Hotel's Favourite
Loved the room set up with a King bed. There's a sitting room with a TV if one person is an early riser it's a perfect setup.
Clean room also quiet inspite being next to the elevator. Friendly staff, plenty of restraunts and shopping nearby.

The room was clean as to be expected. The hotel has made proper accommodations for customers during COVID-19. They still serve breakfast but the person behind the desk gets it for you to eliminate the possibility of exposure to the food. We even stayed an extra night. The bed was comfortable. I read a lot of other reviews that people had problems with water pressure. The water pressure was not the strongest but it got the job done, it was okay. I was extremely disappointed in the pool experience. I was told the pool was open until midnight, with only adults being allowed to swim after 9 or 10 PM (I don't remember which). My husband and I were really looking forward to going back to the hotel and swimming after a really long day of work. (we were there on a job). After stopping by Meijers and spending 60 dollers on swimsuits for ourselves, we get to the hotel and there are 4 teenagers and one smaller child in the pool splashing around the entire pool area. When I asked the lady behind the counter about it all she said was " they are little, little kids" She could see in the camera exactly how old they were. They were not accompanied by adults. I was just very disappointed that the rules were not abided by. If you tell me after 10 PM it is for adults, in my mind that is for people over 18. NOT teenagers splashing all about, taking up the entire pool. I would not have even been able to swim if I was to go to the pool area due them hogging it all, splashing and playing. The pool being open is the ONLY reason I booked this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. We were in town for the Ohio Half Ironman race in Delaware, OH. This location was the perfect place to stay! A quick drive south to the start line, and we avoided all the traffic coming from Columbus that morning. The hotel even opened the breakfast area at 4:30 am race morning for all the athletes and their families who were leaving super early for the race.

I stayed here between dates of a tour, and while the stay itself was just about average, the service is abysmal and I'd argue criminal. The contracted rate was $80.75/night and I was charged $182.88 with no explanation. When I called to figure out why I was charged so much more than we agreed on, they refused to answer the phone and there was no answering machine to leave a message. I called non-stop for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I had to call my bank to explain the situation and provide receipts to issue a chargeback in order to settle this.
Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a very common practice for them.

3 nights recently, no significant changes to the property since my first visit in 2015. First impression wasn't particularly favorable. While waiting to check in the person who arrived moments before us, maskless, had a huge open mouth sneeze in the reception area. Nearly no mask usage among the guests, no evidence of any ongoing cleaning of common areas, doors propped open with the cigarette butt containers throughout the property.
TV channel selection is still dismal & the fact that Faux News right wing propaganda outlet was on in the breakfast nook 2 different times on the first morning was particularly unappetizing. Breakfast selections and coffee were acceptable.
On a mixed note, it was nice that the rooms now offer Chromecast which was wonderful visually on the LG displays but Chromecast often had a mind of its own so I couldn't actually control it from either my tablet or the TV remote, the only solution was to move the dresser (see previous review from 2015 concerning electrical outlets in the rooms) to unplug the TV/Chromecast contraptions.
All things considered, I probably won't be returning to this property.

I give this a 2-star rating due to their continental breakfast. I don't normally review places, but the breakfast was so awful. My husband and I and our children threw most of the food away. And I do not have children who are picky eaters. If you stick with just eat the breads...bagels, cold cereal, toast, etc., you'll probably be fine. But the sausage, potatoes, and eggs were quite disgusting. Cold, hard potato chunks, greasy rubbery sausages, and nasty eggs... Based on their breakfast, we would not stay here again.

Worst sleep I’ve had in years. Young kids next door blasted music/noise most of the night and other kids were in and out of the room all night. Lots of shouted obscenities as well. Made 1 complaint directly to occupants and 2 complaints to front desk. Noise finally lessened a little bit at 5am, but not enough that I could sleep. Room was nice and clean and king bedroom suite was roomy & comfy, but those pluses certainly didn’t negate the noise. Paid extra for an upgraded room just to have to be exposed to this all night!

Needed to go and buy towels because they didn’t have enough towels for all of us. Blood on top sheet of comfortable. Painting and tile in bathroom is rough. I would if never paid the painters if this hotel. Air worked this time but not sure if it is because I asked them to turn on before I got there or if it is because we were on the first floor. My grandkids did like the pool, there was no milk Or bananas for my granddaughter to have in the morning with our pick and pack breakfast. N

My room had running toilet issue that wasn't fixed during my stay or I would have given them a perfect score. Having to listen to a running toilet all night was not ideal. Everything else was great! I have also stayed in this hotel on a previous occasion with no issues.

We were assigned an already occupied room when we arrived, which we only discovered when we opened their door. We immediately returned to the front desk, where she blamed a new keycard system (not sure how that leads to assinging a room to 2 different people, but whatever). She offered to upgrade us to a suite, which might have been a nice offer had we not already been booked in a suite (guess they did not bother noting that either). The room was rather worn, the mattress was far too firm, and the pillows (of which there were only 3) were incredibly thin. At least checkout and the breakfast was decent.
