This hotel is clean and modern. Even with covid, they are serving you a hot breakfast which was a nice change from a bag breakfast. This is also the first Hilton property I’ve stayed at recently that puts the blue sticker on rooms after they’ve been sanitized and cleaned.

We just starting serving breakfast about a month ago and will continue to serve a hot breakfast instead of the buffet for the foreseeable future. Hilton Hotels pride ourselves on offering extremely clean and safe hotel rooms and we have put a great program in place called Hilton Stay clean. This hotel is nicely located just off of Route 78 and is very convenient to Lehigh University or Wind Creek Casino. It has a banquet facility attached, so it sometimes has an event going on in the evenings. Generally we did not feel effected by this - noise or otherwise. Hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are large and modern. Staff are courteous. Beds are good, but pillows were a little overly soft for my tast. They offered frozen/ packaged food and drinks for dining in room, and the bar actually stayed open until 2AM on Saturday Night/Sunday morning. We felt that the breakfast could have been refreshed a bit more often - the omelettes had gotten a bit dry. The pool looks really dirty, but it is actually hard water stains, which shouldn't be surprising based on what this area is famous for (iron ore). Overall a really great option in this area.

We stayed 2 nights in room 430. We did not know there was a wedding the first night. The music was so loud and didn’t stop until after 11pm.
I’m sure this issue has happened before. The hotel should have anticipated this, made us aware of the wedding and provided us with a room as far away from the event as possible.
We didn’t complain as we knew there was nothing they could do at that point. However, we brought it to the attention of 2 hotel employees the next day who both advised lower number rooms are further away from the event area and quieter. So, they are fully aware of this issue and could have prevented it.
The hotel itself is beautiful, close to many of the places we wanted to visit and the breakfast was very good!

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were super nice, very professional and welcoming . The breakfast area was professionally cleaned and closed during these difficult times .
Initially breakfast and evening reception was served And later it was closed and I could pick up to go breakfast at the front desk . The room was clean , spacious and nicely furnished
This hotel is located in a quiet area but is within walking distance to the shops at the Promenade where there’s a fresh market supermarket located.
There’s a coin operated laundry onsite which is very convenient for travelers.
When everything is back to normal I would hope to see this hotel fully functional and friendly staff back here working without the additional recent stresses of a lockdown.

Very pleased with our stay. The property and room were clean and in good condition. The layout of the room is excellent with a small fully equipped kitchen, even a half size dishwasher. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good. We traveled with our small dog, they were very accommodating.

I always love staying here but wanted to give a special recognition to two staff members that went above and beyond for us. During breakfast Robert and Roberto were exceptional. Both were so courteous and Robert was always refilling food and cleaning the station and Roberto even go us refills on our drinks which made it so easy because I was there with two small children. I was very pleased. Always love staying at this location

The rooms were a nice size, but several spots missed the mark when it came to cleanliness and housekeeping. From large red blood? spot stains on the carpet to dead spider in bathroom ceiling, to hair caught behind the housekeeping magnet on the fridge door, so dirty disgusting plates with crumbs in them, that was not what we expected. If only they could improve on the cleanliness this place would be a great stay, but not now, and especially during covid times, the lack of attention to detail does not give any confidence that they are doing a good job with extra protocols during a pandemic to keep everything safe, clean, and sanitized between guest stays.

Me & my girlfriend have been coming to sands casino( now Wind Creek) for New Year’s Eve for the past several years and have always stayed at a Hilton honors hotel. This year we stayed here and it was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in the area. Quiet, very clean & modern. The staff were all very pleasant and the room we had (King suite) was really nice & clean. It was close enough to the casino & there are plenty of shops & good places to eat nearby. We were very satisfied with our stay & the price was very fair. We would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

I spent two nights while attending a conference at DeSales University nearby. The conference rate was very good for such a top-quality hotel. I was checked in quickly and efficiently, was given a lot of good information and offered free bottles of water. I was surprised when I arrived at my suite to find a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was good with plenty of space for people in the area and convenient takeout containers for those who preferred to return to their rooms. The fitness center was clean and had good quality equipment. Other staff I encountered were as friendly and helpful as I experienced at checkin.
