My significant other and I had an exceptional stay at the Inn of the Dove. Upon booking, checking in was easy. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically, the two customer services reps at the front desk, Andrea and Nikita, were able to answer most of my inquiries, as this was my first time staying. They also provided my SO and I with a complementary bottle of wine and a rose. All necessary amenities were conveniently located and each unit was meticulously maintained on the exterior and interior. The interior was clean and orderly, with complementary items for both my guest and I. The rooms were spaceous and roomy. There was a mini fridge with complementary items and microwave.The main area and facilities were very clean and orderly. The bathroom was very clean as well and the shower allowed more than enough space for my partner and I. A blow dryer and magnifying mirror were available for use. Also, the jacuzzi was a nicely added touch. The beds were large, comfy and neatly made upon arrival. I did not experience a single issue during my stay and I will be sure to return as soon as I am able. I would give this place 10-stars if possible.

clean, beautiful, friendly staff, the fireplace and jacuzzi was amazing. I loved that the shower has 2 separate shower heads my husband and I like totally different temperature water. We will return. Can't wait to try one theme rooms.

Reccomend .Was very clean, cozy, comfortable bed, enjoyed fireplace , hot tub , double shower, Should ask or take extra towels , towels thin flimsy get soaked quickly , kind of needed more towels for hot tub and shower , needed more pillows , but overall comfortable and excellent private husband wife marriage time. I took my own candles in little jar , rules do say no tea candles , which i did not have and i took my own added accents but they do have a nice store and added gifts to create added romantic moments . only carbs continental breakfast available, would be added if they served meats or nicer breakfast not only carbs. but we went down the road and had a nice breakfast. Take your own bottle of sparkling wine or champagne or beverage . We had excellent time throughly enjoyed . I called for more towels , we could have gone to office to get , he did not have a delivery person on duty at hour i called , we just were not up to going to office so made due . which was fine . while we were there it was quiet , peaceful, private , pleasant .

At first arrival, the room looked very romantic with mirrored ceiling over the bed, hot tub in room surrounded by mirrors, fireplace, and large shower for two. But the initial awe was gone within a few minutes. The foot runner on the bed was dirty and stained. That's almost expected, but the bed spread was stained too. So we slept in only the sheet and it was very chilly.
The carpet was worn and had burn marks throughout. The dust (or dust mites) aggravated my allergies.
In the bathroom the fan was disgustingly filthy, and covered in black. Also the towels were old and dingy and there were no towel racks. Or towel hooks. There was no place to hang a towel. Perplexing. As for the shampoo, lotions, and soaps, they were all different labels or brands, and they were labeled for other hotels. Leftovers, I guess. Lol.
The only redeeming factor about the room was the fireplace. It was clean, and the log burned a long time.

Where do I even begin? I came here last week Wednesday the 22nd for a night away with my husband in hopes for a nice night away to celebrate my 30th birthday. We WERE wrong. We drove over 2 hours to this disgusting place. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was not wearing her mask over her face. There was another woman with an orange wig on who had no mask on at all freely walking behind the counter and through the check in portion of the building. There was a lot of back and forth about whether or not our room was ready and they switched it from 125 to 137. I almost wished 125 was available. When we unlocked the door we couldn't believe what we walked into. The sitting chairs were disgusting and had burn holes in them. We spent the first 20 minutes there trying to kill flies and a few spiders. The picture on the tv was fuzzy. The pillows were stained(which we called and replaced). There were stains on the floor. The bed had a dead bug in the corner. Everything was just horrible. We sat down and looked at each other and said we can either stay or go somewhere else. After checking with a few other places they were either further out or sold out for the night. After leaving we called to speak with management and we played phone tag and they have yet to call me back. I want my money back. I don't think anyone should have to experience this atrocious place. Go someplace else. I need management to reach back out to me to resolve this!

There should be no stars! One is way too much!!! Totally undeserving! I am quite amazed at the star ratings that this location in Bensalem has received along with the smiling faces. This place is way overpriced for what is offered. It needs to be totally revamped/remodeled or torn down! Bugs flying around the room, spiders crawling along the walls, the carpet torn up, curled up, nasty/dirty! During covid, the vents were black and dirty! Are you kidding me? If not for the air conditioning, breathing would be a chore! The bed had insects crawling in it. Not a place to eat, sleep, shower, nothing! Not fit for an animal, just the bugs crawling in and around it! Made my skin crawl!!! I am appalled! Can’t see how anyone could rate this location other than the zero that it is! The owners should be ashamed to take people’s money for such deplorable accommodations. If pictures were posted of what you would really get for your money the place would be closed down already! The only upside is that the staff was really nice.

Stay away, this place was a dump. Lights falling out of the ceiling, Busted bathroom doors, dirty tables, dirty shower doors and mirrors. The carpet felt soiled, terrible ceiling patch work at the carbon monoxide tester and it appears there was a fire at the wires they duct taped beside the fireplace. See all photo's attached...they tell the story! No soap dispenser in the shower and the shampoo/ conditioner dispensers were empty. Dirty faucets in the bathroom and dead flies stuck to the bathroom ceiling light cover.

Don't believe the stock photos, this place is in need of some TLC. We stayed in the Black and Gold room, carpets were stained, dirty, and in need of repair, the bed was uncomfortable, electrical wires exposed, and the towels were thin and cheap budget hotel grade. The dual head shower was recently updated and there was plenty of hot water. The area was nice found a great couples massage nearby and the Parx casino offered some evening entertainment and dining

During these stressful times, my husband and I were eager to get away somewhere relaxing. We decided to get the black and gold room for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. Upon entering the room, it was a gorgeous set up. We were also thrilled they took cleaning very seriously. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, better than I have seen at other places. The jacuzzi was wonderful, one of the better ones we have been in. The jets worked nicely, especially the small ones at the bottom and we loved the wave setting with lights. We also loved the double showerhead in the bathroom. Amazing and a huge surprise! Also, the room is very sound proof. We could not hear anything from outside, not even when it was storming like crazy. Overall, my husband and I are very well rested and would love to come here again in the future. The staff was very friendly too!
