This was the only BW I would never ever stay at again. Were we not late coming off the road, and my friend and I not completely exhausted, we would have left. The carpets were filthy and smelled of mold… there was a large chunk of porcelain missing from the toilet… (how does that even happen, and why hasnt it been replaced?) Toiletries consisted of a single tiny cheap bar of soap and cheap shampoo. nothing else. Overall, it felt gross, and completely with BW. Something is very wrong here.

Overall, quite disappointed. We’ve had very positive experiences at BW Sawtooth and thought to give another BW property a try. We stayed in a king suite. I would not return to this property.
Shower had low pressure and small earwigs or silverfish crawling on the walls. Flies, both dead and alive, were all over the room - dead on floor, tables, etc. In bathroom, one sink worked well, the other had uneven water distribution and low pressure.
The AC only worked in main room, it was VERY hot for kids sleeping on pullout couch so they had to move to bedroom, 4 of us in the king bed.
There were no pillows/blankets/sheets readily available for pullout. Room did not have enough towels for family of 4.
Small improvements- put a hook or hanger just outside the shower door, within reach.
The grass/lawn outside were maintained very well and the property outside was overall clean

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. It was very obvious that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property and making sure guests are well cared for. We traveled with our two young kids and dog for an overnight stay. Our room was clean (which is always a necessity for us when traveling). There was plenty of space for our dog to run outside. The pool area was fantastic for our kids. Breakfast had plenty of options including dairy free items. Because of our experience, we will certainly consider returning to Baker City in the future when traveling.

Our family was going from utah to Seattle for the summer and we needed a place to crash in between the trip. We came accross this place and decided it fit our budget, so we went for it. The oeverall stay was really good, better than we had in the past for a similar price. The breakfast really makes up for it and you can consider at least $15 per person within that. Since we have 3 kids in our family, we were a little upset that the pool wasn't open yet, but happy to know there was a small playground at the back of the property. Walls are a little thin, but nothing far from the average 3 star hotel. We needed some extra plasticware for our dinner and the reception was happy to help us.

This is probably one of Best Western's most superb hotels with respect to amenities, peaceful relaxing property, and staff courtesy and assistance. It has recently come under new ownership/management. Although the bar/restaurant is a bit pricey, I consider the food and service to rank as a high end experience.

I stayed at this hotel because I usually have a great experience with Best Western. Sadly, this was not the case with the Baker City Best Western. When I called the office to complain about a flashing light above the bed, the attendant told me to cover the light with a towel. When I asked how I attach a towel to the ceiling, she took offence and began yelling at me before slamming the phone on me. If you don't mind a flashing light over your head while sleeping, and if you don't mind unprofessional staff, this hotel is fine. If, however, you still care about being treated with respect and kindness, you might want to find another hotel. And if you want to sleep in darkness (that is, without flashing lights) you'll also need another hotel. Who puts a flashing light near the bed? There are several great hotels in Baker City. I've stayed here many times and never had a problem. There's something off about the staff at this Best Western. They seem young and extremely unprofessional. Not sure of the exact problem, but with so many other great hotels in Baker City, there's no reason to stay at the Best Western.

I have never seen a hotel set up like this. The rooms are in buildings separate from the front desk & the breakfast area is also separate from the front desk. There is an outdoor pool in the middle of the complex. Each room has a sliding glass door to let you outside. Our room was on the first floor & we were able to park just outside our room & only have to carry our belongings about 10 feet from the car to the room. Each building had key drop boxes so after we checked in we never needed to go to the lobby again. All amenities were as advertised; a clean & comfortable room, fast wi-fi & a tasty & filling hot breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

While the motel is a bit dated, the bed was comfortable and the location worked well for our overnight stay during a road trip. The onsite restaurant was very good. If you don't want to deal with stairs, request a ground floor room. Also the ground floor rooms facing the parking lots had a nice feature that you could park in front of or near your sliding glass door for carting in your things. We also had a nice view of the mountains to the west. The continental breakfast turned out to have eggs and meat that was better than average my husband said.

They are independent. The name is now Sunridge inn. And yes they are still keeping reservation. However i would call and confirm to be on the safe side

Ive stayed at this motel more tha once and have never seen any such going’s and im very obserent milatry trained your comments sound off more like sour grapes or half in the bag judging by not being able to understand the last 2 lines stold what from who and how do u know what drug unless they told you or you wer doing them also if all this was that blatant y dident you call the local cops
