Nice modern hotel with large rooms and a decent hot breakfast. Although the hallway carpets were somewhat stained, overall the hotel is clean and in good order. Not certain why others rated it so poorly, but I had a very pleasant stay.

The Home2 Suites is an average hotel in King of Prussia. The parking lot is smaller than expected, but seemed big enough to accommodate all of the guests' cars. Upon walking up to the entrance, I noticed that the trashcan directly outside of the building was overflowing. The lobby was small and not very clean. The table used for the credit card machine and, I assume, to keep a decent distance between guests and the one staff member on duty was filthy. Meanwhile, there are signs all over the place touting that cleanliness in the time of COVID-19 is the hotel's top priority.
The staff member was friendly and provided a wealth of information that was hard to understand; partially due to her mask, but also because she talked extremely fast. We were told that housekeeping would not be cleaning the rooms and that guests are to set out their trash to be picked up every morning. If there was an emergency situation in which we needed something cleaned or extra towels, we were instructed to call down to the front desk. Breakfast, which is included in the price of the room, was to be available each morning and we were told due to COVID that it would consist of individually wrapped muffins. I was surprised when I and my traveling companion came downstairs the next morning (within the breakfast time frame) and saw a case of bottled water sitting out and empty bowls where the muffins...were? We went out to find breakfast and upon returning, noticed that the water was also gone with not intention to replenish it (we just had to pull it out of a case you buy at the store). I guess there were only 24 bottles of water and a box of muffins available for the entire hotel. On our second morning, there was no water and an empty box of muffins. The hotel should just eliminate the "breakfast" altogether and make the room prices a few dollars cheaper.
The elevator floors were sticky and needed to be swept. I was afraid to touch anything.
The one upside was the room. It was clean and comfortable. The temperature was set at an appropriate temperature and everything worked as it was supposed to. The hotel is also close to plenty of restaurants and the King of Prussia Mall, which is convenient.
Even though the room was perfectly fine, I would not recommend this hotel. I will definitely try out one of the many other hotels in the area on my next visit.

I planned a girls weekend with me and my 2 daughters. We Walked into the hotel and literally stood at the desk for a good five minutes before we noticed that the Worker was sitting on the couch behind us on her phone and never even acknowledged us. I started walking around looking and finally she came over she mumbled and was so quiet I literally asked her about 10 times what did she say And she was not friendly at all. finally we got a room I asked her for a receipt she said that she would email one to me and never did.
The rooms were very nice! For the price I thought it was a good deal.
The breakfast the next morning although had very good selection of food and the food that we ate was very good we had no clean silverware finally after I asked three people we got spoons. And I had asked for knives. There was no butter so I asked a worker and he told me that was it they did not have any more butter at all.
Then there was only one bagel left I ask if we could get more bagels and they said no they’re not going to replenish the buffet because there was only 30 minutes left.
I stay at the home 2 suites in lancaster pa often and I’m so impressed. But this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I will probably not return.

My family was in town for my daughters surgery at a local hospital. The first night, while we were sleeping my husband got up early to do some work on his laptop. As he was sitting on the couch a bed bug crawled onto him!!!! We caught it in a bag and brought it to the front desk who replied “yup that’s a bed bug.” Upon further inspection, we found more. Immediately, we packed our belongings in garbage bags to leave and demanded our money back for that night and the next. The front desk said the manager would call us at 9 when he started his shift. He never called, so we called him. He was the least bit apologetic. We asked to be put up at another Hilton hotel for free and Hilton refused. They said it was up to the location manager and all he could do was give us a hotel at his location. Ummmmm no thank you I don’t want to stay there again!! We ended up switching to Marriott for the second night. Now home, hours and hours away I’m worried we brought a bed bug home with us. We have tried to reach the manager again to compensate us for the cleaning fees of our belongings and Terminex preventative measures, but he is unavailable now. Hilton could have made this right, but they didn’t. So I’m going to post this review wherever I can and hopefully no one stays there again.

Great staff. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and personable. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. My only complaint was the noise level of the highway that was next to my room. I would recommend trying to get a room on the side that does not face the highway, or bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Disappointed by my 15 days.
2nd night wifi was down until 3rd day’s morning. Rest of the days, no issues.
7th night at 2am , the smoke alarm started beeping every 30 secs. They gave us a new room but the same problem exists there too. Maintenance came and did a temporary fix which was good for 8-10 hours. We had to reset the alarm whenever it starts beeping. Be it morning, evening or when you are deep asleep. It felt like having a new born who may start crying at middle of night.
The new room door lock did not lock the room when you walk out. We weren’t aware of that until one day I accidentally tried opening my locked door. They sent maintenance next day’s afternoon to get it fixed after an argument with GM.
All in all, not a good experience. Consider other hotels if having a longer stay.

4 of us stayed here for business. It was impossible for any of us to sleep at night. The windows in the rooms might as well not exist. When the TV is off you will hear nothing but extremely loud freeway traffic. Other people in town for the event that were staying there shared our complaint.
Unfortunately, if you read through the reviews for this hotel you will see this same sentiment echoed, however, they gave better ratings because of the staff and room makeup. I don't have complaints with either of those, but it's impossible to sleep in the room which is the entire purpose of being at a hotel for the vast majority of people.
Find somewhere else to sleep!

I wanted to reach out and apologize about your experience while staying at my hotel. Obviously we are aware that the highway noise is a consistent issue at this property. I regret that it affected your stay in such a profound way and can understand how not getting a good nights sleep affects the next days productivity. We are currently testing out some window treatments which are supposed to reduce the ambient noise levels on that side of the building so that in the future this becomes less of a burden for our guests. I am happy that you sound the staff to be friendly and helpful even though your team was disturbed by the noise. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Jeffrey Falk

I arrived late after a long day of travel and work and was happy to be able to check in on the app. So easy, just walked to my king room on the first floor, waved my phone and the door unlocked. I didn't have to make a stop at the front desk. Very convenient. I had received a welcome email the day before explaining the cleaning and sanitizing process and when I got to the door I saw a sticker on the door to identify it had been sanitized. The room was modern and spacious with a kitchenette and sitting area with a small couch and ottoman. There was a roomy desk area to setup a laptop and another area to eat. Plenty of room! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the sheets were a nice and soft. The bathroom was clean with nice bright lights to get ready in the morning. It's always a relief to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable when traveling. I would stay here again.

My wife and I so=pent two nights at this hotel. I am a diamond member because I can rely on the Hilton brands for good accommodations. This was true here.
1.Flatware and cups were in the dishwasher and were dirty. I brought samples to the front desk and asked to see a manager. The response was there was no manager here.
2. The bathroom sink has a lever to control the temperature and volume of water. However, here if you pull up the lever comes off in your hand.
3. The elevator floor was dirty and it was evident that when swept no attention was spent to the corners. The dirt in the corner was piled up and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time.
4. The grab and go breakfast provided bagels and cream cheese. However the only thing available were spoons. No knives to spread the cream cheese.
Just not what is expected in a Hilton hotel.

We are now known as the Inn of King of Prussia. While we currently do not have a chain affiliation this name is temporary until we complete renovation and then we'll open as a Hilton property.

Thank you for your question. One person in the room must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

I will go to the web site only to check the going rate and then use other 3rd party sites as priceline, hotels, hotwire and Trivago (which compares multiple sites at once) for the price comparison. I have heard that if you call the hotel directly you can usually get a better rate if you tell them the rates you found, but have not done that myself. If you are a member of the hotels rewards program, they will inform you of any promotions or deals going on.
