I could not recommend this hotel more highly for those traveling looking for a nice, comfortable and clean facility showing responsible hygiene precautions and warm service. We were treated with top notch service and accommodations. We did not have time to use all the amenities but the indoor pool and workout facilities looked well cared for and clean. We stayed in 2 separate 2 Queen bed Deluxe rooms which provided ample space for a large dog (60lbs) and 2 very active kids, a nice quiet room for the grandparents separate but close to each other . The rooms were nicely appointed with light darkening curtains, functioning non obtrusive AC unit, nice large flat screen TV. Microwave and mini refrigerator. The mattresses were very comfortable and supportive. My husband fell in love with their pillows which I will be ordering for our home! Grab n go breakfast provided water bottles, prepackaged Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans breakfast biscuits/sausage with egg & cheese, Chobani fruit yogurts, granola bars, cereals and a few other selections to take back to your room to heat in the microwave. Bathrooms were well laid out and clean. They were not stingy with towels! What was most extraordinary was during our drive back home, just a few hours after we had left, I received 2 calls from their staff. The first call was to verify the item they had found which was a jacket with car keys that had been left in the room. We had not even noticed it had been missing yet! The second call was to how specifically they would handle the return of our item, took our information down so we could arrange for it’s return with a choice to use overnight or regular delivery. This was service above and beyond! We have stayed in many hotels over our travels and La Quinta hotels have never failed to provide clean, comfortable and now impeccable personal service. I could not recommend this particular facility any higher, their staff from front desk, housekeeping, service and facility maintenance should be acknowledged for their dedication to a most welcome stay and heartfelt thanks from this happy traveler!

Ryan at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He always smiled and greeted me. I truly felt welcome and like he was happy to see me. The house keeping staff was always friendly and very accomadting to my requests. They preformed all task quickly and did an amazing job. I can say my stay at the La Quinta was truly made pleasant and enjoyable because of the amazing staff. It's employees like Ryan and the whole house keeping team that turn a simple stay at a hotel into a great experiance would highly recommend at stay at this hotel.

This hotel is a quick 15 drive or Lyft ride to downtown Columbus. It is a much more affordable place to stay if you are attending a hockey game or concert in the downtown area. We have stayed here twice while attending a hockey game at Nationwide Arena. If you do the math, staying at this hotel, even when factoring in the Lyft rides is much more affordable than paying the premium price of a downtown hotel (not to mention the parking fee(s) at the hotel and the arena). This hotel has been clean and comfortable both of our stays. The staff is very nice, the free breakfast (another money saver!) is adequate, hot and tasty. The "kitchen" staff is constantly wiping down the countertops and refreshing the food. The guest rooms are clean, spacious and bedbug FREE! This hotel is our "go to" when attending an event it downtown C-bus. Definitely give it a try yourself

Amy at the Front Desk was very accomadting to my requests about my check in time and even called me while I was out to let me know that my room was ready. Also, she was very personable at check-in. GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!
I would like to also include the breakfast staff. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Edith. These women have made me feel so welcome. Sharon reminds me of my grandmother, so my breaskfast was very warm and had great conversation. Edith is as lovely as the first time I met her staying at LQ and she even greeted me with a hug :) It was good to see familiar faces and acts of kindness.

We have stayed this property before. It is a good choice for a pet friendly hotel, conveniently close to freeway routes, and yet quiet. The lobby and breakfast area of this property is very small and very plain in decor. Room decor also is dated. The heating/air system may also be dated, it was hard to achieve a comfortable but not too warm temperature However, we found the public and guest room areas to be clean, and Covid protocols were observed.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. We couldn't hear hallway noise or sounds from next door. The staff was friendly. We did not eat the included breakfast, but it looked good! I liked that they had makeup wipes included with the toiletries in the bathroom.

Hotel and room was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and cleaning staff did an excellent job. Free breakfast was good; there was even a waffle maker that my kids really enjoyed. We all enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby. Internet speed was some what slow - may want to take into consideration if high levels of works needs to be completed during your stay. There wasnt a safe in our room & the digital display on the temp gauge was broken - so it was difficult to set the correct temperature. Overall, the staff was kind, rooms were in great shape and we all enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel & we will likely be returning the next time we visit the area.

There is significant outside construction that severely limits parking. The entrance is old, smelly, soiled, and worn. Carpets have badly worn spots and visable stains. The non smoking room smelled like a hooka party was hosted in it! There were also a few interesting people loitering in the parking lot... This hotel is a dump inside and out! We left.

We stopped at this hotel on our way thru to Tennessee from upstate NY. We have a 10 year old and an 11 month old and stayed in the queen suite. We had a mini fridge and microwave. It was clean & we had plenty of room
even with the pack n play set up. the staff was nice & helpful. they offered a hot breakfast incl sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals and a variety of other things. the pool was nice but chilly. would definitely stay here with my family again. it was located in a very easy on/off the highway with plenty of things to offer in the area.

A little hard to get in to the hotel if you are not familiar with the area, but the exit to the highway and 23 south is very easy. Take your own pillow, what they have is very small and uncomfortable. Restaurants around that area have very slow service due to a lack of employees, be prepared to waig.
