99 acres retreat is one of those places that you don’t want to leave and want to come back to again and again (we could only extend our stay by a day, but would have stayed an extra week if we could). Everything about this place is amazing - the attention to detail, comfortable beds (for me the duvet/blankets were the winners), spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool - the kitchen and common living areas were all of exceptional quality...not a single detail has been spared at this property. Kahn is a super host! He is always available, friendly (always happy to chat) and is genuinely committed to every one of his guests having a fantastic, relaxing, hassle-free break. Being located on the top of a small hill, the property offers a 360 panoramic view of the surrounding area; its only 10 minutes walk from the shops and 15 minutes drive to Byron Bay. If you like a quiet and relaxed time, you can’t go past this absolute gem. We can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful retreat! We didn’t want to leave !
It was everything we were hoping for and more!
The luxurious, beautifully curated interiors and exteriors made for a perfectly relaxed atmosphere.
We had everything we needed and were astounded by the kindness of the host Kahn. Nothing was too much trouble. He also gave us heaps of great recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants to indulge in.
We scheduled relaxing massages by the pool one quiet afternoon and enjoyed toasting marshmallows under the stars one evening.
I can’t wait to return to this tranquil spot again with my husband !

Thank you Pip for suggesting 99 Acres, my husband and I had the most wonderful, relaxing time. Staying in the guesthouse, we loved the generous proportions and exquisitely curated interiors, a Hamptons meets Asia vibe, with each piece carefully curated. Set in nature, the views are vast, the pool glorious and the fire pit fabulous. Thank you Kahn for your great hosting, we look forward to returning.

I cannot speak highly enough of 99 Acres. The photos really do not do it justice. The rooms, the amenities, the scenery, just everything is top notch, and nothing is too much trouble for Kahn who was so welcoming and helpful. Would go again in a flash!

So we booked a room in the main house and it was excellent.
Huge room, great bathroom, first class linen and huge super king bed.
Our host was excellent, easy to contact and very helpful.
Access was easy and parking was at the house.
There was a pool for our use, outdoor furniture, pool towels, undercover tables and chairs
Inside the house we have full access to a large kitchen, lounge, living etc.
Great value for money.
Quality was excellent. Very tastefully decorated.
Scenery was beautiful.
Highly recommend!!
We will be back.

We enjoyed a few days staying at 99 Acres. The property has the guesthouse plus 4 other villas which are lovely.

We stayed in Villa 4 which was the best of the bunch due to it being the most private. Some of the other villas look into each other but with proper hedge planting it would easily solve the problem.

Our villa was excellent with a combined kitchen living room with all the modern amenities one needs for a comfortable stay . We loved the design of the villa with its large sliding doors which folded back to allow a flowing outdoor indoor atmosphere.

The views are gorgeous and the host Kahn fabulous with easy friendly communication. The retreat is just a few minutes drive into the delightful village of Bangalow.

Overall - fabulous country retreat with equally excellent amenities including a shared swimming pool for all guests . ( a full length mirror would definitely be appreciated) .

So glad we stayed here. Kahn was so friendly and helpful. The guest house accommodation was superb - we had a king bed plus lounge area with lovely views and access to a high end guest kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and spacious covered outdoor terraces. The setting and views were very pretty, yet only 2 minutes to Bangalow high street. I’m sad we only stayed two nights. Of all our accommodation over a week’s road trip this was by far the best value.

A beautiful spot in the Byron hinterland. We stayed in the guest house. The grounds are amazing and the rooms so nicely arranged. We also used the kitchen and laundry. Kahn was a great communicator. Koalas are on the property but we didn’t have any luck spotting any. We used the pool daily and snoozed on the patio. A very quiet and beautiful spot with easy access to the Byron beaches but out of the hustle of Byron Bay itself. It’s a pretty original and epic spot - can’t go wrong here.

What a wonderful experience we had staying in one of the deluxe villas at 99 Acres. The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished with an extremely comfortable bed & pillows. The kitchen is ultra modern and easy to use, stocked with every piece of crockery and cooking utensil you could ever think to need. Great big glass doors draw back to make it feel like you are part of the landscape, allowing you to take full advantage of the fresh country air...
Kahn is a delightful and extremely helpful host, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had exactly what we needed.
We can’t wait to get another opportunity to come up again.
