Nice updated rooms, comfy beds, clean and updated bathrooms. The pool is heated perfectly and was a welcome place for tired travelers! Seems family friendly. We only stayed here overnight on a travel schedule so we don't have a bunch of experience here.

Great place as described by other reviews. Nice folks running it, Indian food stand in the parking lot. Easy to walk to shops after a long day driving. Strong new AC. Folks running it nice n helpful. I was glad to chose it. Excellent value in a motel.

Too expensive. This motel is in need of a major renovation to justify it’s cost. The fixtures are crumbling, the lighting in the room is cheap fluorescent and worst the internet is extremely spotty which is really a deal breaker. I had maybe an hour of uninterrupted internet my whole stay.. On the plus side, the owners are friendly, the pool is great, and they operate a food truck on the property with tasty food. If the internet had worked and if it had been cheaper this would have been a good choice.

My boyfriend and I rented a room with jet tub and it's for our anniversary upon arriving we realize that the jets in the tub were not working, tried to use the phone to call the front desk and it was out of order and the heater in the kitchen was broken. My boyfriend went to the front desk and made the owner aware of the problem and he was told that there wasnt anything that could be done. At check out the owner was rude and wouldnt give us a partial refund. We had reserved this room specifically for the jet tub to have a special evening and it was ruined!!!

Excellent value for a budget motel. Actually felt rather homey! Liked that the units were back from the main road, all at ground level, and arranged in a wide semi-circle around a central pool nicely landscaped with flowers. Courteous service at the front desk. Our room with queen bed was small, but VERY clean, with good soundproofing between adjacent rooms. Walls were delightfully decorated with large metal butterflies & flowers. A cozy dinette set for two was by the window. The bathroom had a mod glass-bowl sink, & artful tiling around the counter & shower. Complimentary soaps & shampoo. Bathroom fan was noisy, but a second switch could turn on just the light. A suggestion: add a closer mirror, since the wall mirror behind the sink was too distant to see for putting on make-up! Our friend had a larger king size unit – very spacious & welcoming with a cheery bouquet of flowers, a comfortable lounge chair, & scenic art prints above the bed. Our mini-fridge & freezer worked well. Good TV reception. Plentiful ice from the outside ice machine. Coffee maker in the room, with coffee packets & creamers. Very quiet, & once inside your room, you couldn’t hear traffic noise along busy SE 3rd Street. Easy access to the hotel room – just a few steps from your car. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants & Grocery Outlet, or a peaceful walk through the adjacent neighborhood. Location is central to sight-seeing in the area, and less than a 15-minute drive to the popular Shevlin Park – with beautiful woodland walks. Overall, a nice, quiet stay, & we'd book here again.
