I booked this Hotel on 11/18 checking out on 11/22 and stayed Wed, Thurs and left Friday night after my experience with the front desk. First, I am a platinum member with Wyndham and a lifetime platinum member with Marriott with almost 1000 days booked through Marriott and probably 100+ with Wyndham. I only bring this up because in those 1000+ days of stay at various hotels - I've never experienced anything like this before. My wife and my sister booked a 2 Queen Bed - suite room for 4 and checked in on Wednesday afternoon. We stayed here because it's 1 block away from my sisters house who we are visiting because she is sick. We should have known better because there are drugs in the area (and I think the staff at the Hotel might participate in this as well). Around 11 PM on Friday night my sister walked from my sisters home to the hotel and her wallet was upstairs in the room so she knocked on the door so the guy at the front desk would let her in. Unfortunately he refused to let her in because she didn't have a key or id so she asked if he would call up to the room - I was sleeping but there. He refused to call up to the room. My sister then called from her cell phone and asked if I could come down and let this guy know she was a guest there. I got dressed and came down and told him she was and let her in (the door was in close quarters to the lobby) and he started screaming and cursing at us. I told him she's been here for 3 days - showed him my key card and id and then asked if she can go upstairs and get her id? He then said I would have to do it...I then became upset myself and said to either let us go to bed (we weren't causing any problems - but he was) or check us out of the hotel. He checked us out...I was shocked. At some point another gentleman showed up (must have been the manager) and my sister called me from outside and said that gentleman knows her - she had seen him for 3 days during breakfast. I mentioned that while going back and forth to our rental vehicle packing up our stuff and he said he never seen her. The whole scene was very shady - I believe they are using drugs or are so paranoid they don't know a good guest from a bad one anymore. Regardless of that - the whole scene should have halted when I walked downstairs - showed id and my key card and said yes she is a guest. At this point it was close to mid-night and it took us an hour to find another room (near the airport) but at least we got away from this drug roach motel...they also charged me for all 4 nights even though they checked me out after 2 nights. They did say they would not charge for Saturday when I checked out but they did. I have a complaint into Corporate for both issues. Do not stay here - I thought it would be safe and convenient but it ended up being neither and unfortunately the danger and inconvenience came from the hotel staff directly.

The desk manager Makayla was very polite, informative, and she made the whole visit to this location better. The breakfast was good as long as you got up early for it, can’t complain, it’s free. Was a little noisy but that’s to be expected when next to a busy road and the max train. Great help and very professional.

should of read reviews first, it was late BUT worst place I have ever stayed not to mention the employees that worked there are so disrespectful and unprofessional! The whole place smelled like cigarettes and my room had hairs in bed, a sock under the sheets, and food on the walls, screen lying outside window, it was a trap room for sure. When I checked out the next morning to get my cash deposit, KAYLA came and told me I would not get my money cuz she found my blunt that I smoked IN MY CAR that morning before I showered and had to be at my meeting, I left it by the bed when I left, well it may have had an odor of marijuana from the half smoked blunt but the WHOLE PLACE smelled of cigs and weed and I DID NOT smoke in my room I am not stupid, its legal yes but not in the room, she told me to call mgr, so I did and he said he would call me back and never did and when I called again, kayla said your not getting it back and housekeeper told her I had 6 people in my room?? I dont even know anyone in that town and NEVER had 6 only 4 just like I told them when I booked that night, my 3 kids and myself! THEY PROBABLY MAKE UP LIES TO SPLIT THE CASH DEPOSIT! this place should be extra clean due to COVID regulations but the hotel was dirty and the other guests walked in and out with NO mask and clerk said u need a mask and they said okay and kept walking it was so unprofessional DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAM AND ITS FILTHY!
