Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The lobby was closed due to Covid. Guests were instructed to use the night window to check in. That window is located in an unventilated cubicle the size of a phone booth. I had to follow a couple who occupied the cubicle together In my opinion, Covid precautions would be more effective if the lobby was reopened with proper mask and social distancing rules. Also, when I tried to take a shower the water was lukewarm at best.

Hotel was minimally adequate. No breakfast except and one of those little breakfast snack bars. Dark. Nothing even in the vending machine. I was there basically for somewhere to lay my head overnight and it met that very basic need. I wouldn't recommend to anyone except for those who really needed to save a penny.

My room was spotless; the sheets were delightful, the towels were acceptable. There was even (free) wifi.

However, the wall paper was peeling, the veneer on the bathroom (hollow core) door was fraying, the air conditioner made so much noise that it was almost impossible to sleep. The complimentary breakfast (some muffins, a few pastries, fruit flavored breakfast drink, coffee ...but no tea bags or hot water) was worth exactly what it cost.

I did feel safe --not having this sense of security is a deal-breaker for me even in a budget hotel-- but I don't think I would stay there again, even though the (internet) price ($35+taxes for a single) was low for the area.

This motel is only for those who are "financially challenged." Safe and clean --the most important criteria, to be sure-- but otherwise without features that invite you to return.

This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We could see daylight around the bottom of the door as well as the finged side of the door. The wall and ceiling had water damage as the paint was peeling and dirty water streaks. The shower/bath was partially painted and the showerhead hung unattached to wall. The door to bath was dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean, the only thing going for the room. The bathroom sink fixture was also loose and lifted when you turned the water on. No breakfast as advertised and the pool was empty with a load of dirt deposited. Would not stay or recommend again. Sad.

The hotel said that a late check out, an extra 30 minutes, was only available to diamond level Wyndham rewards members, but I am on Wyndham hotel's website where it says gold members get late check out. They do not honor the standard requirements of Wyndham hotels. They do not keep heat on in their rooms in the Winter. If you arrive late expect your Room to be in the teens and take over 30 minutes to warm up. This may also impact the hot water as I let it run for 5 minutes before I got anything but ice cold water.

The room was filthy hair in sink linens looked like they had not been changed I felt very unsafe called front desk and told her what I found and how I felt. She would not move me to another room. Then she said she refund my money. When I went to front desk to get my refund she said the manager was gone for several days and could not refund my money. I cannot believe that Wyndham would let them use their name on such a filthy rundown place. No covering exhaust fan in bathroom floor had what looked like paw prints in bathroom. Bed and mattress was worn and not attached no cover on several outlets. I don’t mind staying in an older place but not a place so dirty and nasty that I sat in my car and got another room at another motel and immediately took a shower because of the room I had just left was horrible .

We stayed 1 night and even that was too much. The room smelled like urine and the bedside lamps are a perfect example of a fire hazard. We were trying to move across the country by car and this made the move very upsetting. We were told 67 bucks over the phone for 2 adults and 1 dog non-smoking. We ended up paying 182 at check in. They didn't give us an itemized respite nor did they explain the price beyond saying "it's a 100 deposit and will be returned to you after check out". 5 days later and I still haven't received it. This was byfar the worst experience I've ever had with any inn/hotel. Do not recommend at all.

Dirty, filthy, scary ....so bad the front door looked like there was a home Invasion and they never fixed the door . Looks like the only clientele they get are construction workers that stay at the cheapest place in town for a week at a time ...not a family place to stay

The staff was fairly nice, about the only thing that was nice here. The room smelled of mold and musk and immediately set my allergies off. I’ll be honest the room smelled like the barracks back in Fort Leonard Wood, MO . There’s a reason why those barracks where tore down years after my discharge from the army and I think this is it.

What a dump. Property should be condemned!! Total lack of cleanliness of this property. Cracks in the ceiling, walls, and Poitiers repairs made to hikes in the wall. Door would only latch if the deadbolt was applied from inside. Do yourself a favour. Drive very quickly past this place!!
