I would sincerely like to Thank Mr.Manish Arora for the exceptional service he extended which made our Training & stay peaceful & comfortable in Treebo Daksh Residency.
The conference hall was well organised as per the requirement I had given to Manishji which made the training effective. Participants feedback also was very positive.
Another great part was Food which was not tasty but also filling. Had great hospitable staff including Mr.Rajeev & Guru Meena who were present everytime for any issues under guidance of Manishji..
I have been a customer from 5years already & definately look forward in future to continue the same..

Excellent stay. The room, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, service, and staff behaviour everything was superb.
Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The restaurant took care of my special needs and prepared delicious items as per my requirement of low fat low spice food. Really felt special to be here.

The Hotel calls itself a 3 Star but the service is very poor. They don't do your room, they don't replace the water or the room tea/coffee. They try to pressure you to pay in advance.
Genuinely there are better other options, I would suggest travelers to choose that.
My room had several issues, like the AC was not working, I kept being told its being worked on and before I could as something the receptionist would hang up. The AC technician finally came (he was good) but then when he reported that the AC was not working, no one wanted to solve the problem.
They don't replace water bottles either unless you ask.
The towels provided are dirty. The toiletries provided seem like they have been used and refilled from the look of the bottles and the labels.
Very disappointing.
Genuinely there are better other options, I would suggest travelers to choose that.

Property is value for money. location is good and rooms are nice and clean. However this place is not for business travellers as there wifi still works at 3-4 mbps so if u plan to work from your room then forget it and you can’t connect on WhatsApp etc .

Not enough items in breakfast. Same poha, idli and aloo paratha for 4 consecutive days. The quality of tea has also degraded. Custom breakfast like sandwich on request is also of poor quality. The toaster itslef is not working. In one slot, the bread got burnt and in second slot, it did not toast itself

Check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The
infrastructure was good. Buffet breakfast at roof top veg restaurant Patang was delicious. The lunch and dinner was also delicious. Thali was particularly good. Room service was prompt. House keeping was good. The rooms and the hotel walls are adorned by very good paintings. One wall on the entrance has been dedicated to Miss Sadagi Garg, a class v student of 10 years. Her talent is mesmerising. May God bless her. At last one irritant, My food bill was Rs.1505.00 plus cost of a sullied hand towel of about Rs.50.00 comes to Rs.1555.00 while the receptionist at the check out asked for Rs.1655.00 and had not the courtesy of refunding Rs.55.00. Though this does not amount to much, the incident has been reported only for improvement and may not be treated as a complaint. I think a small mistake on one employee’s part only tends to belittle the contribution of all other good employees of a otherwise perfect hotel. I will strongly recommend the hotel to all other travellers/ visitors.

I stayed here in last week with my family. The hotel is easy to locate as it is situated right on main road. They have good parking space. The staff is polite.
The rooms are good with clean linen and washrooms. They have 24x7 running hot water.
The only problem is that their breakfast timing starts at 8:30am onwards which seems to be very late for interstate commuters like us.

There is an elevator in the hotel that goes till roof-top restaurant. Not sure about it being disabled friendly. Would recommend you to get in touch with the hotel for that.
