Room - Good size, air conditioning running smoothly.
Bedding - Pillows in VERY POOR condition.
Breakfast - Very simply, few options.
Fair price for a well maintained and simple hotel.
The personnel were friendly, cooperative and caring. Breakfast specials change daily and the rest of the breakfast offerings were wonderful.
They wouldn't even reduce our rate since they weren't giving us the accommodations we paid for, so we were forced to take their "accommodations". They said it's one of their "Deluxe" rooms, which I have no idea what makes it deluxe since its exactly the same size and has the same exact amenities(Other than a working A/C unit and an additional bed). So if you're wondering if the deluxe room is worth it, it's not, its the same room just possibly remodeled more recently. The room has a unusual odor and if I could possibly go somewhere else I would.
The location is also less than ideal and can be difficult to get in and out of depending on time of day.
Now they've "rebranded" as Comfort Inn, and raised the price $20/night.
Minifridges have been removed from rooms,
"Breakfast" that used to be very nice with hot food is now a package of donuts. No coffee! ("It's in your room")
Hotel is filthy- trash in elevator and dirty carpets.
Lobby bathroom not accessible -"Construction site". Of course there is no construction.
Even though I arrived early, the only room available was the one by the very noisy elevator, that bumped and whined all night long.
We will find another place to stay in the future, and suggest you do too.
I made a reservation for Mainstay, same on the same property.
When i found out Comfort Inn was available my preferred choice, I contacted Choice as i booked through the App. I was informed to contact the hotel directly to assist with my reservation as this was a fixed rate and can ONLY be changed by hotel at their discretion.
Contacted the from desk to cancel my reservation for mainstay or help transfer my stay to comfort inn, Debra stated she can cancel and I will get my refund to my card.
Now i made new reservations, same date for 2 rooms as before. Down $150 average per room.
Went to the hotel, did my stay, 2 rooms.
After 5 days when i contacted the property manager Ashely, she said she never has any access to funds, she can not issue a refund and they DO NOT at any discretion consider to refund on the type of rate i purchased.
Choice was wrong to advise me to contact the property and make new bookings. The front desk should have advised me accordingly.
I ended up paying for 4 rooms, for the same date. when i only used 2 room.
Property owner come on, if you can not be considerate of anyone, at least send your staff to customer service training with my $300 plus dollars that was taken without any consideration.
"Do not stay here. Worse customer service, by the front desk and Manager Ashely. No consideration and poor communication skills."Read full review
