We had a fantastic stay at the Punch Bowl Inn. Superb scenery, wonderful food, excellent service and the room was perfect for a romantic evening. We even got great weather despite it being mid November! The breakfast was the final flourish. Set us up for the drive home. 10 out of 10

The Punch Bowl Inn is in a scenic area in a valley in the Dales. The place stayed busy for food while we were there. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner; served hot and flavoured well. We had a front facing room which had a great view. It was adequate for our needs but only had a bath instead of shower, but that's fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. We dealt with Cass and Michael mainly and have high praise for both.

We spent 4 nights at this Inn. On arrival the pub was busy but the staff quickly found our reservation and showed us to our room. Our room was lovely. It was large and looked out over the valley. We ate at the Inn every evening and the food and service was good. There is even a small residents lounge with a fridge where you can find fresh milk for your tea or coffee. This is a great location for exploring this lovely part of the Yorkshire Dales.

Lovely stay from start to finish . Very pretty room at the front with a beautiful view , spotlessly clean , bathroom had a bath - no shower- but not a problem . Enjoyed a lovely soak after walking . Had booked a table downstairs for dinner and the food was delicious. They were extremely helpful and a accommodating with my dietary requirements (coeliac ) . Staff were pleasant and friendly . Breakfast was excellent , really good choice , tables all laid out beautifully in the morning . Provided gluten free toast for me . Couldn’t fault it at all , well done and would highly recommend .
