We looked for a night stay close to the Q as we were going to see Kelly Clarkson in concert. On our must haves list, we needed a place close to the venue, with parking, and food within walking distance. Check, check, check. The venue is a 5 minute or less walk. Parking is valet

I drove 3 circles around downtown Cleveland trying to locate the “Radisson”, finally I found a building that looked like the picture, was then told that the hotel is now “The Gateway”. It would have been nice to be told this as when I made a reservation it was with the Radisson.

I likes the beds it was soft and the pillows were amazing. I think that the lighting was a bit off because I prefer a main light. I didn’t like the showers too much because it wasn’t hot enough sometimes, the faucet usually missed me and it was a bit confusing to operate. In

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sad hearing that your stay was anything less than satisfying due to the parking issues and the service of the staff during that time. We understand how frustrating that must have felt and we apologize for any inconveniences that must have brought on. We are very grateful for your feedback as it will surely assist us in the further improvements of our hotel. We look forward to hosting you again the next time your travels lead you back to our area.

We had a large group, reserved 5 rooms and 2 of them were given away so that was pretty disappointing. When we 1st arrived the lady at the desk was very helpful in letting us keep our bags in another room since we couldn't check in yet.

I am not sure. We parked at the Jack Casino deck and got a voucher for free overnight parking by swiping our players card.

They flat out refused to tell me of any alternate parking. I found it fraudulent. It's a downtown area so there are parking garages and lots but it was cold and we were only there one night. So we went ahead a paid to have a stranger in our car for a ridiculous cost. The location was really nice though. They weren't rude so much as not helpful. Like, asking the server at the little bar area resulted in a quick "don't know" response. And they practically turned the lights off while we were having drinks because they closed at 8:12 on a Saturday night..... Just weird. But the hotel was clean. No complaints. But absolutely nothing special and you'll need to factor in 29.00 a night for the car.
