we stayed here for the 50 mile race I ran nearby. It was pretty clean, no bugs, but also definitely aged. The room was adequate, sheets seemed clean, smelled fine. kitchen was definitely old, I’ve never used a stove like that so would be nervous to try. The hallways and lobby smelled like cologne, but the room smelled fine. The front desk staff were friendly. They had coffee, once again was adequate, there was some small snacks like instant oatmeal and snack bars for breakfast if needed. It wasn’t a new hotel, or modern but was fine for a few nights.

My room was clean, with the exemption of the mattress cover. I took the sheets off because i brought my own. When I did, I discovered that the removable zip mattress cover was stained with body soil from previous guests. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I got “I’ll see what I can do”. Which was apparently nothing. Secondly, I placed security cameras in my room and while I was gone, received a notification of motion in my room. Apparently the maintenance guy was switching out the air filters, which I had no previous knowledge of. When I called and asked this same manager why was there someone in my room, he got a sassy attitude with me.
The hotel itself was clean for the most part. The lobby and my room included. Previous reviews of filthy elevators and disgusting hallways, was not what I experienced during my stay. ESA is usually my preferred hotel. So far my most unpleasant experiences have been with obnoxious staff.

Initially, my stay was to be brief. However, it has grown into a year, I’ve become so pleased with staying here due to the incredible employee team lead by Arisa. So much is in great working order, and flows smoothly, thanks to management. Most mornings I’m happily greeted by Selina. Each time payment is due, my bill and receipt is always accurate. What a fabulous night crew! Tracie, Bethany and Angela. Always happy to help. Always say hello! Head of housekeeping, Trina, is everywhere all the time it seems. She makes sure her crew is on top of any mess. Of course I’d rather be home, but the HORSHAM extended stay is the next best next thing!

While having work done at my home I stayed at the Extended Stay in Horsham, PA. The staff and manager were professional, accommodating , friendly. The room was clean and the linen was fresh. It snowed while I stayed at this location, I was very pleased with how quick the snow was removed from the walk and driveways. A bonus is how close this location is to different spots to eat. I would absolutely recommend this location!

I booked a room here because of an ongoing power outage as a result of a tornado from Hurricane Ida. Fortunately the power to our house was restored and we only stayed one night here.
First impression: The check-in clerk was grumpy and nasty. Our dog was barking, to which she said, "If that dog keep barking you'll have to leave." What kind of customer service is that?
Second impression: There was standing water in the bathtub, resulting in a call for maintenance. A young guy came quickly who said there was no maintenance person on staff (he got a better job), yet he tried to help by soaking up the water with several towels. The problem clearly was a clogged drain. Our evening showers turned into baths. Not good, standing in soapy water.
Thirdly: The parking lot was littered with cigarette butts. Is it too much trouble to provide butt cans?
Other: The towels were very thin and rough. The dishes/flatware were sketchy. One of the plastic cups had a nice-size chip on it.
Bottom line: This place is nasty. If you need one night or an extended stay, stay elsewhere.

Poor customer service. The one staff member at the Dresher rd. Location for extended stay America was extremely disrespectful and snobby. Me and my fiancé stayed for around 20-25 days at a rate between 75-90 dollars a night and I can count on one hand the number of times manners such as please or thank you were used by this employee during interactions with her. There was a discrepancy one afternoon were we were around a half hour late getting our reservation in and paid for due to car trouble and we let the employee know ahead of time we would be running a little late and she gave us a huge attitude and charged us a additional $20 on our room for a fee after we had been staying with them for over two weeks at the time and spent over $1,000 there. Obviously I was a little upset and asked her if there was any way she could work with us and wave the fee and she laughed at us and gave a big attitude and said absolutely not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we won’t be returning.

The staff there are extremely rude! I checked in a 3 in the morning from traveling on the road all day with my family including my three yr old daughter! When checked into hotel I asked the The Receptionist at the time for a late checkout, which would’ve been 1pm. So at 10:30am we get a knock at the door telling us it’s time to check out. So we explained to him that whoever we talk with last night told us we didn’t have to check out until 1 pm he called me a liar and told me I know she didn’t tell you that because they don’t offer late check out. So it was a big back and forth thing because he’s telling me that the person I spoke with at 3 in the wouldn’t have told me that. I explained to him I didn’t have a reason to lie and that I checked in at 3 in the morning and my fiancé is handicapped. They told us we had to go and that they would charge us 30$ for every 20 mins we stay after that. So we ended leaving then k go to check my bank statements and the charged my card 300$ so when I called the hotel to ask why. that same rude associate answer the phone. So I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold so
After 20 I hung up I called back and asked to
Speak with a supervisor again so she gets on the phone and at this point I’m furious because the receptionist had been being rude from the incident in the morning when he called me a liar... so I explained to the lady what happened and she was like your being charged because our room smelled like Marijuana my fiancé and I don’t even smoke! And we checked in extremely late I feel like we could’ve been treated way better than what we were. And not to mention I’m going through a bunch of mess trying to get the 300 back that they robbed from me!

I had the pleasure of staying at this facility last week for a business trip and I was astonished with the level of service I received. I was also very happy to see the level of cleaning being performed which made me comfortable considering the climate of current events. I work in the healthcare field and this made ms extremely comfortable during my stay. Thank you all and please stay well!

I lost my house to fire stayed here for a few weeks with my cousin. The people here are by far the best. The new manager seems to be everywhere! you'll see him cleaning rooms emptying trash, mopping floors and I even seen him wiring in an exit light. My room had all the things needed to to cook my food. If I could live there forever I would. Just can't afford it.

At by all cost stay away from this hotel if you want to call it a hotel. We were there longer than we should have tolerated it due to waiting on a new place to call home. We thought we were staying in a mental/drug facility and not a hotel. The front desk staff was extremely rude and about themselves especially Selena, Tracy, Arisa the GM. When you had a question or a problem they treated you with disrespect and were no help or they would lie to you just to get you away from the desk. There was always new staff coming and going like a high turnover rate which says a lot. If you had a maintenance problem forget it you just dealt with it because they had one good maintenance person but he left for a better job I wonder why?? It always had a very bad odor like either stinky food, urine or nasty feet and the best is smoke or weed. People would smoke in their rooms and nothing was done about it. So you would be trying to eat your nice dinner and you would feel like your eating smoke. How lovely! Cigarette butts all over the parking lot along with trash everywhere. Guess they have not heard of getting trash cans. People smoking right outside the front doorways, or side doors that you have to walk through and then smell like smoke and with kids that is a horrible smell. People parking in handicap parking that are not handicap. And god forbid someone that really is handicap needs a spot there is never a open spot for them because all taken by everyday people just too lazy to park like normal humans. So much more could go on about this horrible place but all of you should get the point and Stay Clear Of This Place. Do your health a favor not a de favor.
