This is an ideal hotel for Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 and Terminal 3; I have stayed at this hotel whenever I had early morning flights departing from T2 / T3. The hotel is very clean, very modern and staff at check in are always very polite and efficient. Rooms are on par with what you'd expect from a well managed Hilton - clean and modern. The hotel also offers connecting rooms but you have to book at least one week in advance to have best chance of availability. There is an on-site restaurant and I used it for b'fast and dinner; b'fast is buffet style and the choice has always been ample and very good. Dinner is also good. The typical room rate for this hotel is more than other surrounding hotels and I guess the location commands a premium. You can walk from the hotel to Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Heathrow Tube Station and Heathrow Train Station. I will certainly stay again at this hotel in the future.

The hotel is so convenient from Terminal 2 or 3 (just a short walk) and such a wonderful staff. Clofa was so pleasant and accomidating. The rooms are all very nicely updated and even with a runway view the sound isn't even heard of the planes. Its so fun to splurge and just watch the planes come and go from your room. Dinner and Breakfast are also very enjoyable.

Stayed here once before our trip to Vienna and again before our flight to Singapore.
Warning that finding the actual entrance to the hotel is confusing and difficult.
If you are arriving by car, you need to turn into Cessna road to get to the hotel. To do so, when you get to Constellation Way, keep to the far left lane, ie. the lane for ‘overheight vehicles’. Whatever you do, do not turn into the short-stay car park lane as you will be charged £5 and will need to go in one big round to get back to the hotel. This was confusing because there are no signs directing you to the hotel until AFTER the split in the road, at which point it’s already too late to turn back.
If you are arriving through the terminals or public transport, the best way to reach the hotel entrance is by walking across the level 1 carpark (i.e. arrivals floor) from terminal 2.
The room was a decent size, although amenities were somewhat limited. There was a safe, fridge, electric kettle and ironing board. No toiletries, bottled water, bathrobe or room slippers. The shower area in the bathroom did not have a door, so we had to be careful where the shower head was pointing. One really useful feature is the coin-operated self-service laundry facilities available on the 5th and 10th floors. If I recall correctly, it’s £1 for detergent, £2 for the washer, and £1 per 15 mins for the dryer.
The Sky Bar on the 14th floor was a convenient place for dinner, with limited but acceptable food choices. There is a clear view of planes taking off.
The hotel is a bit expensive for what you get, but worth it for the "convenience" of being right next to T2.

Received a warm welcome from the friendly staff at reception. Everyone extremely helpful. The restaurant is slightly in the higher price bracket (£23 for fish, not cod, and chips) but the waiters and waitresses were all friendly and kind. Our main waiter was Elvis and we found him very polite & courteous. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. 10 - 15 min walk (including waiting for lifts) to terminal 3 departure area. Well marked and easy to navigate. Would definitely use this hotel again as a stressless option for early departure flights

The hotel manager said: "However, after reviewing your stay, we found that our hot and cold water systems were functioning correctly, and there have been no similar complaints from other guests."
The cold water did not reach my room shower or bathroom sink early in the morning resulting in choosing between a scalding shower, and going dirty on my early morning flight for the next 10 hours. Clearly the plumbing of the hotel can't handle the volume of cold water requests at specific times to specific rooms.
Requests for partial refund went on deaf ears. I will certainly not be coming back to this hotel, and choose another in the airport area unless I get some sort of compensation for the poorly functioning plumbing of the hotel.

Dear 61abrahamb, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the water temperature. Your comfort is our top priority, and I fully understand how frustrating this situation would have been, especially before a long flight. After your stay, our maintenance team conducted several tests during peak usage periods, and we found no issues with the water system. However, I appreciate that this does not change the fact that your experience was not up to the high standards we aim to provide. Rest assured, we will continue to monitor our systems closely to prevent any similar issues from arising in the future. We value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a flawless experience. Warm regards, Mario Goncalves Hotel Manager

