Element Valley Forge King Of Prussia is lauded for its helpful staff and clean, updated rooms that offer a smoke-free and comfortable stay. While the hotel's location is a hit among visitors for its easy access to local dining and shopping, some guests have noted service inconsistencies and amenity issues, such as Wi-Fi and mirror availability, which have impacted their perception of value.
Despite this, the contemporary atmosphere and quality breakfast options keep the hotel popular with travelers.

Detailed Reviews
I have to begin with the front desk experience. Not the friendliest greeting, and the staff seem rather clueless. We a similar checkout experience. The woman at the front desk was speaking to someone about renting an apartment. She didn't greet me nor did she say goodbye, Rather she simply handed me my checkout bill which I had asked for. The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated and spotless. Breakfast was a mess. There is one person making made to order omelets and there is no self-serve hot option. So there were probably 10 people online waiting for eggs. It's impossible to find the mugs because there is no sign instructing guests where they can be found. At one point there were no napkins or no forks. The one young man that was servicing the area was doing a fantastic job, but it was just too much for him to keep up with.

Stayed here with my family over the last weekend. Nice new hotel with plenty of Amenities. Free breakfast in the morning was excellent with made to order omelets and sausage links along with muffins and bagels. Parking was on the only confusing part. Not enough spots for rooms in the building. Had to park next door in the Sheraton after getting back late in the evening. Not a pleasant walk in the cold and winter storm we had earlier in the day.

It was my birthday, so we decided to spend the weekend at King of Prussia. Being a Marriott Gold member, decided to find a Marriott property in the area and found Element. It's only a mile from the KOP mall sop it was very convenient.
Room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
We only had a few issues, hopefully some of which will get resolved one day.
1. We could hear the I-76 traffic incessantly. Next time, we'll make sure to get a room away from the highway. Other than the traffic noise, the room itself was quiet from within the hotel.
2. Breakfast was ok. We weren't happy that we would have to wait 30-40 minutes for the omelet station to get prepped.
3. Related to breakfast, we found a piece of hair in our scrambled eggs. NOT good!
We decided to get breakfast elsewhere the next day because of this.
My tips:
1. Get a room AWAY from the I-76 traffic!
2. Do NOT eat the free breakfast here. There are PLENTY of other places to get breakfast!

It was the first time in this hotel and we liked it very much. Everything and everywhere was very clean. The room and bathroom were cleverly appointed, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, Breakfast was great and free, Front desk managers were very welcoming, informative and helpful, as well as the housekeeping staff if we needed something. Pool area was clean and the water was heated to properly (unlike in some other places we've stayed in the area). the only two improvements could be made is to have a table lamp and the full view wall mirror, which most of hotels usually have for a good reason I guess. Other then that we've enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This hotel is still not servicing the rooms - at this point that is obviously and excuse to provide sub-par service with no corresponding room rate reduction. Absurd! And despite every room in the hotel being a connecting room, the hotel is “unable” to find a connecting room for our family and we have to to separated from our chikdren. Wish I were staying elsewhere - somewhere where the customwr is valued.

Dear kimrW4173LL, Although we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your experience, we thank you for your valuable feedback. Housekeeping service is available upon request to all guests. If this was not offered to you, we made a sizable mistake and will make sure that this does not occur again. I'd also like to apologize about the connecting rooms mixup. There are only a select number of connecting rooms in the hotel, and I'm sorry that we were unable to locate one for you that was not already occupied. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to provide you with a much better experience.

The general manager's responses to prior reviews are entertaining: same complaints over and over and, folks, they ain't changed nothin'! What a dump.
One employee actually said hello every time we passed, but to the rest of the staff I could have been a ghost.
Hard to believe this place is still advertised as a new hotel. It is worn down, from the scuffs on the carpets, the graffiti scratches driven into the elevator doors, the room doors that have to be manually pulled to ensure they close, and the intermittent Wi-Fi service. The bathroom is sadly designed, to include the absence of any surface in the shower on which to hold one's own toiletries. If you're satisfied with cheap body wash and poor grade shampoo, though, the containers are affixed to the wall, as third-tier hotels have been providing in the last few years.
If you are looking for a place to help you stay awake, you're in luck: loud parties over the weekends ensure interrupted sleep. You can apparently take dancing lessons here, too, as it sounded like an Arthur Murray's right about my room.
When moving in, some of the surfaces appeared to have been given a cursory wipe, but it's not the cleanest place I've visited. Part of this is because the management here is not committed to housekeeping every other day as advertised on Marriott. I was there over two weeks, and they might have entered the room every three days. This might be because the teenaged cleaning staff I saw was usually standing in the hallway gossiping or paying more attention to their cellphones.

I just spent the night, first time staying at an Element hotel. Parking was tough. Prom being held next door… that is my only complaint… I found the staff to be friendly and courteous… I found the lobby and rooms immaculate… Beds and pillows very comfortable… The star of the stay was the lovely lady making fresh omelettes for breakfast, she was charming and made a very delicious omelette to order….

Loved this hotel! Staff was friendly and very accommodating! We were visiting the area for a soccer tournament and the hotel was fully booked. Since I’m a light sleeper I listed to some of the other reviews and asked for a room on the opposite side of the highway. No noise issues at all. The room was beautiful and clean. We ate breakfast there every morning. They had a variety each day… scrambled eggs, sausage, stuffed pancakes, waffles, Chobani yogurt bar, individually wrapped muffins, bananas, oranges, juices, coffee, cereal, bagels, toast… what else do you need? No need to go anywhere else for breakfast! I also had the chance to enjoy the gym one morning. Loved the equipment in there! The only thing I would recommend is maybe having an ice machine somewhere? With the soccer tournament, we needed ice and I felt bad asked the employees every time, but asked anyways and they happily filled my sons water bottle with ice every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area.

Loud. Floors are hard wood style so you hear people above walking. Doors slam and walls are thin. Heard lots of voices.
$80 unknown and unauthorized charge to my credit card when I received my credit card statement in the mail.. Called front desk to discuss and said they would get back to me. Never heard back and had to cancel the credit card.

The hotel and rooms were very nice except they do not have full size mirrors which I’ve never been to a hotel without a full size mirror in the room. The pillow were way to soft for me. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. We were told a full breakfast was included which was the works(eggs, 2 meats, grits etc) and then the 1st morning, they didn’t have any meat, no grits and brown bananas, the cook couldn’t speak or understand English. People asked for oatmeal and it was in the back and it was ice cold with no microwave. The 2nd and 3rd morning, they had 1 type of meat (one day sausage and the other day was turkey bacon), still no grits. The layout of where the items are is terrible. Someone put yogurt on their toast cause they thought it was cream cheese since it was near the bread and the cream cheese was way over by the coffee. The 2nd night, we were told the fire pit on the porch was out of propane cause they had it on all day and no one went to get any. We were taken to the train by the shuttle and told we would be picked up that they always had a driver on duty, we called around 6:30-7pm to get picked up and they didn’t have a driver to come get us, we had to call 2 Ubers. They only have two carts for luggage and the parking is a pain too. We were a bit disappointed in the experience.
