Stayed here recently Friday-Sunday. I found it quite comfortable and importantly, very clean. The suites are meant for longer term stays where you might use the kitchenette but I didn't need it. I was on the 5th floor, with a view of the highway out the window, but wasn't bothered by road noise. Although I heard other guests as I walked down the hallway, the room was quiet (but I don't think the place was very full). The hotel is located at the end of road, not within walking distance of anything. There are plenty of places to buy food or other things you need, you'll just have to drive. (There is also the small convenience shop in the lobby.) The bed was comfortable and the thermostat worked fine. I'd stay here again if travelling through the area again.

Booked online (a week in advance) a double bedroom (points) for the 24th, 25th and 26th (Credit Card) of Dec and when I got to the hotel I was told they didn't have any double bdrm left????. Hotel agent apologized and said they would hold a dbl bdrm the next day, never received the dbl bdrm on the 25th or 26th. Want to know why I didn't receive the room type I requested online. I have stayed hear numerous times and this never happen.

While the hotel is newer and in a good location, the staff seems to be lacking in customer service skills and the rooms could've been cleaner. Also, there may need to be security measures put into place to ensure that 'strangers' are not allowed in the lobby asking guests for rides.

So I do understand that we are at the tail end of a pandemic, but for $120 + a night come on..... I had one tissue in the holder and one 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper. I have stayed over 50 nights in the last few months at IHG branded hotels, this one is pathetic.... The desk person sits in a room playing on his phone and you need to get his attention if you need anything. Hair left on the bathtub and my head is shaved. It is a good location and quiet...... You only get your room cleaned once a week, need to take linens to them if you want changed and take out your own trash. Key cards work at times other times you need new ones. It is not worth the money or the IHG branding

WARNING! They will try and scam you. The GM hit me with a bogus smoking charge when I don't even smoke. She then proceeds to dodge my call for almost a week and when I get in touch with her, she tells me there's nothing she can do. Save the headache and stay away.

This hotel was the most horrible hotel I stayed at. I found 2 bed bugs on my bed and I went to the front desk to make them aware of it and took a video of it and put them in a napkin and brought it down to them. I tried to change my room they were completely sold out. They offered to give me my money back after they have someone check the room out the next day. So they told me if they don’t find any I can’t get my money back. They looked at me like I brought them in. No honey I keep a clean home. And the manager was supposed to call me and she never did. And on top of it all the young man last night that was trying to handle the situation wasn’t at the front desk so we had to wait 15 to 20 before he even came to the front desk. My husband had to bang on the laundry room door for him to finally come to the desk. Also there was kids running around knocking on people doors and running away. Made them aware of that and they did nothing either. Then I got woken up to housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:15am check out ain’t even till 11am. I was still sleeping. I will never stay here again. I will recommend nobody stay here. I will be calling corporate also. I still have yet to get a call back.

Quiet, clean, well-cared for. Was impressed with our suite and the selection of food and drink in the pantry downstairs. Grateful that it was at a dead end street in a residential area. Appreciated the full kitchen a great deal! Lots of great places to eat within an easy drive.

Manager Sherry is the best at resolving issues. She is kind and thoughtful and genuinely interested in her patrons. Sherry resolved an issue independently and returned my call within minutes. She the secured my item and held it in the front office until I returned. The rooms were large and well-equipped.

ENJOYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDD a nice and relaxing stay for the weekend. It was clean and the staff was great. It was nice to get away :) I will be back. I would have liked for them to have breakfast but its ok I had a full size fridge and stove to cook. They had all of the cookware that I nned.

While on business, had the opportunity to stay at this brand new hotel. Room was perfect, staff was excellent and even had the chance to meet the Managers of the property, Sherri (GM) and Shante (DOS). I would definitely recommend this Candlewood and will return in the near future.
