We just stayed one night after being at Longwood Gardens until closing. We were tired and slept very well. No noise; I only knew other guests were there because I saw them. The showers were hot, the room was cool, my daughters loved the two-room studio and it was a great way to end the holidays and a road trip. I am confident we will be back - it is only a two hour drive from home.

I booked a 3 night stay here while my house was being painted. I was accompanied by my 5 year old son and 17 year old cat. We had a wonderful stay! They welcomed the cat with open arms, and the pet fee was reasonable. We slept well in our cozy, complete studio room. We were able to eat a hearty dinner and hot breakfast offered by the hotel which was important since my son was still attending school nearby. The hotel is extremely clean and has a fresh look and feel. Staff and residents alike are friendly. Shops and restaurants are within a minute's drive and are even walk-able. The only drawback was that it took the water FOREVER to warm up, but once it did, it was just fine. These suites were just what we needed for our situation, and I recommend it to anyone else looking for a hotel to call home for a bit.

Booked this hotel for our Lacrosse team playing in the area. Suites are great size with a full kitchen which our team really liked so we could get takeout and eat in our rooms, no one wanted to do a team dinner at a restaurant right now! hotel was very clean and we all felt good about what they are doing during Covid - everyone had masks, lots of sanitizer stations everywhere. It was nice that the hotel still offered a "grab and go" breakfast, a few hotels we have traveled to recently have not had any food options. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our team.

We have stayed her multiple times over the years and have had a great experiences. We were here over Memorial Day weekend and it was disappointing. Our two bedroom suite was fine. However, there was garbage bags and clothing in the hallways and a few of the rooms were having parties with noise late into the night outside by the pool and basketball courts.

Very pleased the unit was very clean, friendly staff great kitchenette stocked well.. fishes pots really most what u need👍, nice bathroom with sinks separated. We had double queen was very roomy with a sofa and a side chair & table. Our dog went along so great find pet friendly!!! Wonderful breakfast esp considering the more cut back breakfasts we been having since covid which i find a poor excuse! This had hot eggs, sausage fruit cereal breads pastry pancakes & jimmy dean sausage sandwiches.. and the area has lot surrounding inc wegmans lots restaurants. No doubt this will replace some our longer rides as this is about 35-40 mins from philly. Also if weather was nice there is pool & i think grounds have fire pit bbq etc. only thing might be perfect..is a room with some type table to sit eat this our option was the desk but all in all just great stay

Reserved a 2 room suite $183 per night. When I arrived they gave me a 1 room with king bed when I questioned they said because I asked for 1 bed king size they said that is why they gave me that room. I stated that room on the website is $138 not 183. They switched me to a 2 room. We sat on the couch and chair and we got covered in animal hair. The hotel is pet friendly and apparently this room was not cleaned properly. I had to complain to get in cleaned. Hair dryer missing and I had to wait until 9am to get one because only housekeeping has them and they do not start until 9. There were so many dogs there friday and saturday it was like a kennel. Animal friendly should only be certain rooms.

We just got back from a one night stay at this hotel and we can't wait to come back. Gwen at the front desk was so incredibly warm and friendly to my whole family, including my two dogs. Great amenities for those traveling with pets, including dog treats in the lobby, a sticker for the door that indicated a pet was in the room, and an area with waste bags outside. The room and hotel were immaculately clean. Wonderful free breakfast with fresh fruit and many hot and cold items. Coffee was delicious, hot and fresh. We asked to borrow a DVD to watch and Gwen helped us pick one out. The woman at the front desk in the morning was also lovely but I didn't catch her name. I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel was so great in every way that I just had to send my compliments.
Overall, perfect stay that made us look forward to coming back.

This hotel was not cheap what so ever, paying 900$ for 2 nights you would expect a great stay….wrong. The staff at the front was helpful checking in a quick to do so. When we got in our room we could tell that cleanliness isn’t a top priority here. Horrible stained floors, dusty curtains and the worst part black mold in the shower ceilings. I told the front desk on Friday morning, day of my sister in laws wedding around 1030 am. They told me they would send house keeping. We waited about 2 hours before we went back to the room and nothing was cleaned. I can understand if I asked for a pillow or a towel and it would take a while but something like this is unacceptable. My wife is 9 months pregnant and my 2 girls under the age of 3 were with us as well. So instead of staying on Friday night after having a full day of wedding stuff we decided to pack our bags and drive the 2 hours home with tired kids and a tired wife at 12 am because it was safer then staying at a hotel who doesn’t take something like that seriously.

Don’t stay here

Since getting a new rescue yorkie plus one we had pickings for getaways with pets is getting harder than our carefree alone days! But thank goodness for this hotel most especially this one in brandywine friendly helpful great roomy suites a kitchen w/ table for sitting & eats bed is nice comfortable not super high either that u need a step stool .. a parlor area plus a bedroom area separated.. 2 tvs! And my gosh we went during week for first time & my hubby still raving about taco Tuesday all the free fixings & beer for free on tap wine i mean it was great & now he is wanting another over-niter. The breakfast is great as well… The happy hour is esp wonderful because lately the dogs cramp our going eat in at restaurants or going to local sites its just bit more complicated sooo staybridge doing the happy hour made esp him super happy. Do wish there was a indoor pool or jacuzzi plus pillows are too mushy but hey overall great all around place A+ to just get away from daily city life

The maintenance person Rado was one of the rudest people I have ever met. We had 16 rooms booked for our baseball team for 2 nights. The sign at the pool says closed at 8:30 yet he comes out screaming and cursing that the pool was closed. When I asked for a towel he told me to walk to my room wet to dry off. I will never stay at another Stay bridge if this is the level of service you provide.

I've stayed here quite a bit and have never seen a cat, usually a dog or two. Your best bet is to call the hotel and ask. Usually it works in reverse- there are dedicated rooms FOR pets. I can also tell you the rooms are cleaned well. Give them a call, the staff is very helpful and nice.
