Nice park, close to amenities, on the river, under new Management and owners. Has pull throughs and back ins, 30 amp with full hookups, laundry facilitys, bathrooms with showers, recreation room, paved. Sites have picnic tables.

We booked into CoHo to escape the heat, nice clean park with a mix of summer guest and travelers. Very nice people, front desk very friendly. No ATV was nice, not that we oppose just nice for quiet. Close to stores and other things includ8ng hiking and lake time

rules changing monthly , the good maintenance people left shortly after new owners took charge , rent going up up up , i was lied to twice in 3 days to my face by the first set of managers , 3 sets of managers in 6 monthe says something

Had a terrible experience with a long term resident was called me hateful names all over my Act that was running he said…. who runs the AC when it’s 67 degrees out…..first of all…it’s not my AC running it my fan for circulation in my class A motorhome.
He said we can’t hear each other talking when sitting outside… it’s a brand new AC my tunit very quite
After the hateful comments I noticed my magnates disappeared off the outside of the RV one small rainbow flag magnet and proud too be gay and a Trump supporter magnet.
The park host said he is friends with the owner and she will deal with it appropriately. After the incident multiple people who are long term who heard and witnessed the altercation said they've had problems with him in the past
The park host offered to refund me 2 nights but then after talking too the owner. They would only do one night.
We have been here a week and will never never return nor suggest this park to anyone in our travels . I’ve Posted their rules and highlighted what he with his racial remarks and vulagariy.

After reading all old reviews, I’m happy to say that we had a 5-star experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean, well maintained and quiet. Our site backed to the Smith river giving us gorgeous views to relax.
Sites have a picnic table on grass, and leveled pavement for the RV and vehicle. There are no fire rings.
Amenities include nice bathrooms/showers for guests, full laundry facilities, game room with books, puzzles, cards and a pool table to enjoy while you complete your laundry.
The place is close to market, restaurants, post office and gas stations. It’s a short drive to Florence, the sand dunes, the seal caves and Heceta lighthouse. Overall a great stay!

All amenities strictly for employee/ owner only. They do not remember names even after a year and a half. The rec room is strictly for management and bathroom is permanently LOCKED?! They brought in a porta potty for the the permanent residents, friends of management only get use of anything here. Made very unwelcome.

I was very pleased with the changes that have taken place.
The first thing I noticed was the fence along the street side of the park. It looks nice and works for security and noise. There are also security cameras up now which I appreciate.
The managers were welcoming and helpful. It had been raining heavily and they addressed a concern about standing water in one of the sites. The people in the site did not have to go to the trouble of moving to another site.
The internet is great. I had no problem streaming.
This RV Park backs up to the Smith River and has a private marina. It is being rebuilt and will be open soon. Great for fishing boats and kayaks.
There is a large fenced area for pets to be off leash.
There is shopping across the street as well as some really great restaurants in the immediate area.
I definitely will stop in again.

Coho RV Park is quaint - not bustling, like a KOA. The hosts are friendly & polite ! I enjoyed my stay there. The restrooms take a key card, and are clean. The Wifi is really good throughout the park, and plenty of space to walk my dog. I'd definitely return.

Don't bother it's a dump. When we called ahead to see if we need reservations they said no problem and yes the honed Good Sam Club memberships. NOT true no discount for Good Sam. This place is full of full timers and there I s more rust on there rigs than paint! Giving it a 1 for a rating is being nice that is because the WiFi worked.

Nothing special about this park, but it's close to town. Both pull-thru and back-in. All sites have grass. Cable is through a company that uses a box to be connected to your TV. Bit it works well. Antenna only gets one local channel. All sites are asphalt, with an asphalt patio with picnic table.

This review is accurate except for one thing, the park is on the beautiful Oregon Coast! Great fishing and beautiful. Nearby elk viewing! Private boat launch and the wonderful Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area!
