Detailed Reviews
PROS: I have stayed here twice. The bed is wonderfully comfortable!! Nice bedding, beds are made well by housekeeping and clean rooms. Very large and nice bathroom and very good shower! Parking is fine although it may be hard to find a spot when crowded since it is a shared garage. Located in a very good place, close to highway and away from the center of the city of Philadelphia. Feels very safe and located in a very nice area. Staff is always very nice and helpful upon check in. Very nice lobby!)
CONS: I always have to requests house keeping more than once. My rooms are never serviced the first time I requests cleaning and I have to go the next day and ask again. I really hate to return to a room that has not be refreshed. Although I am always promised it will be clean it is not until I ask another time. Also, when you step off the elevator the hallways smell like a Kennel you want to turn around and leave. Thank goodness when you get to your room the smell is not there. It is a God awful smell and it was there my entire stay. Also, the doors of the rooms look extremely dirty like someone smeared them with something gross!( I wish there was a way to request non-pet floors and rooms. Still, the lobby and rooms have been maintained well so far (fingers crossed it stays that way).
Overall, once I am in the actual room it is one of my favorite hotels. I always sleep well here and the AC works perfectly-- cooling the room.

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed at this hotel twice since it’s opened and both times the rooms have been large, clean, wood floors and all the employees are extremely nice. I’m so happy it’s opened as there is now no other reason to stay anywhere else in the area. Strongly suggest staying

Great location. Cool bar & restaurant. Beautiful bathroom but no closet in the guestroom to speak of. Parking fee not included in the pricey room rate but fortunately Conshohocken offers free parking on weekends.

Do NOT schedule a wedding after party here! We secured the location and utilized their rooms. The day of the wedding they scheduled another wedding after party and told us we had 70 wrist bands and the rest would be turned away. The wedding and hotel houses over 150 guests. Add to that the drinks … 5 drinks and an 85.00 tab served in plastic cups as if we were at the beach. They said that they can’t handle glass wear for over 200 people … again we had 70 wrist bands!
Buyer beware - the hotel room prices are outrageous … I think they believe they are in New York, however no New York bar would serve 4 ounces of wine in a plastic cup for 16.00.
The wedding couple spent 1200.00 dollars for food that only 70 people could partake. After half the wedding guests including the bride and groom were turned away, we left and went to another location for the after party. DO NOT schedule a party here. Side note - the hotel made money from 40 guests who were staying there and the father of the groom is a Hilton platinum member who travels and uses Hiltons around the world. The servers were excellent and should not be held responsible.

The location is beautiful and the hotel itself is lovely, but it takes one nasty encounter to ruin the environment and leave a lasting negative impression. This is my second time staying and unfortunately will be my last, I had high hopes as my daughter moved to Conshohoken and I was excited for this to be a lasting relationship. The bar staff, Jeff and Kate, were absolutely deplorable, disrespectful and down right rude. They pretty much chased my family and myself out of the empty waiting area, stating we could not visit there, eat there and were simply not welcome…even though we were paid patrons. I had to do all I could to fight back with unkindly words as we packed up and left. My brother works for the Hilton company and we have always supported this company and have never been disappointed until now.

Do not book this hotel and expect any part of your reservation to be correct. I called Hilton reservations who was speaking directly with in-house reservations at this hotel to answer my questions and book my rooms. We just arrived and do not have adjoining rooms as told that we had booked and appear on our reservations, we need adjoining rooms with a child. Also we needed to book a hotel that has a bathtub in one of the rooms which is on our reservation and were told was accommodated. Upon arrival we were told this hotel do not have any adjoining rooms. We canceled a room to all stay in one room, then there are no bathtubs in the bathrooms available. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel, there are many great choices to select from.Sorry we selected this one! When we arrived another guest in front of us was not happy as well. We called the Marriott and spoke to someone in house and will be heading over there for our stay.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. With this hotel well outside Center City Philadelphia and very accessible by SEPTA train, I decided to give it a try.
It's always interesting how the Tapestry brand of Hilton makes use of the anomalies of the building. This hotel's lobby and restaurants were built into an old firehouse, with the guest rooms adjacent.
Enjoyed all the modern Hilton amenities such as Diamond membership, bottles of water, check-in and room choice the day before my stay, Digital Key, and app check-out.
The room was certainly adequate, with a nice view of the Schuylkill Valley and the street below. Plenty of space for my belongings. The bathroom had ample counter space for my toiletries. No issues with hot water. Room temperature was easy to control, and the WiFi and TV provided entertainment.
If staying in the area check this hotel out, but don't be fooled by the name. There is no West and there is no Main. It's at the corner of Fayette and Elm. While the address is 46 Fayette, the entrance to the hotel is in the back from Fayette and auto access to the front door is from Elm. Again it was a 2-block walk from the SEPTA train station (uphill when arriving, downhill when leaving) on Oak Street.
This property comes highly recommended.

+1
We booked this hotel for a 1-night stay to visit colleges nearby, and were thrilled by what a fabulous experience it was! The hotel is brand new - opened abut 6 months ago - and virtually all of the staff is warm, friendly and professional, the entire space is immaculate, and the whole hotel has a very cool vibe. They incorporated the old fire house in such a cool way and the rooms are awesome. We ate at the bar/restaurant in the lobby area and the food (with the exception of 1 dish) was fantastic. The cocktails were even better. The HOUSEKEEPING staff was warm, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. The location appears to be close to a cute downtown area in Conshohocken and is very convenient to the Main Line and Philly. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here about six times in the past 12 months for business. I must say Hilton did a good job here regarding the rooms and the customer service. The evening dining options are my favorites and breakfast is ok. Enjoy the happy hour or the brunch (which I yet to experience.) Parking is free or if you must pay it is very cheap and all of it is covered parking.

This is a brand new hotel. I expect a few kinks. I was willing to forgive the small issues (ie lamp on my desk did not work and could not be fixed because the plug was behind the wall). Heat controls for shower did not work -- when I turned all the way to hot it was freezing cold and I had to play with it to find one setting where it gave me warm water). However, the thing that made me really upset is they charged me for a meal at the restaurant that I did not have. I did not realize this until I got home, called the hotel and the person at the desk told me he could not help but a manager would call me at 730 am next morning. Next morning no one called so I called back and the manager, Angela, said she could not help and I would have to call back and talk to a food and beverage manager. WRONG ANSWER. Instead of focusing on customer service and telling me, a Diamond Member, that she was sorry this happened and would get back to me, she took no responsibility. It was only when I pointed out that I should not have to call again that she finally agreed to "investigate" and see where the charges should go and she said after she investigates she will send me a new bill if she determines the charges are not valid. So, basically accusing me of lying and treating this like some sort of criminal investigation. As if I have nothing better to do with my time than dispute a valid hotel charge?? Not to mention at NO point during my stay did ANYONE at the hotel thank me or recognize me for being a Diamond member. Location is great and hotel is nice but I would stay again only after they work out the kinks and train their staff in customer service.
