We stayed in the loft suite, which had 3 queen beds (2 in the lower room, 1 upstairs) and two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The room was clean, but a little dated, the lower room was hot with the heat on, but we pushed the vent closed which made it much better. The door didn't seal very good so you could hear traffic noise from the nearby road, and it was generally quiet otherwise.
Breakfast had a good selection of breads, hot items, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. They offered a slightly different selection each day of hot items so you don't get bored with the same choices every day. Gloves were provided to serve food per local food regulations, and the breakfast area was clean and enough seating daily.
Parking was sometimes close, sometimes further away, only one row across the front of the property.

Good stay! The rooms are a bit outdated for the price and the rooms can really benefit from a remodel. There was a shelf in the vanity area that was falling off the wall and being held up by a piece of tape. Also, all the air vents had rust all over them. I woke up every day with my eyes red and puffy, not sure if it was due to the air vents. The upside was that the location is close to many shops and restaurants, it was very quiet and a quick drive to my office.

We recently stayed at Residence Inn and were upgraded to a larger unit (penthouse) with a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two baths. There was plenty of space for the two of us downstairs. There was ample closet and drawer space, and a desk as well. The sofa and bed were comfortable. We were just a quick walk to the gatehouse/reception area where there breakfast was available. There was a good variety of cereal, beverages, breads, muffins, and a couple hot dishes each morning. One could eat there or use a take out container to bring food back to the room. The area was well stocked and clean during our stay. The clerk at the reception desk when we checked in/out was very friendly and helpful.

My family and I went to this hotel for the weekend, reserved a room and did an early check-in. My keys were not ready but boy was the hotel clerk was ready. This hotel Karen commenced to interrogating my husband and i about why we were in the area, what were our plans and was it work related. We eventually catch on that she wants to change the rate of our room from Military/Government Rate to a regular rated room. This is the first time that I have felt that i was being shook down for more money after a reservation and payment had already been finalized. This hotel does not allow for upgraded rooms at least this Karen wasn't having it. This is the final visit to this place over the last few years of visiting Berwyn, we chose this hotel, this most recent visit is our last. The increased rate wasn't that much more but the demand to know why we were in the area was inappropriate, because it wasn't a friendly tone, it was a "gotcha" type approach. They are truly below the Marriott standard. Do not stay here!!!!!

The hotel staff was very nice, and at first the room seemed clean. We soon noticed a few things - there was a random, crumpled up, dirty paper under the bed; a coffee mug ring on the counter; a lettuce leaf behind the couch; the bed sheets did have a stain - at that point, just toss the sheets. Why put them out for guests? It was a good price and location for the wedding we attended but will think twice for staying with Marriott next time. Once again, the staff was great and accommodated our request for first floor room. We did not have extra toilet paper rolls in our room either.

The hotel staff tried to be helpful, but struggled with the reservation( had wrong check out date althgough correct in computer/reservation system) so they didnt clean or bring towels as requested (and had to arrange a day in advance) and the hotel needs better maintenance. Huge garbage pile at hotel was a smell and health problem, trash in common areas needed to be managed, rooms needed updating, tried to arrange housekeeping to get towels and they only came at 4p the day before check out. They mow the grass, but the upkeep otherwise is a problem

Decent hotel. large room, refrigerator, kitchen. adequately clean. Breakfast was typical: cereal, yogurt, eggs, waffles, fruits..... not very delicious, but that was expected. Staff was polite. Pool was not open yet.

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in July of 22. It was the perfect location for what we needed to do. Everyone who worked at the hotel was so lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Having a laundry room, gym, and pool made our three weeks so much better.

Very reasonably priced. We stayed in a 2nd floor studio suite. Well supplied with all the bathroom and kitchen basics. It was clean and comfortable. Conceirege were very polite and personable. Breakfast was good and came with all the usual items for self serve breakfast. Ample parking close to your door.
