Detailed Reviews
I travel often for work and of all the hotel chains, I try to stay at a Marriott-branded hotel. I chose this Sheraton because I was impressed with past stays at other Sheratons. Comparatively speaking, this one was one of the nicer ones and was much quieter (no conferences going on during my stay).
I was really impressed with the rooms... spacious, very nice layout. One thing I didn't like about the room was that the shower stall didn't have a door. It was just a pane of glass. Everytime you walked in, water would splash all over the floor and you'd have to use a towel to clean it up. Not only that, you have to crank up the heat because you'd get a draft of cold air while you were showering. It's not particular to my room because my coworker's room had the same design.
The reason I'm dropping my rating (which would have been a 5) is because the one time I needed housekeeping, I come back to find selective things in my room taken. I had a 8-pack of Cokes in the fridge, with an apple, cookies on the desk, shampoo, cologne, hair product on the counter (next to my toiletry bag). When I came back that evening, those things listed above were thrown away, yet all my other stuff was left intact (contact solution, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush, clothes, suitcase, etc).
I complained to the front desk upon checkout and they supposedly gave me some Marriott Bonvoy points but still... it's a major inconvenience to find all your stuff taken.
So if you plan on staying here, hide your stuff or put it in your car. The housekeeping will take it.

We are in a very nicely decorated room (mid century modern!). The room is clean and the bed in comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations and our room is newly renovated. The TV is nice and the internet is fast.
The deal breaker is that the shower in the room has 2 fatal flaws. First flaw - the shower is only partially enclosed and water sprays into the bathroom and onto the tile floor, potentially a slipping hazard. Second flaw - there is no way to adjust the water temperature without getting into the shower due to the location of the partial enclosure. You must get into the shower to turn it on and adjust it, so you're getting wet while trying to get the temperature right.
The obvious solution would be to replace the half wall with a door so you could adjust the water without stepping in, and to enclose the remainder of the shower so water doesn't spray all over the place.
Too bad, it is otherwise a nice hotel with good amenities.

I will say I have been excited to write this review. After the stays I’ve had elsewhere in 2022, this was one of the very top stays. I was hesitant to stay here, but glad I did. The hotel was conveniently located to the nearby mall in King of Prussia, PA and Valley Forge both were close driving distance. You can part on the side and back parking lots. It was a busy parking lot when I arrived Friday night, but cleared up the weekend I was there.
The front desk greeted me immediately when I got there late at night. They had a gorgeous lobby setup for the holidays with fireplace going and a huge tree. What a grand entrance. The gym was very nice, and at most I saw one other person using it during my weekend stay other than me. The lobby also has a bar. When using elevators be careful as the main lobby isn’t on floor 1; it feels like it but it’s not.
The room was great. Clean linens, bathroom, and room. I really liked it!! Getting to the room was difficult at first as the numbers are not clear as I went the wrong way around to my room. It’s a square with courtyard rooms in the middle, so you won’t get lost more than 5 minutes…just keep going around and you’ll find your room. One complaint is there no shower door, and you will be power washing the bathroom with the shower. It redeemed itself with the strong pressure of the shower head which was great!! Not many hotels have this great of shower head. It will have water exiting the shower…they really need a full shower door. The small touch on the bed of leaving Hershey’s Kisses was nice with being in the state Hershey is in…applause for that too. HDMI devices you bring will work; just plug into the box on the back under HDMI 2 and select direct connect from the TV menu.
Upon checkout the customer service continued. Sarah M said farewell to me at check out. Very enthusiastic and friendly along with her other coworkers. She did make the visit even better. No real complaints here; it was a perfect stay. Excellent job to the employees and management.

This hotel seemed like it was going to be a clean, pleasant place to stay but unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel rooms we have stayed in. The shower had mold lining the entire inside and the grout was black, no water pressure in the shower and the sink sounded like pipes were going to break when you turned it on, the circuit covers/plates were loose and hanging from the wall, there was dust in multiple places in the bathroom and around the bed, the bed was made with no fitted sheet but a standard sheet covering the mattress, and the duvet cover was ripped and kept coming apart. The shower did not have a door but a pane of glass covering half the shower so water was spritzing everywhere. The only positive part about this hotel was the front desk staff who were always kind, cheerful and greeted you. Due to the room cleanliness of this hotel I will not recommend this hotel and would rather send them to the Embassy Suites Valley Forge where the rest of my family stayed recently and really enjoyed it.

