I stay at the Premier Inn often for work. However on this occasions this stay was a personal trip. My room was rather basic, as expected, although most importantly my room was clean. The restaurant is okay too. But what really made my stay enjoyable was the customer service. The receptionist lady Shelly was extremely helpful & knowledgeable on the area (as my first time in Eastleigh). Shelly made sure we had everything my friends and I required to assure we had a smooth stay, Including supplying towels ASAP because there wasn’t any in my room. Shelly apologised and made sure we had enough towels. Shelly is welcoming, lots of common sense, I’d say very switched on, she was one step ahead… and went that extra mile to add to our stay. Customer service is very important and I think Shelly is a reflection of tremendous customer and delivers this well. I hope to see you again on our next visit. Thank you Shelly!

We arrived about 5pm Sunday evening 17th October 2021 tiered and hungry travellers. After a speedy check in and a quick wash and change we entered the restaurant and ordered some drinks from the bar. Looking around for a table to be seated at the shift manager came to our assistance. We did not have a table reservation be she accommodated us with no fuss despite it being extremely busy. Our meal arrived promptly and was excellent. our table offered us a good whew of the dinning area where the shift manager and her team preformed heroics. So take a bow shift manager Margarida Nobrega you certainly earned it that night. From meet and greet to food orders drinks service plate clearing you covered the whole of the restaurant that night. Ten star show Margarida you deserved it.

Building is average, very creaky stairs and sound from floor above comes through. The staff are what makes this place; Shelley on night reception was really sympathetic and helpful when I needed to get my wife medication in the early hours - gave me directions to the nearest 24hr shop. The kitchen were having difficulties on the night we ate but the restaurant team were really apologetic and attentive which made up for it
