We visited the place for our year end stay. It is on the main area of Indore. They offer to stay with your pet child. They have a good roof top restra and provide good food if you don't want to taste the awesome city food. The place is bit crowdy in the day time, but that is manageable. Rooms are good with all the services. We met with few of our friends at the hotel lounge. Overall its a good stay.

During my stay, the very first thing i disliked is the non availability of complimentary mineral water bottle as well as no tea maker kit, which should be the basic things they should offer based on the prices what they are offering.
Plus during the complimentary breakfast, you will find the staff busy in their own world and you will have to wait a lot for them to make any service to you. The only good thing is the location.
Either they should reduce the tariff or improve the services.

Very bad service no internet password given for whole day. Tv had no channell as they had not recharged their tata sky connection.
RECEPTION PEOPLE COULD DO ANYTHING AT ALL.
FOOD WAS OK NOTHING GREAT.
Room comfort is ok nothing great, ok for business travellers, not for family.

Manager is ill mannered and doesn't have the courtesy of providing directions to the hotel.
Google Map shows wrong location and the manager knows this yet talks as if 'I should know the location'.
The only thing good is the behaviour of staff. Wi-Fi doesn't work properly. The manager is unresponsive to requests and services.
The Ashoka should either improve or vanish.

Rooms stinks because of inadequate ventilation, bed bugs were there. I habe booked a deluxe room and space in the room was not enough to move even, bathroom was ok ok. Hotel staff is unprofessional and they try to charge you extra by any other means. Rooftop restaurent was good and breakfast taste was also good.

The front desk guy Bharti was drunk and misbehaved with us and other guests when we tried to check-in. This hotel is not safe to people as the staff here is horrible. This hotel is not recommended to anyone, safety being the first reason and secondly the cleanliness. Instead book at Citrus and Daksh just beside this hotel.

Had the unfortunate luck of staying at this poorly managed, unhygienic, unapologetic, and cesspool of a property. Lacks the very basic amenities of providing water without being asked and without being followed up for half a day. Strands of hairs across room, dirty linen, dirty pillows, broken hinges, no tissues or dustbin in washrooms etc etc etc. For the first day I was denied breakfast citing that's not in your package. I said I'll pay then, to which the staff replied and I quote him verbatim, "2 min mein aa sakte ho to aa jao kyunki hum band Karne waale hai, time ho Gaya hai". To be a little fair, I did called at 9:50am and the breakfast was being served till 10am. I would have understood a polite no, but the guy either woke up at the wrong side of the bed or that's pretty normal for the staff at this hotel(if one can call it a hotel). The second day I asked them to reconfirm (well before the closing time) and this time they said, yes breakfast is included. Our systems are not working.. I didn't had the courage to actually try their breakfast considering the poor hygiene standards, so I decided to skip and preferred having breakfast outside the hotel.. I can write on and on but I guess fellow travellers will get an idea. Hope the management of this hotel reads this and take some action on improving the quality of service they are providing. We had to stay here as we had to stay close to our relatives house. Since the trip was sudden this was the only option available. Linen was dirty. So were towels and the room. They cleaned it the next day. Front office person had a bad attitude. Very rude unprofessional person. There's only one staff during night so the poor guy has to run around to every room. Avoid this place.

I have stayed here on 25th and 26th may, I have booked Superior room through Go ibibo, They have allotted regular room, Dirty Room with no cleaning, Washroom Stinks, Bed Sheet and towels were not washed, Towels were gives bad odour, I have asked extra towels, all were same, Old linen was replaced after call.
I think they don`t have good laundry.
The ground staff was average, But the services, specially in restaurant, very lazy. Restaurant is on Top Floor.
Most Importantly, I have paid restaurant bill through card, They have not given any bill in exchange, after demanding the hard copy bill, they said, They will send it through Mail, Hotel Manager and reception desk are not interested in giving the bill.
Those who are travelling with family or Friends, This hotel is not good at this price, The prices are very high compared to the hotel, They charge like 3 star Hotel, Actually its 3rd category hotel, Location of hotel is only plus point.
From Airport it is very near, hardly 16 km, you can reach in 25 minutes, without Traffic.
I`ll not suggest anyone to book this hotel. Low value for the money.
