Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed in a beachfront Bure for 5 nights recently. The rooms were fantastic, loved the meal plan, lots of variety and choice and small changes no problems. We tried the new japanese restaurant, there was so much food. The spa was great. The staff are friendly and there is great snorkelling right in front with decent snorkelling gear. We would definitely go back. Tip would be take some bottled water, you can buy it but as in all of Fiji resorts, expensive! Add a few snacks and if you like filter coffee, take extra as it isn't replaced after day one but there is instant.

We just returned from a week at Paradise Cove, and we had a wonderful experience. We booked a beach house, located across the channel from the main resort. The home was stunning, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a large living area and covered lanai. If you're looking for a combo of privacy and resort amenities, I can't recommend it more. The resort itself was sold out and busy, with lots of activity and children, and we loved it, but also loved the easy retreat to the totally quiet house across the water. A boat was always standing by to take us back and forth. The beach on the private island side is rocky but the plus side is there were so many gorgeous seashells. There were very cute, small blacktip reef sharks in the reef on that side, we could find one at any given time.

This was our first stay at Paradise Cove. The resort was more luxurious than the other 3 resorts/islands we visited on this trip (Octopus, Coconut Beach and Blue Lagoon), and we have booked a return trip for 2023. We stayed in a beachfront Villa, it was beautifully appointed, very spacious with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom. However the bed was not comfortable, it felt soft and worn. We provided this feedback when booking our next trip for 2023 and have been advised that mattresses are replaced every 18 months, so we should have a newer one in the villa next year. The villa is not replenished with plunger coffee or milk ( 1 portion provided on day 1 only) as part of daily housekeeping, this should be reviewed given the higher end price for the villa. The beach is lovely, can get

Firstly I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, who were all amazing! My main issue is that despite booking directly with the resort only a couple of weeks before arriving we were not told that the adults only area (which had been a key factor in choosing a resort during the school holidays) had been... cancelled. The restaurant in the area was under (loud, active) construction, the bar was closed, and the 2 adults only pools (should you have wished to lie by a construction site) were open to kids - who were running and jumping and being kids, just like in the main pool. This was super disappointing and to be honest, not what we signed up or paid for (we had a beach villa and it wasn't cheap). A couple we met there on honeymoon were looking to leave for the same

Beware when booking here! We had booked our honeymoon for 2020 and had to cancel due to the pandemic. Not only did we cancel in a timely manner but we have been incredibly patient. This resort has given us the run-around from saying we would have a refund, to saying we had to provide our bank account information, to no refund, and now they are not even answering our emails. While everyone suffered during the pandemic, I feel like we have been understanding but going on over 2 years waiting for a refund that we were promised time and time again is truly disheartening. I would not give them my business and beware should you ever need their customer service to help settle any type of monetary dispute.

Having traveled many Pacific Islands our stay at Paradise Cove was the best resort we’ve stayed at! Fantastic snorkelling just metres off the beach. Beautiful villas set in lush, well manicured gardens. Plenty of daily activities to keep you occupied, highlights were the snorkeling with Manta Rays and the Champagne Tubing (drinking cold champagne and watching the sunset in inner-tubes out in the ocean). The team at the Dive shop run the organised activities brilliantly and there is a real focus on safety which is reassuring for families travelling with kids. The food was truly exceptional with a five course menu for dinner…wide variety of menu options, beautifully presented and lovingly served by the amazing restaurant staff. We also tried the newly opened Donu

I was double charged for the room fee. After more than 10 emails and a month waiting time , finally receive refund but charged me $200 for international transfer fee. I'm lucky receive the refund compare their guest. The resort is amazing and all the staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Josephine helps a lot.

This was really one of the best resort holidays we've had! Stunning location, wonderful friendly service - what a beautiful experience! The house reef is great snorkelling - incredibly diverse fish and coral right off the beach. We also went on the daily snorkelling trips to local reefs, and a night snorkelling experience which was pretty cool. The compulsory meal plan is excellent value - the chef is superb and we dined like kings every day. We'll be back again sometime soon!

This place is outstanding in every way, pure and simple! From the arrival with the staff singing a welcome song on the beach, to the introduction to the resort and perfect clean rooms ready for our arrival. The beach is beautiful - we had a perfect spot under an umbrella and the staff brought drinks to us on request, and we swam and snorkelled off the beach - the coral and sealife is amazing. All the snorkelling gear is free of charge. For a very small sum, you can go on a boat, daily if you want to, to another bay or island and snorkel for just over an hour - so worth it to see other areas, and we saw a manta ray which was very exciting. The food is exceptional - there is a compulsory food plan, which is a bit more pricey than other resorts, but it is TOTALLY worth it!

Beautiful fun resort and people. The houses care comfortable and the outdoor shower is magnificent! The kids club with Sulu and Mere was great! The kids eat at 5:30, then go to kids club while the adults enjoy a 6 coarse fabulous dinner. During the day you can snorkel, kayak, board right from the beach. Other excursions available, some with additional charge. Or, you could relax in a beach hut, or a cabana, or around the pool. The people at the resort will know your name by the second day! The Fiji people treat you well.
