Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very friendly staff at Front Desk and Cleaning Crew. Accommodating but the Super 8 does have some shortcomings. Some rooms smell like cigarettes and also looks like they need to upgrade their furnishings (some stains and chairs wearing in places). Bed was comfortable and bathrooms decent too. Like a fan in the bathroom which you don't always find in Hotels Motels so that was a plus. Overall was a decent place but the Rates too high for what you get. Also they need to enhance their breakfast. A few muffins coffee machine and juice machine was all. Better than nothing but compared to other places and for what they are charging they should offer better.

Very poor cleanliness. Rugs have big stain and the furniture has stain and I would not sit on them.
I felt that the building not being locked up at night( back door) is a safety issue for your customers who enter through the back door late after a night out.

We recently stayed at the Super 8 in Beaver Falls over Memorial Day weekend because we bought a house and were working on it over the weekend. Didn’t want to do a lot of driving and since we don’t have anything in the house yet, this was the best bet. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. The room had a funky smell at first, but it wasn’t that big of a deal after we turned the A/C on. Close to the PA turnpike for the travelers. Doesn’t have nearly the amenities that the Ramada has down the road, but they were sold out. All and all, I would stay here again if need be.

We booked this very overpriced hotel for the weekend and wanted to check out 20 minutes after we got there… but after traveling three hours and no place else to stay on a Friday night, we were kind of stuck! The room had multiple cobwebs everywhere. There were no pillow cover cases on the pillows. The mattress pad was on upside down. There was a nasty hair ball on the washcloth and hot tub was Just plain disgusting. The bathtub looks like something out of a horror movie The room itself was very loud! It actually felt like I was in my garage! Very unkept!
And continental breakfast is nowhere near a frozen muffin and day old pot of coffee! To say that we were disappointed is an understatement!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, it will be the last time we will be home. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is disabled. You have gone beyond your service to care for my husband and I, we want to thank you. If we were able to come back in the future, we definitely would stay there!

This property, supposedly new, was hardly that. This place has NO amenities whatsoever and is in a depressed section of Beaver Falls. Security is non-existent. The rear door is open 24 hours a day and allows anyone access to the second floor at any time. The rear parking lot is dark and forbidding. During our stay, I don't believe there were more than 10 other rooms filled, yet, we were put on the third floor. The pillows are nothing more than pieces of cloth. The continental breakfast is a couple of pastries and some bagels along with juice and coffee. The room where this is held was filthy. Add a constant stream of mile long freight trains rumbling by every ten minutes during the night and that pretty much completes the picture. Oh, there is a "gentleman's club" just on the other side of the abandoned motel next door.

I stayed at this hotel because of a family wedding in Beaver Falls. I stayed two nights and it was a pleasant stay. The young man that ran the desk in the evening was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, the breakfast seemed minimal. The Beaver Falls area seemed sort of depressed and that carried into the parking lot too.

I stayed here for two months for work and had to leave. Reported the air conditioner in my room did not work and was never fixed. Was put in a room multiple times with no microwave or refrigerator and received attitude when I asked for a room with both. Reported to the front desk 3 days straight that there was a wet spot on my carpet and nothing was ever done so I checked out. This place is ok if you're traveling the turnpike and need a couple hours. Staff could me a lot more knowlegable and friendly. Also, the maintenance guy sat at the front desk every morning and was not very presentable.

Google Maps indicates this location as a Wyndham and not a Super8. I called 3 times as I could not find the motel. It was not until the 3rd call did the agent say it was a Super 8 motel. I opened the door of the first 2 rooms and was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. Mind you I had to carry my bags up the stair each time. The 3rd room was barely acceptable. When went to check out there was a quest complaining over a situation he had taped during the night. He also had a gun on his waist. Mind you he was not a police officer or anything close to that.

4/20 Friendly so far after a month here..The house keepers keep to themselves and never batted an eye at the blunt guts and shake and the beer bottles..nice people stop in and I've met a couple chill people. For a non smoking place they are cool about it. A good hotel.
