I was disappointed by the hotel. The area it’s located in is really nice. There’s a shopping plaza nearby and tons of restaurants. So I had high hopes for the hotel. The outside and the lobby were nice and updated. Upon check in we were charged a mandatory $100 security deposit that wasn’t noted during booking. Once we got to the room upon entering the smell was overwhelming. It was stale and old. It had to of been the dirty and dingy carpet. As we were checking the room we could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We found vape pens, hair on the shower curtain and a dirty kitchen sink. The bathroom has rust spots on the ceiling. The kitchen did not have pots or pans no dishes cups or cutlery. The fridge was old and rusty and made noises all night. The bed was NOT a queen it was a Full. Overall disappointed with this place!

We checked in, they gave us key cards. Up to the room, keys dont work, back down, they give ius two new key cards, went up (with luggage), still did not work, one more cycle, still does no. t work, no apologies, fourth time, a lady comes up with us. Cant get it to work. Gets it open with a master , we go in. She comes back with tools and takes the door lock apart. They cant fix it. End up having us change rooms. New room no toilet paper, no towels, not as clean. Dirt scum around the toilet and someone else's dirty socks and empty toiletries under the bathroom cabinet. Slept well. Breakfast was more basic than I thought possible. Dont book a htel based on breakfast included. Cleanliness was bearable. My wife would ave insisted on leaving. It was cheap.

We didn't have high expectations for this hotel, knowing it was a 2-star type place. And it met our expectations, pretty much. The room was large enough, with some storage space. No luggage racks though. It really isn't a great place to stay if you're not there for an extended period of time, since you won't get maid service or anything in your room besides cheap soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. The kitchen is empty - they will bring supplies upon request. We got mugs and a coffee maker, but no filters and no soap. Pretty cheap for $125 a night. There is a grab and go breakfast, totally nothing special. So if you like a decent breakfast consider it a snack - packaged muffins, packages of Quaker oatmeal, granola bars and apples/bananas. No place to sit and eat it, so they really do mean grab and go. If we go back to the area, we'll likely look for someplace else to stay.

No utensils, China, pots/pans, liquid soap to wash dishes. No soap holders...soap left to lay on counter...not good due to CoVid and cleanliness. Front desk agents are never usually there even when call out. No coffee maker in room. Never told about breakfast bags. Never told that they had all dishes, utensils,!pots/pans in back office. I had to go back to ask for liquid soap which is in ketchup size plastic holders which are impossible to open up. My question is WHY? Why not keep them in the rooms and why do guests have to look around for them and think that they simply don’t supply them. I have stayed in a Residence Inn at Montgomeryville, PA for an extended period of time over 7 months due to property damage at a condo I was renting from and they supplied everything in the rooms including Palmolive liquid soap in plastic bottles not ketchup packages. I cannot believe there is no coffee maker in the room. I am using instant coffee with hot water. I am staying here at least for one full week (May 20-May 27) so this is where I stand on this particular motel. I usually prefer writing very positive reviews and feel much more comfortable doing so however, these statements must be said and things and service need to be corrected.

This was the worse hotel I have ever had to stay at. I stayed at the dresher road horsham pa location. there is no customer service at all. the rooms wer dirty, no toilet paper or clean linens. I had to clean the room myself before we could move our personal belongings in. during our stay the hotel would smell like pot every day and on one day the oder was so strong that I felt that the staff were smoking right at the front desk. there was trash all over the hotel from the hallways to the parking lot. the breakfest they say the give to each guest was none exsisting. if you were lucking to get to the lobby at the right time you could grab a muffin but usually the basket was empty and the staff would always say that they did not have any more muffins to put out and muffins were the only thing they had for breakfast. the staff are rude and do nothing to take care of the guest staying at the hotel. anytime we tried to speak to a staff member they would always be more interested in what they were doing on their phones then what I had to stay. the manager is worse then the staff. one time I tried to speak with her and she just kept cutting me off and giving me answers that had nothing to do with what my problem was. she even tired to get me to pay a lower amount for the room but in cash. I asked if I could have a rreceipt if I paid in cash and she said she count not give me one. so I did not pay in cash. I still asked for a receipt and not one staff member knew how to print a receipt.What every you do do not stay at this hotel. a person would be better off sleeping in their car then staying at this hotel