A mere 200 m from the terminal finds you at the reception desk at this hotel. After a long and complex set of flights, it was a great relief to walk out of the terminal and be a room within 10 minutes. We paid extra for a runway view and enjoyed time gazing at the enormous number of flights, taking off and landing from this vast airport.
The room was very clean and well furnished. It contained a hairdryer, kettle and safe. The shower takes some getting used to with multiple controls. Given the hotels location is incredibly quiet from both nearby aeroplanes, but also from adjoining guests.
We stayed two nights after opting to stay at this hotel, rather than hauling our luggage into London. The underground is only metres away and took under an hour to get to central London by tube.
We did visit to the rooftop bar but, coming from a country with a poor exchange rate, found the prices a bit high for our budget ☹️. Ready to go food and snacks are available from reception. We appreciated being able to extend our stay to join a late departing flight at a reasonable additional charge.
Service - both front desk and housekeeping was fine.
In summary, a good hotel in a great location.

Second visit to this hotel in a year and to be honest this stay was disappointing. After a long flight it would be helpful if the hotel was clearly signposted in Terminal 3. Secondly the room was basic. In this day and age it is expected that bottled water in the room is a given. Not in this hotel though and even as a Hilton Honors member it was not supplied. Convenient walk in shower but on the whole the room and bathroom was dark and gloomy. The location is convenient …if you can find the access easily…but the price was high this time. We regularly use Heathrow airport and in future will be considering alternative accommodation.

Firstly i want to thank Simran who was great and made me feel welcome on check in.
Ok, so I booked this as flying out of T2, it is right at the door so zero issues for that. I selected a room facing toward London and could watch aircraft landing and taking off from runways 26 L&R. Bear in mind if winds are easterly you will need the rooms on the opposite side facing away from London to see the aircraft coming and going. There is so much going on with aircraft moving all around the hotel it is mind blowing and quite difficult to know where to look first. The room I had was dead centre top floor on 13th floor, the restaurant and bar are on floor 14 with outside terrace to watch the plane maneuvers. Smokers are out of luck here it's a no smoking outside terrace and the nearest smoking area is a long way through the car park to terminal 2 downstairs and outside. I considered giving up enroute!! Costs, I had room service so I could watch the goings on at the airport, I ordered 2 starters of wings and nachos with a side of fries and a bottle of water and the bill was over £40. There was no main course in that. In the bar, on floor 14, I had a large gin and tonic, just 1 mind, that cost just under £17. Food did arrive to my room cold which further highlighted the value issue but taste was good. There is no noise from the airport in the room and the aircon in my room was ice cold and worked perfectly.
Check in was efficient, however, In addition to the room rate a deposit was taken, not held on my card but immediately taken, this wasn't mentioned at check-in leading me to return to reception thinking I was overcharged for my room rate. Hilton are notorious for holding on guests bank cards then charging on check out again leading to 2 charges which is always a pain to get 1 back, so charging an outright deposit on check in is better than being double charged on check out but it would be nice to be told. Its an airport hotel so guests are tired and groggy on arrival, not expecting hiltons corporate surprises, I know when it's busy you want to get guests processed ASAP but please be gentle with us sometimes.
So my advice is if your flying out of T2 then get this hotel, if you want big windows to watch planes then crown plaza is probably a better option. If your off on holiday and a budget is important then this hotel is fairly priced but bring a picnic. If you don't care that your paying the same for a shot of gin that most people pay for an entire bottle then there are few negatives, just stay here

Great service at the restaurant by Manpreet. She was very thoughtful when it came to food allergies and made a huge effort .
The hotel stay was nice but it would have been better to have ice on each floor instead of it being by the checkin. I wish the hotel would go back to individual room amenities instead of big refill bottles

There’s two car parks very close to the Hilton Inn Gardens at terminal 2/3 not to be confused with the exact same name but on a perimeter road at least 2 miles away (stupid )we parked our car at terminal three because when we returned from our holiday, it was closer to the terminal but further away by minutes walking to the hotel
Hi Mike , the hotel is literally next to the airport so you can go through the car park and there are trolleys plus the staff are so helpful they will grab one for you. Pa for one night go to the restaurant, quick and good food, cheers

I think it depends on room availability and the previous guest leaving and cleaning staff doing the job. Though I would say the excellent staff would try to accommodate where possible.
