Beautiful, clean, lovely shower room, huge room and great staff. We had a slight problem with our room keycard but it was immediately resolved. We had a great evening in the bar with music bingo, won free drinks AND $25 off our meal! A very enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a hockey tournament so usually the budget is in the $150 per night range, tops. Because of availability we had to stay here and pay closer to $250 per night range. Not happy about that from a personal budget standpoint, but what a nice hotel.
First the bad. If you are traveling with kids , the WiFi signal is poor in the rooms and they won’t be able to play their devices on the TV or in the room. Second, amazingly, the TV is not a smart TV so no apps like Netflix etc. That should be standard by now.
The good. Tucked into a residential area so it’s nice and quiet. Big parking lot. Crisp, clean , spacious lobby and restaurant with nice outdoor patio. Pleasant smiling staff. Good shower, at good height and water pressure. Nicer towels. Beds are comfortable, sheets and pillows are quality.
All in all, not spectacular but it was nice to just be comfortable, have nothing to detract from the stay, and have everything be as it should be with no corners cut.

Overall this is a good hotel that I continue to come to when visiting family in Philadelphia. The staff is phenomenal, the hotel is generally very clean upon check-in and it's pretty convenient to most parts of the city. My biggest issue every time I stay is housekeeping. Although I take my tag off the door, I leave it at a good time , and see them on the floor, my room is never cleaned unless I actually stop at the front desk and request on my way out. He started leaving cards under your door to let you know they stop by unfortunately they slip the card under your door after you've already left your room. So essentially I leave the room no one has come by my tags off the door and when I come back as a card under my door. They did this twice during my last day and I had to complain at the front desk. I have stayed there for longer than five days and still only have my room clean one time and that was of course on request. Although the hotel has returned to normal operations this is what is lacking. Again the front desk staff are great, my check in the room is usually clean, and when I request things I've gotten them pretty quickly. I will continue to stay when I am in Philadelphia but I wish they would do something about housekeeping..

We went for a one night stay thankfully. We didn't expect too much but a clean bath tub should not have been to much to ask especially at rate of $260. The room was big and but very dated. At first glance it appeared clean however once I went to take a shower and ran the water for a few minutes before and went to step in I noticed it was not only stopped up but also Filthy. Then decided to just use the sink and that stopped up also. Definitely would not recommend or ever stay there again. I can only imagine what else was not properly cleaned there. Total turn off.

The hotel is very disappointing. We have stayed in a VRBO and two hotels in the last month and I have given stellar reviews for all of them. This place, however, does not compare the the price we had to pay. We stayed in a king suite and the bed is extremely comfortable and pillows are wonderful. However, the A/C unit in the master bedroom sounded like a airplane taking off every 15 minutes. I turned it off and it still sounded like I was outside of the airport.. Therefore, I slept on the pull out in the Living Room. The one day we were in our room until 11:00 housekeeping did not return to clean or replenish towels. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot from Monday until tonight (Friday) so they couldn't have had an overload of rooms to clean so we went to front desk to get clean towels. The floor that is linoleum in the kitchen area I assumed clean until my sandal was stuck to the floor. When I used a Lysol wipe on the floor, one sweep across and completely black. No paper towels in the kitchen so you have to use a bath towel to dry your hands. The room and bathroom is very nice though. Only one elevator working the time we were here, even though it didn't really matter since I think we were the few staying here. Ice Machine broken. Breakfast cost a fortune it is an order from menu. If you don't mind spending $12 on two eggs, bacon and two pieces of toast. Buffet is only on Saturday and Sunday for $16/each. To go into the pool is by appointment only. We have family in this town so this was chosen for convenience. It is a beautiful hotel and fairly new just not accommodating like you would think for $1,500 for four nights.

Rooms are good in size however lack desk room and place for unpacking suitcases. Too little vanity area for women to sit and apply make-up. only ONE dresser drawer to place clothes in. The refrigerator was not cold because it was in a cabinet that traped the heat. The microwave oven was so low that we had to get on the floor to use it. The light in the bathroom is way too bright for one all-or-nothing switch and is blinding at night. No nightlight.
OVERALL: I have seen better arrangements at far cheaper hotels.
Also... Although their signs say they are practicing COVID measures, only some employees were wearing masks.

First let me say the hotel is nice. Now their business ethics are horrible. We booked as part of a wedding package. This was suppose to be a special rate of $189.00 a night. Well after a couple of e-mails we were charged $301.00, that included tax. Now the real kick in the ass, friends at the wedding went through Booking.com and paid $135.00 . So the moral of the story, if you are going to a wedding at DrexelBrook don’t fall for Holiday Inn con of “special wedding” rate. Go on Booking.com, or another third party site and get the best deal you can.

The hotel was fine, but my bathroom and that of a family member had drainage problems in the sink and the bath tub. The drainage of sink was pretty disgusting after brushing teeth.
Additional, some rooms receive complimentary breakfast and others do not. We had three adjourning rooms, each the same size with two queen beds, and one received complimentary breakfast - kinda confused me.
Lastly, when two of the rooms were cleaned, one did not get replacement face towels and the other did not get replacement hand towels. During the room cleaning, the floors were not vacuumed.

The hotel itself is beautiful and so clean. The staff was wonderful. Also, I appreciate the relationship they have with Ardmore Music Hall, which afforded us a discount on our stay.
The issues we had were as follows: We went to a concert the night of our stay and when we got back, there was NO hot water for showers. Then, we found out that there were busses of kids. The boys were on the 5th floor and the girls were on the 3rd. There was apparently no one keeping an eye on the boys because they were running around on top of our head for quite awhile. (We were on the 4th floor).
We had to get up early the next morning so we were quite tired the next day. It would have been nice to be on a different floor.

Absolutely floored at how nice this hotel was, especially for the price and location.
Customer Service was 15/10
Very comfortable rooms.
Restaurant was great with delicious food. Breakfast was a small but good buffet.
First time I ever saw a hotel with a pool that was wheel chair user accessible. You also got the pool by appointment so you would get the entire pool to yourself.
We went on a Saturday and there were two weddings and 2 party events but our floor was dead quiet all night.
The hotel lobby space was big enough too that it never felt too crowded or anything.
Customer Service was 15/10
