It is a $60 room...don't expect the Ritz. Expect carpeted bathrooms and wood paneling from 1973. But it was clean, there is a nice creek nearby, cornhole boards, and a fire ring. The owner was friendly.

Need a place to stay for some flagging I had to do the next day and this place filled the bill. I checked in around 10:30 with no problem. The bathroom had only a shower and not a bath and just a bar of soap, nothing else. The room was a little chilly when I first went in, but warmed up quickly considering it was one of those double cabins.....no problem. I slept well. There was a microfridge, and cable TV...don't know about wifi.

The price is right. And you get everything you pay for. The owner is super friendly and the location couldn’t be better. Just in The town of Coudersport. Very close to Cherry Springs State Park a stream running behind a fire pit always have a good time.
