We made a reservation for two nights, but checked out after the first night. The room didn't smell good and the carpet looked dirty. Who doesn't provide shampoo and a hair dryer, seriously? It felt safe, so that is a plus, but it just wasn't comfortable due to the smell. We did go to Walmart and I bought a can of Febreeze to try and freshen it up.

In town for the weekend, I needed an affordable place for me and my cat to spend the night. After reading reviews I thought this Motel 6 would be nice. It was...possible for me to sleep here and thank God I had my cat. The location was good, near restaurants, grocery, and shopping if you needed anything in a pinch. In the room there was a fly and two gnats which were great entertainment for the cat for a good ten minutes. Free toys like that can be fun for the four legged. Other than that, no bugs which is a plus. It did not smell of smoke, also a plus. There was also the fridge and plenty of room to move around the king size bed. There was a hole in the bedspread, dark spots on the mattress that showed through the sheets, and not-my-hair in the towels however and I don’t plan on ever returning.

Motel 6 was close to the ball field it just didn’t make me feel safe staying there with just me and my 19 yr old daughter especially when they put us right between a group of men obviously from out of town that we’re here in town for work. The price was a little pricey for what they offer but still cheaper than the other hotels/motels in the area but the other places are more family oriented and offer breakfast and a safer environment for your stay.

For what I paid each night I certainly will not complain! Housekeeping could use a few pointers but we're all human - I did clean my room prior to actually staying in it but again for the price and hospitality that was the least of my worries. The manager Dee is very kind and welcoming & his staff is just the same. This place gives that home like feeling ! Even my kiddos had no complaints LOL - plenty of nearby budget friendly restaurants and it's conveniently located behind a turkey hill gas station. GPD does patrol the area - but they do not pester you. 5 stars ! ❤️

We stayed here on our way back home from Florida. Very tired after 18 hrs. on the road. Wer pleasantly surprised, well kept outside and nice clean office. Woman there was friendly and very efficient. Room was great TV, mini fridge and microwave, beds comfortable nice and clean. Bathroom was a little dated tub and floors. But all worked fine. Even though the motel was quite full it was very quiet. Air con worked great and quiet. Wil definitely be staying there again. And good coffee in morning.

As a military vet ..I have never been so harassed in public then at the grove city ohio motel 6..booked room 3 months in advance called 1 week before booking was lost..price went up 15$ got to front desk price went up another 20$ More..got harassed by clerk about paying for my room early so I could go eat..called corporate got my original booking and price..filed complaint. went back got harassed by front desk ladies boyfriend and 2 people with no ID..out in parking lot . never went in..was told I was staring to much at her..was told to leave . left and called corporate again to file another issue..DO NOT STAY THERE WITH HEAVY BLONDE AT FRONT DESK..WITH HER BOY FRIEND!!! IF SHE DONT LIKE HOW YOU LOOK YOU LOSE AND HAVE TO LEAVE!!! Called Corporate again after finding beautiful hotel down the street..they said on my account nothing filed that I had to leave..front desk people are very insecure...whatch out...you will be told to leave ...as a vet I will pass on how rude they were and I hope corporate will reprimand those

Lots of guests "live" there.....not just staying there. When we pulled in children were playing in overflowing outside dumpster. People in room next to ours had a pitbull that ran after us. The manager was nowhere to be found and the employee who came to talk to us could have cared less at the discovery we made in our room. Carpet was gross. Had to argue for a refund and left. Picture attached was what we found in desk drawer. Awesome housekeeping!!

I'll just let the pictures do the talking on this one. Girl at front desk said rooms are usually 90.00 a night. Are you kidding me? Said we were getting a deal for 55.95. If I wasn't so tired from driving I wouldn't pay 5.59 to stay here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location....and Pets Stay free...and Military Discount! Motel 6 is on to a great concept with their new rennovations --- laminate floors, bright colours, and clean happy rooms! BEST of all...Furry Children are welcome and they don't try to extort more money off of you for having a furry child! :-)

Not sure where to start seeing that my room had many issues. The carpeting was worn and heavily stained. Furniture was very old. Cable cord and plate were torn out of the wall laying on the floor. Found a very huge hole under the sink where the pipes came in. The lights over the head board of the bed did not work. Could hear neighbors in the room behind mine screaming and beating on one another.The high point of my night was when I found blood swiped across the wall! (How sick is that?) Always seemed to be people loitering in the parking lot. I will never stay there again! You get what you pay for.
