It’s not often you find accommodation where it’s so good you want to come back just to experience it again. Our room was ready (early) on arrival and we were allowed a very late check-out for our evening flight. Absolutely BRILLIANT.
The location is ideal - so close to the action yet not too close to be affected by crowds and noise. The single bedroom apartment was so spacious and felt very modern. The kitchen facilities worked really well and the television had access to the popular streaming services. The bed was firm but comfy.
The beach access is straight from the rear across the solar train tracks. Tip: the train ride to North Byron Hotel for lunch is a must. The pool was heated as advertised and perfect for the cooler month of May.
I can’t think of a better place to stay in Byron. Will be back.

We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartments next to each other for a mums weekend away. We chose the beachside ones (so further from main road) and they were absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. They were really big with high ceilings, furnished very nicely and had everything we needed. The hot spa and pool (felt warm so maybe heated) made it perfect for relaxing afternoons with friends. We really loved the location as easy walk to beach (gate access across train track) and close to all the great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!!!

We stayed at the Outrigger as part of a family trip along the coast. We picked the Outrigger as we needed we needed 3 bedrooms and it was a central location. The appartment was lovely and extremely well equipped. The manager was very helpful and even warned us that he had drill in the appartment below us for some repairs (we didn't hear anything) The grounds and pool were lovely and well kept. This was by far the best accommodation of the 5 we stayed in during our trip. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Byron

Gillian and I have been having holidays at Outrigger annually for many years and have enjoyed excellent , high quality accommodation . Outrigger is ideally located in walking distance to the centre of Byron town and the beach. The surrounding towns are very nearby and make ideal day trips. Jan and David are welcoming hosts and do a wonderful job to meet all of our needs. We will continue to make our arrangements to return next year. Highly recommend Outrigger accomodation for your visit to Byron.

We had a really lovely time staying at the Outrigger Apartments in Byron. Perfectly located with direct access to the beach and a less than 5 min walk into the heart of town. The apartments were clean, very roomy, tastefully decorated, and extremely well stocked with everything you might need (we travel a lot and like to cook our own meals, and most rentals really fall short in terms of kitchen supplies - but definitely not these ones!). The pool and spa were great (especially the spa since it was raining a lot while we were there), and our children loved hanging with the resident lizards while we used the outdoor BBQ. The complex is peaceful at night, which is great. The owners are super friendly and very helpful! They lent us a high chair for the baby (and an ice pack when said baby took a fall while trying to walk), and they have other baby gear and even toys if you need/want them. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again!

We pride ourselves in making our guests feel at home by supplying all the comforts of home as much as possible, there's nothing worse than wanting to bake a cake while on holidays, and not having the necessary equipment. Having the pool and spa available is a bonus, even though we have the beach directly out our back gate. As you mention, it's nice to sit and relax in the hot spa when it's not beach weather. As we are a family friendly complex, we understand that getting a restful night is important so you can keep on enjoying your holiday the next morning. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Front and back balconies, so you can get a beautiful breeze through and gives you choices to sit outside according to weather. Lovely big kitchen with everything you need and there is a Woolworths within walking distance, so families can cook to help the budget. The location is perfect. As Byron Bay gets quite busy, and difficult to get parking, you can leave your car parked in the secure garage and walk to all the restaurants, shops and beach. We originally had a booking for 3 nights, but we changed plans and decided to stay an extra 2 nights. Luckily there was availability and the ladies in the office were able to accomodate our request. So glad we did, as we had a lovely relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was perfect, and the apartment was lovely. Would highly recommend for couples or families. There is no lift, only stairs so if there are mobility issues, ask for ground floor. We were fine with stairs, and it made it nice and private being upstairs. Would highly recommend Outrigger Bay and we will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful time at the Outrigger with friends and family recently. The apartments were spacious, very clean and had all the amenities from home. The apartments have private terraces and open balconies which allow for time out or to catchup with everyone. The pool area was great and was used everyday and we loved the outdoor barbecue area. We had a great family barbecue and other guests were invited to come and join us. Such a lovely community vibe. The resort is central to vibrant Byron. Undercover parking and a great beach access were a bonus. The management team were friendly and helpful. They have a strict no noise policy after a certain time which everyone adhered to. We loved it so much we rebooked.

Outrigger Bay apartments was a perfect Holiday location by the beach with a very short walk to town. The rooms were spacious with a very large open living room, kitchen and dining room with high ceilings. Front and back patio for outdoor dining and relaxing as well. Our hosts , Jan and David were extremely helpful and gracious, as were all the staff. I highly recommend Outrigger Bay for your holiday to Bryon Bay. We had two apartments for two families, but the facility is perfect for couples and silo too. Swimming pool and hot tub too! Enjoy.
