Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were passing through and it was dark so we stopped off at this hotel. We actually checked in and went to our room. The room seemed "OK" but the TV was the size of a computer monitor. The room also smelled like broccoli. The feeling was not so good and we decided not to stay. We went to get our money back and the desk clerk was arguing with us that that TV size was standard. I said it might be standard for your hotel, but not for the industry. The clerk went to the room to see if we had stolen the TV. He had to call someone and had a long foreign conversation before he would credit my charge card. We are so glad we left and went down the road a little farther and found a nice "chain" hotel that we felt more comfortable in.

I had the misfortune of having to stay here for three nights while working in town. There are cigarette burns in the sheets, the power keeps turning off, there are what appear to be pubic hairs in the shower, and the bathroom lights don't work. The carpet is so dirty you can run your hand over it add your fingers are black. To top it off, all the parking spots are numbered, so when my gf came into town and parked in my spot, I parked in one of the several open ones by the office so we could go out for dinner. 15 minutes later I received a phone call yelling that the police were going to tow my car. Upon skipping dinner to move my car, I arrive back to the entire managent family, 6 or so people, staring at me as though I had broken some sacred law. This place is nasty and no paying customer would ever be treated this way in an establishment of any caliber. Two thumbs down.

I can't say bad with enough emphasis! Issue 1) the phone didn't work so you could call the front desk to complain 2) No heat, the temp is sub zero outside, but our room would not get above 60 degrees. 3) The wifi didn't work 4) I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night & saw about 5 bugs crawling out of the drain. 5) The bathroom floor looked like someone had gone #2 on it... So i had to scrub that before we could use it. 6) The price wasn't cheap for as hellish the stay was, almost $80.00. The temp manager was nice & said he would give us 50% off the next time we stopped, but odds of that happening are slim & NONE.. Keep moving on the PA turnpike & don't stop there!

First of all we arrive at the motel and at check in I am told that will be $72.81. I said no I was told $59. when I booked it and she responded, there is the travel agent fee. Now although I went through this internet site I thought I was calling the hotel, especially when the man who answered said, which of my hotels would you like to stay at??? When we completed the information he told me it would be $59. and I needed to show ID and my credit card NOT $72.81!! As for the hotel it is very old the curtains are hanging on some of the hooks, the shower barely puts out enough water to shower. So If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep it is OK but if you are going to spend time in your room go to the Super 8 or Holiday Inn... We unfortunitly could not get a room at those places....

I was charged twice for the same stay and after many phone calls, he only credited my account for the lesser amount that I paid when I checked in. He is dishonest!

This was by far the most vile and disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms and stained bedding. Dried urine stains on the toilet and a wretched stink permiated throughout. Left without showering for fear of disease. This place was gross and that's an understatement. Would have left but after 10 hrs of driving just had to sleep. Would have been better off sleeping in a garbage dump.

We stayed at Beaver Falls Motel, on a trip that combined a family visit + explore Pittsburg area.
Its a family-managed hotel where staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms are very spacious and air-conditioned. We especially enjoyed old-time charm and glass-walled bathrooms!! My teens were busy with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi !!.

Pity there is no food on the premises though lobby has free coffee all day long. There is vending machine with drinks and snacks. Subway is less than a mile and so is gas station. We enjoyed Italian restaurant across the street.
Motel lobby has a free internet desk for guests.

There is a nearby Cinema (two miles away) and a next-door bowling alley that was a savior for our teenagers!!!

Hotel is on highway 76 and 18 (and near 60) which makes a good location.

Just stopped here because my two year old really had to go potty and the Indian guy there was SO mean! He told us to go to the gas station a ways away...we had and it was closed. We asked could our son please use the potty quick and the guy said it isn't home and he will report us! Um, my son has to potty! He is only two and can't hold it as well as big people! How rude of this guy! No wonder the place was empty!

This place was horrible, rat dropping in every corner, under the vents and windows and even found some in my bed. Bed sheets were nasty and had body fluid on it, the carpet looked like if it hadn't been ever vacuumed, I know it hasn't cause there was rat droppings every where, don't even get me started on the bathroom I would not even give my dog a bath in it.
