My wife and I stayed 4 nights and both wished we had booked for a week.

To say it is a beautiful villa and so relaxing doesn’t encapsulate the wonderful time we had there. Check in and out a breeze. Communication first rate.

It is so well set up with everything you need and the attention to detail is commendable. We have already discussed a return trip.

Wow! Just wow! We came here for our honeymoon and the villas did not disappoint.
It is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Once you enter the villa you feel as though you are a million miles way from anywhere. The busy-ness of Byron melted away and you were in this private oasis. Everything about the villas was just spot on and there were so many places to relax in the villa, the day bed on the deck, the lounge chairs, the oversized sofas, the table and chair on the deck and massive bed. The villa is completely private, including the outdoor shower, pool and spa. Once you are there you do not and should not leave the Villa!
We cant wait to have an excuse to come back and stay again!
The staff were also super helpful and communicative and made the stay all that more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

we stayed at The Villas of Byron for 4 days as a wedding anniversary getaway. Everything was perfect from the moment we were picked up from the airport. The romantic turn down service, seafood dinner and deluxe breakfast were just wonderful and meant that we didn't even have to leave the premises...and well worth the added expense if you can afford a little luxury for something special. The location is quiet and town is accessible by foot. We truly had the most perfect experience. Thank you to Paula and the team.

Absolutely pleased with our stay. The villa was amazingly pretty and the decor was stunning. My husband and I were so happy with our stay, awesome place to just chill and do nothing. The pool was so convenient and we didn’t need to go to a public pool or the beach. Everything you need is in one place, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a bbq pitt. Will definitely come back again, no doubt. Only issue was there were plenty of mosquitoes towards later in the evening, don’t forget your mossy repellents. But overall 10/10.

This is the 4th time staying here and every time I walk in I feel like I could just live here. The place is incredibly spacious, immaculate and so clean. The atmosphere of the villas is romantic but fun, I can’t recommend these villas enough.

The Villas of Byron were stunning. Definitely the most relaxing place we have ever stayed and you have everything you need. We went out for a few dinners but you could definitely stay in every night. The little touches like incense and beautiful candles make it so nice and inviting. Highly recommend the grand villas as ours backed onto lovely rainforest and the kookaburras visited each afternoon. Thank you so much for a beautiful holiday!

From the moment we walked through the wooden doors and into this private oasis we knew this place was going to be special to us. We got married in Byron on 20th Feb and booked this amazing villa for our honeymoon and it certaintly didnt dissapoint! We had the most amazing time and all the small extra details and amenities just topped it off. We will definately be back on one of our Anniversaries and seriously can't wait! Thank you for making the most happiest and beautuful time of our life that extra special and one we will remember forever.

We were booked in to stay at the villas for 3 nights. All was well until we hit the evening and our villa was taken over by about 6 huntsmen spiders.

To top it off our 9 month old daughter woke up screaming and when we went to investigate she had a huntsmen in her cot and had crawled on her.

At that moment we packed up our things and set off back home (around 12am). When we mentioned this to the staff the next day we were told this was just apart of staying in Byron and that their villas are based in swamplands so its to be expected.

We received no sympathy or an apology and was refused a refund on the 2nd and 3rd nights.

Although the villas are nice throughout we should have realised the issue when we saw 6 bottles of insect spray throught the place on our arrival.

Booked Villas of Byron for 3 nights for our wedding, it was a splurge at $660 a night so we expected complete luxury and five star customer service.
At first glance the one bedroom villa looked fantastic and we really love the private pool and spa but as we looked closer there were some disappointments. We received limited toiletries, tiny bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, enough for me to use on one day not for 3 days for a couple. The television was disappointing for such an expensive place, the Samsung plasma had poor picture quality, our tv at home was much better. Only one set of
On a positive note the kitchen appliances were top notch except that they provided a nespresso machine but not the milk frother. One of the lights in the outdoor shower was blowned out and the other followed the next night, making it unsafe to have showers at night. The pool was beautifully lit but the spa was in complete darkness, so good luck trying to get in and out safely at night.

We tried to use the ice machine but a leak started from underneath the fridge, the management was informed but we were told the fridge needed a new door from damage from the previous guest. We were informed of this via a note on our wedding day.... Happy wedding day, by the way we are not fixing the fridge.
The worse part of staying here is that on our wedding day we came home to a another letter stating we would not have power in our villa for 4 hours, we were not previously informed and I believe they would have got at least a months notice from the council. We had booked 3 months before so they had ample time to let us know the possibility of this occurring during our stay. So there we were spending $660 a night in a villa with no power. This meant that I had to get up really early the morning after our wedding to do laundry because we were only provided with one set of towels for 3 days stay. No esky or ice was offered to keep our food and drinks cool, it was a very warm day so constant drinks out of the fridge made it quite warm. We ended up throwing food away that was bought the day before, if we were informed we would not have bothered to buy food.
As we were not wanting to get into a bad mood on our honeymoon we opted to email management instead of getting into an argument on the phone but the response to these issues was disappointing. They offered us a voucher but didn't state the amount, as this was a once in a lifetime event for us and we will never spend $660 a night on accommodation a voucher offer was disappointing. The email also said that we should have rung about the lights but no offer to come fix the light was given. We had to use the pitch black outdoor showers on our last night, that can only be accessed by steps.
I believed a partial refund for our last day should have been offered straight away as we could not use the all the facilities that we had payed $660 for. We also filled out the customer feedback form as they offer $100 voucher for completing, but I have a feeling we will not be receiving this along with our $? voucher already offered. A note on location it's very close to the Brewery and a backpackers and about 10 minutes walk to the main street.

Shocking customer service and located well away from the town.

Paying so much per night for a villa we didn't expect a drop toilet!

We were expecting a luxurious getaway but got an overpriced night in near camping conditions.
