Nice kitchen. We weren’t using the plastic spatula or turner but those looked well worn.

We stayed here the night of Easter based on reviews. I am a Bonvoy member and love Marriotts. We had stayed at the Hyatt House King of Prussia the night before which was a dump compared to this place. This Residence Inn is superior in every way. Granted it’s not a brand new hotel and there were little things like a torn dust ruffle and worn spatula in the kitchen but overall this hotel was excellent. We checked in late Easter Sunday. There was a bartender around which was great so my husband and I got drinks, had some snacks and watched tv while our kids slept in the other room.

We loved the pool. Pool attendant was extremely friendly. Hot tub was working perfectly.

The breakfast is EXCELLENT for families. Everything you could possibly want including Belgian waffles with toppings!! 3 different kinds of juices, eggs, sausage, yogurts, fruit… I would stay here again for the breakfast alone. The Latino woman who helped put out everything was also incredibly sweet and friendly!! It’s so nice to have that kind of customer service. The complimentary coffee was also tasty and not watered down.

The only bad thing that happened during our stay was we had issues with the toilet flap (water ran and ran…) and the morning we were leaving the toilet overflowed and ruined my change of clothes. As all this happened my kids needed to use the bathroom simultaneously and we all needed to shower still, so in a panic we asked to relocate our room until checkout which thankfully they accommodated, but it was still a pain. We were offered a few thousand Marriott points but I do feel like they should have offered a little more than that for the hassle, which I was not happy about.
I would stay here again but I would make sure the toilet flushes easily as soon as we get to the room.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's always been just peachy. Clean, easy to navigate, ample parking, etc.

I've tried to find how to communicate this with management, but it simple doesn't make sense to offer an EV parking spot at a hotel that charges for idle charging overnight. I plugged the car in around 9pm, it was charged around 4am, and I got charged $5/hour it was on the charged complete (4am-7am).

Could y'all do your guests a favor and change the settings on the EV charger to make sense for a hotel parking lot?? I'm literally sleeping there, so I will mostly be parking overnight. Can you just charge a reasonable rate for the kW and eliminate the silly idle fee??

I tend to stay at Residence Inns because I'm on a special diet. This property touted that they had ovens in the rooms, but when I arrived, the room they gave me did not have an oven. "Buyer beware" and read the fine print.

I went to another property which actually suited me much better. Not much I understanding from the staff at this property.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do apologize that you did not get a room with an oven. Not all of our rooms have them. Our One bedroom King Suite has the over itself, while all of our other rooms do have the cook tops, microwave, and toaster. I am sorry that we were unable to upgrade you to the suite with an oven as we were sold out of them during your stay dates. I am glad that you were able to find accommodations that were better suited for your needs.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was very dirty. We checked in and went to our room only to find trash under the beds and dryer sheets stashed everywhere (as if to cover odor). The sofa bed was stained, and the mattress was worn beyond its use. There was also so much debris under the sofa when opened. We needed to request to have it vacuumed multiple times before someone came. The front desk said he would compensate us but did not. The smell of marijuana was strong throughout the stairwell as well. I realize that everyone is short staffed. I did not utilize their cleaning services for the week we spent; however, I expect a clean room when I check in. Find a different hotel.

Our poor experience began at check in....we arrived and were told our room would be ready in 20 minutes by the male front desk clerk. We left went to the town center and returned 30 minutes later to be told our room would be ready in 20 minutes. 2 staff were at the desk this time the original male and a female who was unfriendly and confrontational (also not wearing a name tag). The room would have been nice if it had actually been thoroughly cleaned. As you can see from the pictures we had a spill on the bedroom wall, trash still in the trash can, stains on the shower curtain and broken tile in the bathroom. The hot tub in the pool area was also out of order for our entire stay. This hotel has also moved to not cleaning every day which 1) was not communicated and 2) if you are not going to clean every day you need to properly stock the rooms with towels, paper products etc. for the time period that you are not cleaning. This hotel's attention to cleanliness and customer service needs to be greatly stepped up especially with less frequent cleaning. Also be aware this hotel is right on the highway so some rooms do have highway noise.

Thank you for taking the time to review out hotel. I am sorry that you did not have a great experience with the hotel and staff. The hot tub is in the process of being fixed so i do apologize that you were not aware of that. We will talk to the desk clerks about delivering exceptional service and making sure to communicate in an effective manner. We have talked with out housekeeping staff to make sure that they are cleaning the rooms up to standard. We do stayover cleans on the second day of guests stays and on the third day a full clean is done on the room for all of our guests. We do appreciate you taking the time to let us know how the stay was and we will take this as an opportunity to make sure that all of our staff delivers the service expected at a Marriott property.

Property is fine and kept in nice condition. We booked for a long weekend during a heat wave. Arrived to find the pool is closed indefinitely. Felt more like a cost cutting issue, than a maintenance issue.

Breakfast was terrible and shouldn't even be offered. Again, felt like a cost cutting issue. I understand times have been difficult in the travel space, but we paid a pretty high rate for a very budget hotel.

I try to maintain platinum status with Marriott for the late check-out benefit. Requested late check-out before arriving and found out the morning of departure, this was not possible. No reason given.

There are a lot of hotels in this area and others are back to offering full amenities etc. Would chose a different non-Marriott property for my next stay.

We were treated royally from our arrival to our departure two days later, starting with Rose at the front desk and Jess and Ryan in the dining area. Rose made us coffee when the restaurant was closed. Jess shared her recipe secrets with us when dining, then suggested two great desserts while Ryan served us with grace and finesse. All the extras were on the house. A first-class experience because of these first-class employees! Many thanks! Carmen and Fred from Canada.

The Hotel was fine. The rooms were designed for long term stay because it's a residence but the prices were good. My biggest complaint? I came to the desk around 2 am and there was a woman working the desk. She was very sketchy and in and out of the hotel, at one point she was in the parking lot for an hour talking to some random guy and I'm 100% positive I saw them exchange drugs. She was strung out on something and it ruined my stay because now I know that's who is handling my money and determining my safety. I think her name started with a M but I can't remember since I didn't get to speak with her really and she only seemed to be there overnight. I've stayed at the Courtyard next-door and the staff there is much more professional, doesn't sell drugs in front of the building. I would recommend staying there the next time.

Management should seriously consider flipping their staff and not hiring drug addicts/dealers from here on out. Stay at the Courtyard next door.

Fairly clean and well equipped hotel. Disappointed to find out the indoor pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed almost a month (was not notified when I made the reservation). I would have booked elsewhere had I known. Second floor reeked of marijuana and floral spray that attempted to cover it up. Room was clean, large and had a nicely equipped kitchen. Thermostat was testy and the room temp never did get comfortable. Breakfast was nice, many choices. Overall it was fine, but not worth the $196 I paid for one night.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was. I am sorry that you were unaware the pool had been closed. Unfortunately due to maintenance issues we had to close the pool unexpectedly so that we could get it fixed. We do try to keep our guests informed on our website if amenities are not available but I understand your frustration in getting to the hotel and the pool not being available. We will use this as a teaching opportunity for our staff.

Absolutely Fantastic! We needed two rooms for two nights last minute to leave a very unsafe gross hotel at a different chain. This place got us in last minute. Breathtakingly beautiful, inside and out. Spotless everywhere. Beds were amazing, showers hot and huge. So many options for breakfast. Hotel was dead silent at night with very thick walls. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing after long days on our feet. Can’t wait to come back next year! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Amazing place!
