Kinfield B&B was my first stay ever in a British B&B. I was quite excited on my stay there. The alternative of staying there was at The Old Bell Hotel in the city centre. Today I am so happy I decided on Kinfield.
Kinfield is run by a lovely English woman. The B&B is situated in her garden. In her main house she serves breakfast in a beautiful and nice room. The owner is having a kinder garden in the same house, without that affecting my stay there. The first evening she even served me a delicious dinner after my long day travelling to the Cotswolds, without charging me. She was very helpful and thoughtful and gave me maps, directions, etc.
The room was lovely and nicely decorated. It had a TV, water boiler, plenty of place to put my luggage, and a bathroom.
Great value for money.

Very pleasant B&B with a very welcoming Landlady. Clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast and all the facilities we required. A quiet location less than 10 minutes from the Abbey. Recommended.

I was at a wedding nearbye and was recommended this b and b. Booked a couple of weeks or so before. The owner Jenny was very charming and helpful ,asking what I would like for breakfast. the room very well appointed with tv radio and wifi. ample shower facilities. Slept like a log. Breakfast was excellent with jam from Highclere.. I left feeling very satisfied and the price good too.

We booked a room here as we were going to a wedding. 2 days before they phoned us to say something had come up so they had to cancel our booking. NOT impressed at all. Everywhere else is booked. Would not recommend anyone to book a room here!
