, which I suppose I expected for a suite. Overall it was fine for a one night stay when passing through KOP on a road trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay (this room specifically, I have no complaints with the hotel overall).

This is a solid choice if you need to be in this part of greater Philadelphia. We were there for a sport climbing competition in next door Bridgeport (3 mi away), and this fit the bill. It's been renovated, and the lobby and bar are stunning. The bar service was very good. We also had dinner there the second night and all enjoyed our meals.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and generally working order. I applaud the property for using large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap instead of single use plastic bottles, which are so awful environmentally. However, it looks like they hot glued the bottles to the shower wall, and housekeeping must have knocked one off, because one was just standing in the shower. This was not a problem for use, though!

I also applaud that daily housekeeping is optional. We would have not called for it, except my son had sweats the first night, so we wanted fresh sheets for him. I messaged the hotel through the Hilton Honors app and the manager responded immediately, which was impressive. The only glitch was that when I requested housekeeping, I specifically asked for the conditioner in the shower to be refilled as well (it was empty) and they neglected to do that. But housekeeping did come.

We were pleased to find our room had a small refrigerator, which was great for storing snacks for the competition, and boxed leftovers from dinner.

Front desk staff was super nice and efficient when we checked in. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Not a great area for walking - we did walk to a restaurant for dinner the first night, but lots of busy streets, malls, not great sidewalks, etc. The area is not designed with pedestrians in mind, but that's not the hotel's fault.
