Detailed Reviews
We just stayed for a single night at Jayne and Steve's lovely little B&B in a delightfully quiet location.
After a very friendly welcome, we found the room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped for a short stay. The garden was really beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Breakfast was made by Jayne and was freshly cooked and really was perfect.
Absolutely no complaints at all, a great place to stay near Malmesbury.

Didn't know Malmesbury at all so this was a great find. We only booked 2 days beforehand, Jane and Steve were very welcoming and the house was warm and comfortable, they had lots of local info and breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

This is the first time I've written a review but having just stayed at stiling hayes feel compelled to review it.
The house itself is stunning and the room did not disapoint. Upon our arrival we were offered freshly brewed coffee and chocolate biscuits. Jane instantly makes u feel welcome. The bed and pillows were wonderful and we had a very peacful night's sleep, waking to the view of the beautiful garden and fields as far as the eye can see.
Jane had bought some soya milk especially for me which was lovely. They provide a cute menu so u can choose what hot breakfast you'd like after enjoying cereal and yoghurt. The breakfast was the full monty. All the ingredients are of exceptional quality and includes beans and hash brown.
We didn't want to leave and spent time talking to the owners.
We will definitely be back.

Stiling Hayes possesses all the essential ingredients for a perfect stay plus a whole lot more. We stayed in the king-size double, a large, quiet, comfortable room with excellent en-suite facilities. The bed is comfortable with quality pillows (rare in B&Bs), plenty of storage, a good sized tv and a glorious view to open countryside over a lovely, well kept garden. In the en-suite, the shower is a good size with plenty of power and controllability. There is a heated towel rail and extractor fan supplemented by a velux window. A well cooked breakfast greeted us each morning. Our hosts were most friendly and obliging. There is off-road parking. We would not hesitate to return.

We first visited Stiling Hayes last year and wanted to return. This time we stayed for four nights and everything was as good as we remembered. Jayne and Steve gave us a warm welcome and throughout our stay they were always ready for a friendly chat or with helpful advice about the area. I enjoyed walking round their delightful garden set off by fields behind containing polo ponies. Our room was large and comfortable and so spotlessly clean. Every day we had a delicious breakfast cooked to order with plenty of good coffee and piping hot toast - the latter quite a rarity in many establishments! All together another very enjoyable stay, we'd love to visit again.

Just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at Stiling Hayes Street B&B. Ideal location for exploring the south Cotswolds. Very clean accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and extensive. What made the difference for us was the welcoming hospitality and atentiveness of Jayne and Steve. We will recommend to our friends and will definitely stay again.

I booked this B&B as I prefer this type of accommodation. My husband and I were visiting Malmesbury for a friend's special birthday party at a pub in the town. It was a good decision as Stiling Hayes is only a 5 minute drive away but feels like the heart of the countryside with wonderful views from our bedroom window, including sheep and their lambs grazing. Steve and Jayne were very welcoming and chatted to us in their lovely garden where they served us with tea and homemade cake. We were privileged to have a tour of the garden before we left. Their home is beautifully appointed and the breakfast choice and quality were excellent. We highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely family run B&B. Made to feel very welcome - even had cake offered on arrival! Very comfortable, large, clean and tastefully furnished room, with very comfy bed. Very peaceful nights sleep, waking up to glorious sunlight and a great view. Great choice at breakfast, which was very tasty and well cooked... Literally cannot fault this place. Would come back if ever in the area again! Genuinely friendly and attentive owners.