I previously placed a review for the incorrect location, but this is where I stayed so here goes! I had the pleasure of staying at this facility last week for a business trip and I was astonished with the level of service I received. I was also very happy to see the level of cleaning being performed which made me comfortable considering the climate of current events. Whenever I come back home to Philadelphia I always stay at this particular location because it’s near WaWa, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, Willow Grove Mall and it’s convenient to the PA Turnpike….Unfortunately, this time was my last time staying at THIS location. I made my reservation a month in advance (through a Third-Party) and the evening after driving over 15 plus hours I arrive extremely exhausted and checked in… My first impression was it’s dirty, people were hanging around, cigarette butts everywhere, trash everywhere, and the lobby was dirty… The luggage dolly had dog hair on it, I was never told about the $100 deposit when I made the reservation……the first room I was given was Rm 111 it had dirty sheets, it smelled very musty and moldy…the second room I was given was Rm 104 it was not cleaned…the sheets were also dingy and there was feces in the toilet!!!! Clearly indicating it too was not properly cleaned…the 3rd room was Rm 134 it had cobwebs in the corners, I found out later that the shower backed up while I was using it and the toilet would run all night and NO I did not feel like changing rooms again! I just kept the bathroom door closed and kept the television on all night to muffle the sound… anyway the employee “Tresvor” (not sure if it’s spelled correctly) said that he was going to refund me my money for my inconvenience ($654 plus the $100 deposit) the next morning I received a phone call from the “manager” who told me that I was told in error about the refund and that I was only going to be refunded for only one night…an hour later I received another phone telling me about an audit and that I have to pay for my stay $523… this action and the employees error caused my bank account to be frozen which inconvenient me for 2 days! Now on a bright note: if you wanna stay at an Extended Stay America in Horsham, PA PLEASE stay at the one at 537 Dresher Road! The staff is nicer, the parking lot is clean, the outside is well maintained, the lobby is clean, it’s quieter and the room was immaculate!!!

Warning! Avoid at all cost. Not worth the trouble or chaos or complete disrespect by what little staff they have. I have never dealt with such unprofessional individuals in my life. The Manager is like the blind leading the blind, only she's blinder. Staff socializing together outside most of the time. Asking a question is quite an inconvenience to them. The place smelled like cigars and pipes with a mixture of cigarettes throughout the building. When you complain the manager just assumes your the problem and adds on unauthorized charges for incedentals in the hundreds, yet, you used no incidentals. You can't even find a roll of TP. Everything is sticky and filthy. Can't open windows due to no screens. Pipe tobacco remnants on counters. I seriously could go on but just thinking about it is disturbing to me. I'm addressing this with the top of the top so I know my experience will be heard and hopefully met with some decency. We're in a Pandemic. People's lives are a mess. This staff should be thankful for their jobs and show, at the least, a little kindness to their guests that don't have it so good.

I reserved a room at this location for a Queen suite on Booking.com. When I checked in, I showed the confirmation email to the clerk and he checked me in without any issue. Upon entering the room, the bed was clearly not a Queen. It was a full at best. I called the front desk and the clerk seemed confused. He tells me he'll switch rooms for me so I head back down. I get to his counter and again, confused. He said they don't have bigger rooms. I explained that the room size isn't the issue. The bed size was. He then tells me he doesn't know what to tell me because that's the biggest bed they offer. I ask why they advertise Queen beds then and he had no answer. He tells me to call Booking to cancel the reservation and he won't charge me. I tried to call them but they were closed for the evening. I went to ask him for his customer service number but he disappeared to a back office. I find the number and call. After explaining the situation three times, they say they'll cancel the reservation without penalty. I get a confirmation number of the cancellation and left. Clerk was still MIA when I left. A few days later, my bank account was charged for the stay. I email and spoke to the GM who tells me to again contact Booking and she would refund the money. I contact Booking and they say the hotel won't refund. Aside from this place feeling old, having a mildew like smell and being dark enough to make you feel unsafe, the staff is a bunch of liars. STAY FAR AWAY!

I stayed here for one night though I reserved 3. The hotel is a disgrace, the rod for the shower curtain was barely attached to the wall. no soap for dishes, or any dishes pans etc, had to go to front desk and haul them up my self! Threadbare towels, holes in the carpet and sheets dingy with age. People smoking in front of the front door. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers! Left the next morning even though I paid for a 2nd night.
