Detailed Reviews
Hotel's Favourite
I stayed here for two nights in May 2023 and I would consider staying here again. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros: (1) The location is great in that it is very close to the King of Prussia Mall without being so close that one is being disrupted by the sound of passing vehicles or shoppers. The KoP area also has a large number of restaurants and as a result, I was able to order food easily on Grubhub and have it be delivered to my hotel room.
(2) I found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful. I especially commend Sieahnah who was able to accommodate a late checkout for me on my last day staying here and also provided me with toiletries that I had forgot to pack.
Cons: (1) The hotel itself is a bit antiquated and in need of some love and care. I am attaching two pictures - one of which shows the condition of the carpet on the floor I was staying at (third) and the second that shows how the buttons for requesting the elevator have fallen off in one case. The room is also fairly barebones. There is no fridge or microwave and the bathroom does not have a hand-held shower; there is only a regular shower head and that can be inconvenient for some purposes. The sofa in my room was worn out enough that when I first saw it, I had second thoughts on sitting there.
(2) There is a restaurant here but it is not open for lunch. It is open for dinner though but I ended up not ordering from here in part because the prices were higher than what I would have expected.
All in all, I stayed here in part because of the low prices and it did not majorly disappoint, although it did not wow me either.

The hallways were dimly lit, parking lot not well lit. A guy followed me from parking lot & approached me on 4 floor where they put all the patrons. There were only a few cars in parking lot & they put everyone in rooms next to each other. Hallways smelled like weed. Carpet needed vacuuming in hallways and rooms. There were stains & a big hole in the comforter. I’ve stayed at several Kop hotels lately & this was dirtiest and not adhering to Covid guidelines.

The hotel was clean. It has a convenient location across from the mall and near local highways. There’s also no shortage of restaurants near by from fast food to sit down. The hotel breakfast buffet is much nicer on the weekend than the typical hotel breakfast. Most of the staff was friendly except the waitress/hostess we had for dinner one night at the hotel restaurant.

Pros: very nice front desk staff, very efficient check-in, free parking, very convenient to huge mall, restaurants, and Valley Forge.
Cons: This hotel is not clean. Although our room was made up nicely, there were hairs in the bed sheets, in the shower, and on surfaces. The bedcover (white) had stains on it. The toilet was not clean. The shelf in the shower area was covered with soap scum. There was mildew in the shower caulk and rust stains on the tile from the shower head. The hallway carpets had trash on them for two days. Management needs to pay more attention both to cleaning and to maintenance. There are many other hotels in this area, and I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Updated rooms are nice, contemporary, comfortable. Was disappointed that the restaurant did not open all week, was there 3 nights, Mon-Thur. Housekeeping was in the hallway each time I came and went, were always friendly, greeted me. Nice. Front desk team also friendly, personable. Ice machines worked, hot water in the shower- though would appreciate a detachable showerhead for rinsing off when you don't want/need to wash your hair.

Spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Right next to the King of Prussia mall. Close to Valley Forge and a 1/2 hour drive into Philadelphia. Perfect location for a HQ. The Front Desk staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful, replenishing our coffee cups and water bottles regularly. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. Free continental breakfast, with a nice variety of items and quite filling.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located off 76, and has ample parking. We've stayed twice in the past year and it's been a great option when visiting family in Philly. It's been quiet and comfortable both times. The staff have been very helpful and friendly, but we have a special shout-out to the night manager Akeem for being such a gracious person.

Really liked our room and the staff were excellent. Especially appreciated the good reading light and comfortable seating in the room. Excellent complimentary full breakfast choices (eggs Benedict!) offered in spite of COVID. Front desk staff was outstanding.

The purpose of my trip is for Business Conference at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean inside. The rooms are great and spacious. Plenty of outlets and USB. The halls are long and a bit dark. Staff is really friendly and the food provided for conferences was great. There is so much to do in the area.

Terrible hotel. First one in a long time that I walked in and walked out of. Late in the afternoon the hallways were dark (very few lights) and filled with trash/cleaning supplies. We opened the door to the room, realized the toilet didn't even work, and left. Hotel smelled like mold or weed - literally worse than downtown Philadelphia the day before after the St. Patrick's parade.
Currently trying to get points back from IHG/and this hotel. It's a disgrace. I'd give it zero stars if that was possible.

I am unsure about that.
Unfortunately, we do not have a pool and we no longer have the La Fitness facility adjacent to us that we once used. We do have a fitness room for cardio and weight training. Thanks for your inquiry.
Yes everything you need is available and you will be happy with the accommodations they offer.
I have stayed here a number of times over the past 25 years and they have always been a great host.
Yes - and there is a 4 way stop with a traffic light for you to cross at.
