The grounds are stunning and the building really beautiful. Loved the room, just should have checked the bed was made as a double and not a twin. Room was spacious, luxurious and well laid out. Food at dinner, breakfast and lunch was superb, tasty, well presented and high quality. Staff were all fabulous, friendly, professional and always greeted with a smile. Spa is massive, hard to navigate around at first but soon got to grips. Loved all the different spa elements and areas, used everything. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival we immediately noticed how busy reception was to book into our overnight stay… we were however greeted by a very nice member of staff who offered us a glass of Prosecco whilst waiting in the queue. Check in was smooth once our turn came and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were great with a wide variety of pools, saunas, steam rooms etc…. All of which were clean and spacious. The food was definitely one of the highlights, the only negative point being that your reservation time is allocated to you upon check in with no option to amend it as all reservations were taken, we did however manage to make it 45 mins later by speaking directly to the restaurant. I would advise ringing in advance to request your times. The grounds and building itself were stunning and I would recommend having a walk around both outside and in. All in all a very relaxing and romantic get away, I wish we’d have booked 2 nights instead of 1!! We will be back.

At end of August 2021 my husband surprised me with a 2 night stay at Hoar Cross Hall for a very "significant " birthday.- What a wonderful stay!! - the facilities are really good, our room was fantastic. I was delighted with the beautiful macarons and chocolate covered strawberries awaiting for me on arrival (ordered by hubby as an extra teat)l and the food!! - divine!!. There is one lovely young lady who deserves a special mention and that is Hannah Watkin who was on duty at the Spa reception...( I had a query - which she quickly sorted out for me) and she was so kind and attentive and helpful and went above and beyond what you would expect to help me- she honestly was such a lovely person and she is a credit to Hoar Cross Hall .

Very clean and the facilities are great. The food quality was incredible too! When you visit Hoar Cross Hall I would recommend taking time to explore the grounds, but before you do make sure to take the hotel tour with the man from concierge. He was very informative!

Loved the building, our room, and enjoyed the grounds. Some great facilities too. The downside was the queues for the restaurant even though you have to book (not at all restful) and the fact there was only one lift for each wing of the building. One massage was fantastic and the other was really bad. I have had better spa experiences elsewhere - I think this one survives on the corporate market