I was an attendee for the Delta Prayer Breakfast on Saturday 4/20 and I stayed overnight on 4/19 in room 422. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The Haverford Room where my organization was allowed to store items for the breakfast had black linen that was soiled , had crumbs and a hair on it. All 4 of them. The cream linen on the round tables were badly wrinkled. Wrinkles were everywhere in the hotel. I noticed on the tables during the breakfast, some of the napkins were nicely folded but badly wrinkled. It was too many and too late to ask for them to be replaced. My room had a fridge that had build-up of spills in crevices that was noticeable . I asked for it to be cleaned and the man from housekeeping (who was very kind and responsive) scrubbed as hard as he could and could not get it out. When it's not crude from your own food, you don't want to put your food next to it. When my roommate went to the front desk to ask for the fridge to be replaced, she was given a rude reply, "I'm not switching out that refrigerator unless it is broken!" The maintenance man named Dennis , was more kind and hospitable. He searched and found a fridge that was not being used and in better condition and changed it out. He didn't have to do it, but he wanted to help us feel better about our Sheraton experience. He and the housekeeping gentleman saved this review from being terrible. I am only giving it 5 stars because I want Mr. Dennis to get his $10. He deserves more.

I’ll admit that I was a little nervous after reading some reviews prior to our stay but I can now confirm that we were treated well and our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We requested a higher floor room which was accommodated immediately and all the essentials were available there. We were only there for one night so we did not need the amenities but my picky requirements for a brief hotel stay were met. I will return if I’m ever in the area again.

This hotel was very convenient for work and the room was really comfortable. The staff at reception were not able to help with anything I asked about during the two weeks I was there. Communal areas including the swimming pool are a bit tired. The wifi was next to useless so I couldn't join early morning meetings from my room. In the first week there was no housekeeping service in my room whereas there was in the second week. I asked to be in a different part of the hotel in the second week as the noise from the swimming pool machinery was pretty loud in the first room I stayed in. This room also had some small black deposits under the pillows. Overall I would expect better from Sheraton and for the price.

This hotel was very clean but with convention crowds can be very noisy. The room we had was a living room divided from sleeping area by a wall with TV on each side and a dresser. Beware if you request a bathroom with shoelwer as the floors are high glossed covered and very slippery. Not a good feature for older people to have to navigate.
Also, the prices are pretty high so look fe e staying weekdays when prices are lower.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. However, the pool water was extremely cloudy and didn’t look clean. The area around the pool was also dirty, with tissues and a bottle left lying around by previous visitors. I didn’t want my daughters swimming in it because the whole thing looked disgusting. Big disappointment.
The hotel charged $10 for internet access, which is crazy.
We requested a rollaway bed to be brought to the room. I had to ask again after six hours as no one brought it. The blankets they brought were filthy but I didn’t have the energy to complain anymore.
The air conditioner is extremely loud. For some incomprehensible reason, the bathroom door has a large glass panel in it. That means that if someone goes to the bathroom in the night and needs to turn on the light, the whole room is illuminated.
Positive: The room was very clean and there was no noise from outside the room. The carpet and furniture were in good condition. The staff was very accommodating about early check-in (although I must point out that “early” is relative: the hotel’s stated check-in time of 4pm is ridiculously late) and about the fact that I brought an extra child who decided to join us at the last minute.

Rooms are clean; beds are comfortable; king suites with sofa beds are huge, but best of all they rock in the customer service department. All I can say is WOW! Their management should be proud. It felt like personalized service. All staff we dealt with were beyond friendly, helpful and personable. Shout out to Michael at the front desk, and Tyrone and Lola in events. You made our stay special. Thank you.
As an aside, just to address some negative reviews about areas that need refurbishing, it is normal wear and tear (not horrible by any means but not perfect) and they are working on it. No complaints from me.
