Had real pleasant stay, the kind of hospitality we experienced with each and every individual - The reception / Restaurant / Valet parking / Room Service, everyone just amazing, so polite and helpful that I could not compare with any other place that I have visited. Hotel is neat and clean with excellent food preparations and taste. The location of the hotel is perfect and quite central for visiting most attractions of Indore. We were in a group of 16 members and had occupied 8 rooms. There is enough parking as well, you may get some difficult to find the place in the evening when there are visitors at restaurant as well, but staff will help you out.

We had an impromptu plan to visit Mahakaal Temple Ujjain. Stayed in this property for 1 day but it was a memorable trip. They provided us very early check-in as we had an early morning train to Indore ( Without any any extra charge) The check-in was smooth. The room and the washroom were spotlessly clean. Staff were great. Breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again

Being established in 1979, you feel it is old but it is gold. Rustic decor, exquisit decor in wood (a rare sight these days). You will be greeted with lush green environment not just on the outside but even the inside of the hotel. Your rooms also will greet you with smiling flora and decent woody feel. The place may look to you as an average hotel, but the people here will surprise you. Caring and respectful, almost all will greet you even when they see you multiple times a day. They will always be smiling, willing to help and guide. Food is amazing too. So when you are in Indore next.... Let Shreemaya be your home.

It was awesome in the truest sense of the world. The hospitality is beyond imagination. Starting from reception, house keeping, room service, breakfast spread, everything is well monitored by an excellent team. Their coffee shop next door offers cakes which are simply delicious. This is a really well run hotel. Our room was large with a good sized balcony and a really well appointed en suite. The bed was king size, firm and really comfortable. The place is spotlessly clean and has a large restaurant which gets really busy with people coming in specifically to dine. We ate there twice and really enjoyed it. The Manager of the hotel arranged for a driver and travel guide for us to visit Ujian - which was great. The Manager is an absolute gentleman. A great stay.

A very nice place in the middle of the city to have a lavish dinner on my anniversary day. We enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Very good service and very good food. Generous and professional people, we forgot our smartphone in the lobby after our dinner and went back home. Next morning after searching everywhere, I called the hotel to inquire about it. They said they have received a phone and you can come to claim it with proper ID proof. We were really happy to get it back. They noted our details and gave us the phone. I was truly thinking about the honesty of that guy who must have handed over the smartphone to the reception desk. A big thanks to Shree Maya and their staff. Coming to the food, delicious to the core. Special mention required for the veg kothe and the lachcha parathas. Superbb food. I m waiting to go again when I go Indore next time.

We stayed only one night, but we found the hotel to be excellent. The rooms and bathroom were spotless. The service was personalised and excellent. I had left some clothes in the bathroom. The hotel called me to say that I had left some clothes in the bathroom. I called them a few days later and asked the hotel to courier the clothes to me, which they did promptly.

Very well located so good for business purpose although their is naturally a lack of outside space hence choose as per your need. Sleep quality is good with reasonable linen and comfortable pillows. Staff is old style yet courteous. Toiletries are up to the mark. Breakfast spread is good, fresh and tasty. Overall leaves a good business travel experience.
