Great check in experience. The bed wasn’t as comfortable but can be managed. Overall a positive and welcoming stay. The housekeeping staff was always available on call ready to make the stay a good option. The house staff will fill you with some great tips on how to experience Indore at its best. It is a newly constructed property with spotless rooms, amazing service, super friendly and cooperative staff, especially Astha, Cheli and Raju Ji. The food is fantastic and room service is excellent.
The location of the hotel is great too since it is centrally located and every significant location in Indore is about 5 to 15 min. The staff was kind enough to guide me regarding my visit to Ujjain and Omkareshwar and I followed their itinerary and it worked best for me and my wife.
Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were super clean, linens were spotless, towels were really fresh and washrooms were well sanitized and kept. All necessary toiletries were provided. In short, go for it!

Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Breakfast was good and all the staff were helpful. Pooja who served during breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. She had a friendly and helpful attitude, always got everything done efficiently with a smile!

Breakfast is awesome and breakfast served by reshma was really appreciable. Housekeeping is pathetic and need to improve on cleaning in room and toiletries. Rooms are not cleaned, towels are smelling. Pools has also very strong smell of chlorine. Apart from breakfast served else all need improvement.
