My husband, myself and 4 friends spent new years eve and overnight stay here at the Hatfield Oak Hotel. It was our first visit and chosen at random. The room were spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The new year's eve dinner was lovely, served promptly and hot.

Excellent event and highly recommended. The room was massive, with generous additions like chocolates on the bed, tea, coffee and biscuits. The food was very nice, hot and well served, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was exceptional.

how do i get from hotel to the university campus as i have no car.
The campus is a short walk along Roehyde Way, our son walked down to meet us at the hotel, took about fifteen minutes to walk.

Is there parking in the park and is it open on Saturdays?.
At the hotel we have ample car parking spaces. And the hotel is open 7 days a week, with complimentary parking for a guests I hope this answers your question.

"Suit rooms for obvious reasons. For a need of quiet I would suggest 1st floor room as sometimes you can hear elephants in rooms above you."
"Rooms at the back of the hotel are away from the busy main road but noise was minimal"
