we wanted to stay downtown-this place was perfect. Within walking distance of great places to eat and the waterfront. Rooms were very nice and didn't feel small at all. The view was fun-water front and the silo outside changed color!
Went to check in... said they’d charge me a reservation fee for incidentals for $50 bucks - ended up charging me $500. When I complained they said it was just a “holding” charge and they couldn’t reverse it because it was pending.
