Detailed Reviews
From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome and the rooms were well appointed with old world charm. The beds were especially comfortable. We were spending a country break with our American friends and this made the ideal centre for touring the South coast from Beaulieu to Lyme Regis. Our hosts Debs and Phil went out of their way to help book dinner in local charming hostelries in which Romsey abounds!
We would not hesitate to come again.

Although we only live down the rd in Dorset ,we wanted a quiet night away to relax. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Debbie and Phil couldn't have made us more welcome. We felt like Lord and Lady of the manor sitting in the lounge with the log fire roaring.. fell in love with Marvin the moose who apparently is a foot stall !
The bedrooms are filled with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. A nice touch is the fridge on the hall with a jug of fresh milk for your tea. A real treat was the glass of port before bedtime.
Breakfast is a feast and i didn't need to eat for the rest of the day.
Overall, I've never been anywhere where i have enjoyed staying so much and felt totally relaxed.
Thank you , we will be back

Not usually a fan of B&B but Lee Manor was excellent. Hosts friendly and welcoming but not intusive. Really nice touches, nice and clean, spacious room. Nice grounds and plenty of parking. Near Romsey and easy to find. Would recommend

We stayed at Lee Manor for two nights and loved everything about it. The house is beautiful, the owners are super friendly, the rooms are really comfortable and the breakfast is delicious! It's in a great location, perfect for exploring the New Forest and close enough to easily access the main roads. When you're there though it's quiet and you feel like you're in the middle of the countryside.
We would definitely recommend Lee Manor! The only two points we could make are that maybe a fan in the room may be a welcome extra, and perhaps some conditioner could be included with the other toiletries. These are such minor points and would in no way stop us from staying here again.

We only stayed for one night, but this was a lovely B&B found down a country lane, but still quite close to major roads (M27). Our (Rose) room was lovely - had everything we wanted, good size and very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Would love to visit again.

Our second visit here. Tucked away but close to the main road network, this is a haven of tranquillity. A lovely old house full of character and warmth. Bedrooms are large, ours had antique furniture, a large bathroom, tea tray with biscuits, nuts and port! Good quality bedding & towels, lovely quilt and pillows, really comfy. If the room is excellent, breakfast is the highlight - local top quality sausages & bacon, eggs from the hens in the garden, that's alongside the other choices, and also cereal, fruit, toast, jam etc etc, served at an antique dining table. The hosts are great fun and welcoming.

Lee Manor is a beautifully kept listed property, inside and out and we were made to feel welcome throughout our stay. We stayed in the 'Rose' room which is very spacious with a lovely view over the gardens and our host's collection of animals. We enjoyed a very comfortable, quiet and peaceful night's sleep. This was followed by a delicious homemade breakfast, with all the trimmings you could hope for, which was taken at a large dining table where we got to meet and enjoy the company of the other guests who were staying. I find it a little daunting meeting strangers 5 minutes after I've woken up but everyone was lovely and it made for a great start to the day.
Lee Manor is a beautiful property in a beautiful location with the very best hosts I've ever come across.

I wouldn't have believed a B&B stay could have been so delightful if I hadn't experienced it for myself.
When I share stories with friends and colleagues about small hotel or B&B experiences this will be my benchmark for what is possible and I doubt

My husband and I stayed for one night last weekend and will definitely return. So pretty, clean, full of character and an especially friendly host, Deb.
Loved all the little (and important) touches such as homemade cookies, port, tea and coffee etc. Lovely comfy bed and a very tasty breakfast.
As animal lovers, loved seeing the Rag Doll cats and sweet dogs when the other guests had departed.
